After the switch 12 is started, the second motor drives the sixth driving sprocket to rotate through the speed reducer, and the sixth driving sprocket sequentially transmits power to the sixth driven sprocket 63, the fifth driving sprocket 62 and the fifth driven sprocket 66, so that the cutting disc 67 is driven to rotate; in the initial state, the cutting disc 67 is located right below the first rectangular hole 141, when the fish head reaches the second rectangular hole 142, the fish head presses the pressing rod 64 downwards, in order to increase the contact area between the pressing rod 64 and the fish, the fish can press the pressing rod 64 downwards, and in this embodiment, the upper end of the pressing rod 64 is connected with the cross rod 68.
When the pressing rod 64 is pressed down, the pressing rod 64 drives the sixth rotating shaft 61 to rotate, so that the ejector rod 65 is driven to rotate, the cutting disc 67 is lifted upwards and extends out of the first rectangular hole 141, the fish belly is cut open by the rotation of the cutting disc 67 until the fish completely leaves the pressing rod 64, the cutting disc 67 is reset under the action of gravity, the laparotomy is completed, and finally the belt 52 drives the fish to fall out of the fish outlet.
In this embodiment, a water inlet pipe 18 is further installed at the top of the casing 1, a spray head (not shown) and a collecting tank 19 are further installed in the casing 1, and a through hole is further opened on the chute 14. With inlet tube 18 and water piping connection, the running water is spout from the shower nozzle behind inlet tube 18, can wash the fish body at the in-process of scaling, has improved the effect of scaling, and waste water and fish scale after the washing fall into collecting vat 19 in, can prevent that the fish scale from piling up on scaling mechanism 2, influence scaling mechanism 2 work. During washing, dirty water can fall into the collecting groove 19 through the through holes, and accumulation of the dirty water in the sliding groove 14 is avoided.
The invention also provides a using method of the fish killing machine with functions of scaling and laparotomy, which comprises the following steps,
step one, conveying;
the switch 12 is started first, the third motor and the fourth motor start to work, the belts 52 of the two conveying units are driven to rotate, then the fish is placed on the sliding groove 14, the fish head faces the fish inlet 13, then the fish is pushed into the machine shell 1 through the fish inlet 13, the fish head is located between the two belt wheels 51 at the rightmost end, the belts 52 rotate to drive the fish to slide leftwards on the sliding groove 14 until the fish falls out from the fish outlet, and conveying is finished.
Step two, scaling;
after the switch 12 is started, the first motor starts to work, the first motor sequentially transmits power to the fourth driving sprocket, the fourth driven sprocket 44, the fifth rotating shaft 42, the gear 43, the gear column 41, the first rotating shaft 31, the driving bevel gear 32 and the driven bevel gear 36, so as to drive the second rotating shaft 33 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 33 sequentially transmits power to the second driving sprocket 37 and the second driven sprocket 38, so as to drive the second scraping cylinder 28 to rotate, and drives the third rotating shaft 35 and the fourth rotating shaft to rotate through the universal joint 34, the third rotating shaft 35 sequentially transmits power to the first driving sprocket 39 and the first driven sprocket 310, so as to drive the first scraping cylinder 27 to rotate, the fourth rotating shaft sequentially transmits power to the third driving sprocket and the third driven sprocket, so as to drive the third scraping cylinder 29 to rotate, the three scraping cylinders drive the scraping nails to rotate, when fish pass through the scale scraping mechanism 2, six scraping cylinders of the two scaling units rotate simultaneously, so that the scales are scraped.
Step three: laparotomy;
after the switch 12 is started, the second motor drives the sixth driving sprocket to rotate through the speed reducer, and the sixth driving sprocket sequentially transmits power to the sixth driven sprocket 63, the fifth driving sprocket 62 and the fifth driven sprocket 66, so that the cutting disc 67 is driven to rotate; during initial state, the cutting disc 67 is located under first rectangular hole 141, and when the fish head arrived second rectangular hole 142 top, the fish head pushed down depression bar 64, and depression bar 64 drove sixth pivot 61 and rotates to drive ejector pin 65 and rotate, cutting disc 67 upwards lifted, stretches out from first rectangular hole 141, and the fish belly is cut open in cutting disc 67's rotation, and after the fish all left depression bar 64, cutting disc 67 resets under the effect of gravity, accomplishes the laparotomy, and belt 52 drove the fish and falls out from the fish outlet at last.

