a. respectively weighing 20g of ganoderma sinense, 20g of cacumen biotae and 20g of pine needles, crushing by using a crusher, and sieving by using a 60-mesh sieve to prepare powder;
b. soaking 20g of rhizoma Polygonati in 80-100 deg.C hot water, and softening to paste;
c. mixing Ganoderma, folium Platycladi and folium Pini powder with soaked rhizoma Polygonati, mixing with noodle press, air drying with air dryer, pulverizing, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve.
Adding 0.8g of auxiliary materials into the traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein 0.36g of starch, 0.18g of talcum powder and 0.26g of disintegrating agent are added; tablets were then made with a tableting machine, each tablet weighing 0.4 grams.
The health care product prepared in the embodiments 1-5 of the application can relieve the symptoms of cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbar disc herniation, arthritis swelling and pain, stroke and the like, and has the effects of relaxing bowel, reducing blood sugar and reducing blood pressure.
