【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种插头连接器,尤其涉及一种方便组装的插头连接器。
【背景技术】
2017年05月31日公告的中国发明专利第CN106785613A号,其公开了一种高速连接器组合,其包括板端连接器和线端连接器,所述线端连接器包括组装式壳体、填充在壳体内的内膜、被内膜包覆的PCB板和焊接固定在PCB板上的连接线缆。
由于该线端连接器需要设置注塑孔,通过注塑孔往组装好的壳体内低压注塑内膜,以包覆所有连接线缆与PCB板之间的焊接点,此设计不仅增加了制造工序,而且增加了制造成本。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种方便组装的插头连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器锁扣配合,所述插头连接器包括壳体、收容于所述壳体内的电路板及与所述电路板电性连接的线缆,所述电路板设有若干焊接点以与线缆连接,所述焊接点设有点胶块以保护电路板与线缆的连接处。
相较于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:通过在焊接点上设置点胶块可有效保护电路板与线缆的连接处,且方便技术人员操作,节约了制造成本。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题在于:提供一种方便组装的插头连接器的制造方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种插头连接器的制造方法,包括以下步骤:提供一电路板,将连接线缆焊接在电路板的焊接点上;在焊接点上设置点胶块以保护电路板与线缆的连接处;在线缆与电路板的连接处成型第一壳体;提供一设有开口的第二壳体,将电路板通过开口装入第二壳体内;在第一壳体上设置凸起,并在第二壳体上设置凹孔,通过凸起与凹孔的配合将第一壳体和第二壳体组装在一起。
相较于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:通过在焊接点上设置点胶块可有效保护电路板与线缆的连接处,且方便技术人员操作,节约了制造成本。

如图1-5所示,为符合本发明的一种插头连接器100,其用于与插座连接器锁扣配合,所述插头连接器100包括壳体1、收容于壳体1内的电路板2、与电路板2电性连接的线缆3以及锁扣弹片4。
所述壳体1为组装式壳体,其包括第一壳体11与第二壳体12。所述第一壳体11成型于电路板2与线缆3的连接处,其包括第一上表面111、位于第一上表面111左侧的第一左侧面112、位于第一上表面111右侧的第一右侧面113及与第一上表面111相对的下表面114。所述第一上表面111设有位于其两侧的凸肋115。所述第一左侧面112和第一右侧面113上均设有呈“凸”字型的凸块116。所述下表面114设有一通孔117,所述线缆3通过通孔延伸出第一壳体11。所述第二壳体12包括第二上表面121、位于第二上表面121左侧的第二左侧面122、位于第二上表面121右侧的第二右侧面123及前端面124。所述第二上表面121包括与凸肋115配合的凹槽125及用以固持锁扣弹片4的凸台126。所述第二左侧面122和第二右侧面123的内侧均设有卡持所述凸块116的凹孔127及引导凸块116与凹孔127配合的滑槽128。所述前端面124设有一开口129,所述电路板3通过该开口129延伸出第二壳体121。所述第二壳体12还包括自前端面124的两侧及下侧向前延伸的挡板130,所述挡板130呈U型状。
所述电路板2的连接方向与线缆3的连接方向相垂直。所述电路板2包括若干与线缆3连接的焊接点21,所述焊接点设有点胶块以保护电路板与线缆的连接处,又可节约成本。
所述线缆3前端与电路板2连接在一起,后端向下延伸出第二壳体12。
所述锁扣弹片4包括固定于凸台126的弹性片41及设置于弹性片41后端的按压片42,所述弹性片41的上表面设有用于与插座连接器的锁扣孔配合的锁扣凸部411,弹性片41可以带动锁扣凸部411上下弹性摆动。当使用者用手手动按压按压片42,可以促使弹性片41向下摆动,以实现与插座连接器的解锁。
上述实施例中的插头连接器100的生产方法,包括以下步骤:提供一电路板2及与电路板2的连接方向垂直的线缆3,将线缆3焊接在电路板2的焊接点21上,通过在焊接点21上设置点胶块211以保护电路板2与线缆3的连接处;在线缆2与电路板3的连接处成型第一壳体11,在所述第一壳体11的下表面114设置一通孔117,将所述线缆3穿过该通孔117并延伸出第一壳体11;提供一设有开口129的第二壳体12,将电路板2通过开口129装入第二壳体12内;在所述第一壳体11的上表面设置凸肋115,并在第二壳体12的上表面设置与凸肋115对应的凹槽125;在所述第一壳体11的两侧设置凸块116,并在第二壳体12的两侧设置相应的凹孔127及滑槽128,所述凸肋115通过滑槽128与凹孔127配合,将第一壳体11和第二壳体12组装在一起。

2.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括第一壳体及与第一壳体配合的第二壳体。
3.如权利要求2所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述第一壳体包括设有通孔的下表面,所述线缆通过通孔延伸出第一壳体。
4.如权利要求2所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述第二壳体包括设有开口的前端面,所述电路板通过开口延伸出第二壳体。
5.如权利要求2所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述第一壳体包括位于第一壳体两侧的凸块,所述第二壳体包括位于第二壳体两侧的凹孔,所述凸块与凹孔配合,以固定第一壳体和第二壳体。
6.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述线端连接器还包括位于第二壳体上的凸台及固持于所述凸台的锁扣弹片。

(1)提供一电路板,将连接线缆焊接在电路板的焊接点上;
(2)在焊接点上设置点胶块以保护电路板与线缆的连接处;
(3)在线缆与电路板的连接处成型第一壳体;
(4)提供一设有开口的第二壳体,将电路板通过开口装入第二壳体内;

10.如权利要求9所述的插头连接器的制造方法,其特征在于:所述锁扣弹片上设有用于卡接固定的凸包。
