2. Feeding is executed according to the feeding instruction, and the correct feeding time is ensured;
3. and recording the material name, the material quantity, the material batch number, the operator and the feeding equipment of the actual feeding, ensuring that the whole process can be traced, and analyzing the reason afterwards if an error still exists.
Drawings
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The basic idea of the invention is to make a production plan to configure materials and equipment according to a production formula; configuring materials according to the instruction, and monitoring the material configuration process; checking whether the materials and the equipment are consistent with the production plan, if not, prompting to stop feeding, and if so, executing feeding; the material name, the material quantity, the material batch number, the operator and the feeding equipment of the actual feeding are recorded, and in a manufacturing execution system, the mistaken feeding and the messy feeding of manual feeding in production are avoided.
Based on the above thought, the embodiment of the present invention provides a flow control method for preventing manual feeding from being mistaken in intermittent production, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s1: and (5) making a production plan according to the production formula to configure materials and equipment.
And configuring relevant information of production flow, materials and working units in the production formula, and making a production plan according to the production formula.
When the actual production requirement is different from the production plan, for example, the amount of the material is adjusted, the material and the working unit need to be adjusted according to the actual production requirement.
S2: and configuring the materials according to the instruction, and monitoring the material configuration process.
And before feeding, if the activity of a specific material batch is not required to be determined, formulating a material preparation requirement according to the material details in the production plan, and preparing materials by the warehouse according to a material preparation instruction.
If the activity of a specific material batch needs to be determined before feeding, a batching instruction is pushed down to a raw material bin or a workshop bin, the warehouse unpacks the materials, configures the materials accurate to a specific batch number and quantity, generates batching records, and prints the two-dimensional code again for pasting.
In order to avoid errors in the material configuration process, the two-dimensional codes are generated according to the names, the quantities and the batch numbers of the required materials, the two-dimensional codes for preparing the materials are scanned to judge whether the names, the quantities and the batch numbers of the required materials are consistent with the production plan, and if not, re-preparation is prompted, so that the accuracy of the material preparation process is ensured.
S3: and checking whether the materials and the equipment are consistent with the production plan, prompting to stop feeding if the materials and the equipment are not consistent with the production plan, and executing feeding according to a blanking instruction if the materials and the equipment are consistent with the production plan.
Before feeding, scanning the two-dimensional code on the material, obtaining material name, material batch number, checking whether the material is the specific material to be fed, checking the material again according to the production plan, and ensuring that the fed material is correct.
In the embodiment, the feeding motion is controlled from the whole production flow by feeding according to the feeding instruction, so that the correct feeding time is ensured.
It has been explicitly indicated in the recipe in which link of production the dosing activity is to be performed; when the work order generated by the formula is executed specifically, the work order is blocked according to the time, and the material can be fed only when the current step is executed in production. Such as: confirming: when the work order is executed, the material feeding can be executed after the steps 1 and 2 are finished.
In this embodiment, the feeding equipment is checked before feeding, so that the feeding equipment is ensured to be correct.
In some embodiments, after verifying whether the materials and the equipment are consistent with the production plan, the method further comprises the following steps: and configuring an operable personnel set of the equipment, judging whether the current operating personnel belongs to the operable personnel set, if not, prompting to stop feeding, and if so, executing feeding.
The operator can automatically filter out operable feeding activities according to the configured authority, and the correctness of the feeding person is ensured.
S4: and recording the name of the actually fed materials, the quantity of the materials, the batch number of the materials, an operator and feeding equipment.
In this embodiment, the name of the material to be fed, the quantity of the material, the batch number of the material, the operator and the feeding equipment are recorded, so that the whole process can be traced, and the reason can be analyzed afterwards if an error still exists.
Various modifications or additions may be made to the described embodiments or alternatives may be employed by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or ambit of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
