Abstract

本发明属于点胶设备技术领域,尤其为一种电子元器件点胶装置,针对现有的电子元器件点胶装置不具备对胶水进行搅拌和烘干功能、导致点胶质量较差、点胶效率较低的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括底座,所述底座顶部两侧均固定安装有支撑板,两个支撑板顶部固定安装有同一个箱体,箱体底部固定安装有泵体,箱体底部开设有与泵体进液口连通的通孔,泵体出液口连通有出料管的一端,出料管的另一端连通有点胶头,出料管上固定安装有调节阀,所述箱体两侧内之间转动安装有横轴和连接轴,横轴和连接轴外侧均固定安装有搅拌杆。本发明通过使胶水搅拌均匀提高点胶的质量,并通过对胶水进行快速公告提高点胶的效率。

一种电子元器件点胶装置
技术领域
本发明涉及点胶设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子元器件点胶装置。
背景技术
在真空、气体或固体中,利用和控制电子运动规律而制成的器件。分为电真空器件、充气管器件和固态电子器件。在模拟电路中作整流、放大、调制、振荡、变频、锁相、控制、相关等作用;在数字电路中作采样、限幅、逻辑、存储、计数、延迟等用。充气管器件主要作整流、稳压和显示之用。固态电子器件如集成电路。针对电子产品,主板和芯片的链接,通过对芯片进行点胶,可以对元器件进行预固定,有利于自动化生产。
现有的电子元器件点胶装置不具备对胶水进行搅拌和烘干功能,导致点胶质量较差,点胶效率较低,因此我们提出了一种电子元器件点胶装置用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的电子元器件点胶装置不具备对胶水进行搅拌和烘干功能、导致点胶质量较差、点胶效率较低的缺点,而提出的一种电子元器件点胶装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种电子元器件点胶装置,包括底座,所述底座顶部两侧均固定安装有支撑板,两个支撑板顶部固定安装有同一个箱体,箱体底部固定安装有泵体,箱体底部开设有与泵体进液口连通的通孔,泵体出液口连通有出料管的一端,出料管的另一端连通有点胶头,出料管上固定安装有调节阀,所述箱体两侧内之间转动安装有横轴和连接轴,横轴和连接轴外侧均固定安装有搅拌杆,横轴和连接轴上均固定安装有齿轮,两个齿轮相啮合,箱体一侧固定安装有电机,转轴一端与电机输出轴固定连接,两个支撑板相互靠近的一侧均固定安装有固定板并通过安装座固定安装有加热网,两个固定板顶部均开设有安装孔,两个安装孔内均转动安装有竖轴,两个竖轴底端均固定安装有扇叶,两个支撑板一侧均开设有横向孔,两个横向孔内均转动安装有横轴,两个横轴相互靠近的一端均固定安装有锥齿轮,两个竖轴的顶端均固定安装有锥齿轮,位于同一侧的两个锥齿轮相啮合,两个横轴相互远离的一端和连接轴两端均固定安装有带轮,位于同一侧两个带轮上传动安装有同一皮带。
优选的,两个竖轴外侧均固定套设有限位轴套,两个限位轴套均与固定板顶部活动抵接,对竖轴进行限位。
优选的,所述箱体底部两侧均固定安装有定位板,两个定位板分别转动套设在对应的横轴外侧,对横轴进行定位。
优选的,所述转轴和连接轴外侧均固定套设有密封圈,所述箱体转动密封套设在密封圈外侧,对箱体进行密封。
优选的,所述箱体顶部一侧连通有进料管,进料管外侧活动套设有管盖,便于箱体的进料。
优选的,两个支撑板一侧底部均开设有螺纹孔,两个螺纹孔内均螺纹安装有螺纹杆,两个螺纹杆相互靠近的一端均固定安装有抵接板,便于对电子元器件进行固定。
本发明中,所述的一种电子元器件点胶装置,通过进料管向箱体内加入胶水并开启电机,电机输出轴带动转轴转动,转轴通过两个齿轮之间的传动带动连接轴转动,转轴和连接轴分别通过带动搅拌杆转动对胶水进行搅拌,使胶水搅拌均匀,提高点胶的质量,然后通过旋转两个螺纹杆并通过两个螺纹杆与对应螺纹孔的螺纹配合带动两个抵接板向相互靠近的一侧运动对电子元器件进行抵接定位,然后开启调节阀,并通过开启泵体,泵体将箱体内的胶水抽出,并通过出料管导入点胶头内,通过点胶头对电子元器件进行点胶;
本发明中,所述的一种电子元器件点胶装置,通过开启加热网,对电子元器件进行烘干,同时连接轴通过两对带轮之间的传动带动两个横轴转动,两个横轴分别通过两个锥齿轮之间的传动带动两个竖轴转动,两个竖轴带动两个扇叶转动,从而将加热网加热空气吹向电子元器件进行烘干,便于将胶水快速烘干,提高点胶工作的效率;
本发明结构设计合理,通过使胶水搅拌均匀提高点胶的质量,并通过对胶水进行快速公告提高点胶的效率,可靠性高。

