Description

External traditional Chinese medicine for treating impotence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating impotence and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Impotence (ED), also known as Erectile Dysfunction, refers to the inability or inability of the penis to erect or to develop rigidity when a male has a desire for sexual activity, or to maintain a sufficient time for an erection with a degree of rigidity that interferes with or completes intercourse.
Western medicine believes that the cause of impotence involves various aspects such as nerves, mental factors, endocrine function, sexual organs, etc. According to its degree, it can be divided into light, medium and heavy degrees. According to the etiology, they are classified into organic, psychological and mixed types. The erection dysfunction caused by organic nature is mainly treated by operations of recanalization operation, back deep vein ligation, back deep vein excision, urethral cavernous body loosening operation, penile prosthesis support and the like by western medicine; commonly used drugs for psychologically induced erectile dysfunction include: oral medicines such as sildenafil and tadalafil, and cavernous injection medicines such as papaverine, phentolamine and prostaglandin E. Western medicines are used for treating impotence, only have a transient effect on patients, cannot achieve the treatment effect fundamentally, and can aggravate the damage of organs such as kidneys and the like after the patients take the western medicines, so that the condition of the disease is further worsened. Therefore, the western medicine treatment method has the defects of large side effect, single effect, more contraindications and the like.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that strengthening yang is mainly to improve the positive breath of men through factors such as medicines and the like, and achieves the purposes of improving kidney yang, strengthening body, improving sexual function and enhancing sexual desire. The traditional Chinese medicine has relatively slow effect, but acts on the whole body, has lasting curative effect and small side effect, is a multi-target effect and is not a single effect, and meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of improving the sexual desire similar to an androgen and has more advantages for impotence patients with combined hyposexuality. Compared with the oral traditional Chinese medicine, the external traditional Chinese medicine has smaller side effect on human body. Therefore, an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating impotence and a preparation method thereof are urgently needed to solve the defects of the prior art.
