The flexible freight bag has better sealing performance, less powder loss and greatly improved economic benefit.
The inner bag and the outer bag of the existing ton bag are jointed, and the inner bag needs to be dragged into the outer bag; inflating the inner bag to ensure that the inner bag is attached to the outer bag; and then the inner bag and the outer bag are folded and packed.
At present, equipment for manually dragging the inner bag and partially automatically dragging the inner bag is commonly adopted in the industry, and in the use process, the inner bag is easily loosened by an inner bag grabbing mechanism; because the inner bag is a polyethylene film, the inner bag is easy to tear off by the other inner bag grabbing mechanism, and the inflation tube is inconvenient to arrange after grabbing.
