the rotary frame is provided with a mounting frame, a first folding sleeve, a second folding sleeve and a third folding sleeve above, and the first folding sleeve, the second folding sleeve and the third folding sleeve are sequentially arranged circumferentially along the rotation direction of the rotary frame;
the first folding sleeve, the second folding sleeve and the third folding sleeve respectively comprise a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat, and a spiral pipe and a driving mechanism are connected between the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat;

the spiral pipe of the first folding sleeve is communicated with a hot air supply system, the spiral pipe of the second folding sleeve is communicated with a high-pressure coating supply system, and the spiral pipe of the third folding sleeve is communicated with a cold air supply system;
an exhaust cavity is arranged in the rotating frame, and an exhaust channel communicated with the exhaust cavity is arranged on the base platform.