参照图1-3,一种电子元器件点胶装置,包括底座1,底座1顶部两侧均固定安装有支撑板2,两个支撑板2顶部固定安装有同一个箱体3,箱体3底部固定安装有泵体5,箱体3底部开设有与泵体5进液口连通的通孔,泵体5出液口连通有出料管6的一端,出料管6的另一端连通有点胶头7,出料管6上固定安装有调节阀8,箱体3两侧内之间转动安装有横轴19和连接轴10,横轴19和连接轴10外侧均固定安装有搅拌杆,横轴19和连接轴10上均固定安装有齿轮11,两个齿轮11相啮合,箱体3一侧固定安装有电机12,转轴9一端与电机12输出轴固定连接,两个支撑板2相互靠近的一侧均固定安装有固定板14并通过安装座固定安装有加热网18,两个固定板14顶部均开设有安装孔,两个安装孔内均转动安装有竖轴15,两个竖轴15底端均固定安装有扇叶17,两个支撑板2一侧均开设有横向孔,两个横向孔内均转动安装有横轴19,两个横轴19相互靠近的一端均固定安装有锥齿轮16,两个竖轴15的顶端均固定安装有锥齿轮16,位于同一侧的两个锥齿轮16相啮合,两个横轴19相互远离的一端和连接轴10两端均固定安装有带轮13,位于同一侧两个带轮13上传动安装有同一皮带。
本发明中,两个竖轴15外侧均固定套设有限位轴套21,两个限位轴套21均与固定板14顶部活动抵接,对竖轴15进行限位。
本发明中,箱体3底部两侧均固定安装有定位板20,两个定位板20分别转动套设在对应的横轴19外侧,对横轴19进行定位。
本发明中,转轴9和连接轴10外侧均固定套设有密封圈4,箱体3转动密封套设在密封圈4外侧,对箱体3进行密封。
本发明中,箱体3顶部一侧连通有进料管22,进料管外侧活动套设有管盖,便于箱体3的进料。
本发明中,两个支撑板2一侧底部均开设有螺纹孔,两个螺纹孔内均螺纹安装有螺纹杆23,两个螺纹杆23相互靠近的一端均固定安装有抵接板,便于对电子元器件进行固定。
本发明中,在使用时,通过进料管22向箱体3内加入胶水并开启电机12,电机12输出轴带动转轴9转动,转轴9通过两个齿轮11之间的传动带动连接轴10转动,转轴9和连接轴10分别通过带动搅拌杆转动对胶水进行搅拌,使胶水搅拌均匀,提高点胶的质量,然后通过旋转两个螺纹杆23并通过两个螺纹杆与对应螺纹孔的螺纹配合带动两个抵接板向相互靠近的一侧运动对电子元器件进行抵接定位,然后开启调节阀8,并通过开启泵体5,泵体5将箱体3内的胶水抽出,并通过出料管6导入点胶头7内,通过点胶头7对电子元器件进行点胶,并通过开启加热网18,对电子元器件进行烘干,同时连接轴10通过两对带轮13之间的传动带动两个横轴19转动,两个横轴19分别通过两个锥齿轮16之间的传动带动两个竖轴15转动,两个竖轴15带动两个扇叶17转动,从而将加热网18加热空气吹向电子元器件进行烘干,便于将胶水快速烘干,提高点胶工作的效率。

1.一种电子元器件点胶装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)顶部两侧均固定安装有支撑板(2),两个支撑板(2)顶部固定安装有同一个箱体(3),箱体(3)底部固定安装有泵体(5),箱体(3)底部开设有与泵体(5)进液口连通的通孔,泵体(5)出液口连通有出料管(6)的一端,出料管(6)的另一端连通有点胶头(7),出料管(6)上固定安装有调节阀(8),所述箱体(3)两侧内之间转动安装有横轴(19)和连接轴(10),横轴(19)和连接轴(10)外侧均固定安装有搅拌杆,横轴(19)和连接轴(10)上均固定安装有齿轮(11),两个齿轮(11)相啮合,箱体(3)一侧固定安装有电机(12),转轴(9)一端与电机(12)输出轴固定连接,两个支撑板(2)相互靠近的一侧均固定安装有固定板(14)并通过安装座固定安装有加热网(18),两个固定板(14)顶部均开设有安装孔,两个安装孔内均转动安装有竖轴(15),两个竖轴(15)底端均固定安装有扇叶(17),两个支撑板(2)一侧均开设有横向孔,两个横向孔内均转动安装有横轴(19),两个横轴(19)相互靠近的一端均固定安装有锥齿轮(16),两个竖轴(15)的顶端均固定安装有锥齿轮(16),位于同一侧的两个锥齿轮(16)相啮合,两个横轴(19)相互远离的一端和连接轴(10)两端均固定安装有带轮(13),位于同一侧两个带轮(13)上传动安装有同一皮带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件点胶装置,其特征在于,两个竖轴(15)外侧均固定套设有限位轴套(21),两个限位轴套(21)均与固定板(14)顶部活动抵接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件点胶装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(3)底部两侧均固定安装有定位板(20),两个定位板(20)分别转动套设在对应的横轴(19)外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件点胶装置,其特征在于,所述转轴(9)和连接轴(10)外侧均固定套设有密封圈(4),所述箱体(3)转动密封套设在密封圈(4)外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件点胶装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(3)顶部一侧连通有进料管(22),进料管外侧活动套设有管盖。