the scale scraping mechanism (2) comprises a first motor arranged in a machine shell (1) and two scale scraping units which are the same in structure and are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, a switch (12) is electrically connected with the first motor, each scale scraping unit comprises a vertical beam (21), the vertical beams (21) are arranged on the front inner side wall and the rear inner side wall of the machine shell (1), three cylinder bodies (22) are arranged on the vertical beams (21), the bottoms of the three cylinder bodies (22) are communicated through a guide pipe, each cylinder body (22) is connected with a piston rod (23), the front ends of the three piston rods (23) are respectively hinged with a first rotating rod (24), a second rotating rod (25) and a third rotating rod (26), the first rotating rod (24), the second rotating rod (25) and the third rotating rod (26) are sequentially hinged, and a first scraping cylinder (27) is rotatably connected to the first rotating rod (24), the second rotating rod (25) is rotatably connected with a second scraping cylinder (28), the third rotating rod (26) is rotatably connected with a third scraping cylinder (29), the first scraping cylinder (27), the second scraping cylinder (28) and the third scraping cylinder (29) are respectively connected with a scraping nail, and linkage mechanisms are further installed in the first rotating rod (24), the second rotating rod (25) and the third rotating rod (26) and are used for transmitting the power of the first motor to the first scraping cylinder (27), the second scraping cylinder (28) and the third scraping cylinder (29), so that the first scraping cylinder (27), the second scraping cylinder (28) and the third scraping cylinder (29) are driven to rotate;
the laparotomy mechanism (6) comprises a sixth rotating shaft (61), the sixth rotating shaft (61) is rotatably connected to the front inner side wall and the rear inner side wall of the shell (1), a shaft sleeve is sleeved on the sixth rotating shaft (61), a fifth driving chain wheel (62) and a sixth driven chain wheel (63) are connected to the shaft sleeve, the sixth rotating shaft (61) is connected with a pressing rod (64) and two ejector rods (65), the pressing rod (64) extends out of the second rectangular hole (142), a fifth driven chain wheel (66) and a cutting disc (67) are coaxially connected between the two ejector rods (65), the cutting disc (67) is located under the first rectangular hole (141), the fifth driven chain wheel (66) is connected with the fifth driving chain wheel (62) through a chain, a second motor is further installed in the shell (1), the second motor is electrically connected with the switch (12), and is connected with the sixth driving chain wheel through a speed reducer, and the sixth driving chain wheel is connected with a sixth driven chain wheel (63) through a chain.

The fish killing machine with scaling and laparotomy function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the linkage mechanism further comprises a first rotating shaft (31), the first rotating shaft (31) is rotatably connected to the side wall of the second rotating rod (25), and one end of the first rotating shaft (31) is connected with a driving bevel gear (32) inside the second rotating rod (25);
a second rotating shaft (33) is rotatably connected in the second rotating rod (25), two ends of the second rotating shaft (33) are respectively connected with a third rotating shaft (35) and a fourth rotating shaft through universal joints (34), the third rotating shaft (35) is rotatably installed in the first rotating rod (24), and the fourth rotating shaft is rotatably installed in the third rotating rod (26);
a driven bevel gear (36) and a second driving sprocket (37) are connected to the second rotating shaft (33), the driven bevel gear (36) is meshed with the driving bevel gear (32), the second scraping cylinder (28) is coaxially connected with a second driven sprocket (38), and the second driven sprocket (38) is connected with the second driving sprocket (37) through a chain;
the third rotating shaft (35) is connected with a first driving chain wheel (39), the first scraping cylinder (27) is coaxially connected with a first driven chain wheel (310), and the first driven chain wheel (310) is connected with the first driving chain wheel (39) through a chain;
and a third driving sprocket is connected to the fourth rotating shaft, a third scraping cylinder (29) is coaxially connected with a third driven sprocket, and the third driven sprocket is connected with the third driving sprocket through a chain.

The fish killing machine with scaling and laparotomy function as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: the one end of first pivot (31) has gear post (41) in second dwang (25) external connection, it is connected with fifth pivot (42) to rotate on perpendicular roof beam (21), be connected with gear (43) and fourth driven sprocket (44) on fifth pivot (42), gear (43) and gear post (41) meshing, fourth driven sprocket (44) are connected with fourth drive sprocket through the chain, fourth drive sprocket rotates and connects in casing (1), first motor passes through the speed reducer and is connected with fourth drive sprocket.
