When the material distributor 4 receives the material, the material distributor 4 moves to the position below the torpedo tank 6, and the material inlet 41 of the material distributor 4 corresponds to the outlet of the torpedo tank 6, so that the material receiving process of the concrete is realized. When the distribution needs to be carried out on the platform die production line 5, the position of the distributing machine 4 can be adjusted by controlling the position of the travelling trolley 3 on the gantry travelling mechanism 2 and the position of the gantry travelling mechanism 2 on the paving track 1, so that the distributing machine 4 is ensured to reach a target distribution position; meanwhile, the height of the material distributor 4 is adjusted according to the vertical distance between the material distributor 4 and the bench die production line 5, so that accurate material distribution operation is realized.

A ground rail type movable large-span distributing machine is characterized by comprising a ground paving rail, a gantry traveling mechanism, a traveling trolley and a distributing machine, wherein the ground paving rail comprises two parallel sub-rails; the bottom end of the gantry traveling mechanism can move along the ground paving track, the gantry traveling mechanism is further provided with a traveling track, the material distributing machine is arranged on the traveling trolley, the traveling trolley can move along the traveling track, the material distributing machine comprises a material bin and a lifting device, the material bin is provided with a feeding opening and a discharging opening, and the lifting device is used for driving the material bin to ascend or descend.

The ground rail type mobile large-span material distributor according to claim 1, wherein the gantry traveling mechanism comprises a traveling bottom beam, a support, a track beam and a traveling driving unit, the bottom end of the support is fixedly arranged on the traveling bottom beam, the traveling bottom beam is used for moving along the ground paving track, the track beam is arranged at the top end of the support, the traveling track is arranged on the track beam, and the traveling driving unit is used for driving the traveling bottom beam to move along the ground paving track.

The ground rail type mobile large-span material distributor according to claim 2, wherein the number of the walking bottom beams, the number of the supports and the number of the track beams are two, the two walking bottom beams are respectively arranged on the two sub-tracks, the two track beams are parallel, and two ends of the two track beams are respectively and correspondingly erected on the top sides of the two supports.

The ground rail type mobile large-span material distributor according to claim 3, wherein the traveling trolley comprises a frame and a power unit, the material distributor is arranged on the frame, the bottom side of the frame is movably arranged on the track beam of the gantry traveling mechanism, and the power unit drives the frame to move along the track beam.

The ground rail type movable large-span material distributor according to claim 4, wherein the material bin comprises an upper shell part and a lower shell part which are communicated with each other, the outer wall of the upper shell part is connected with the walking trolley, the top side of the upper shell part is provided with the material inlet, the lower shell part is connected with the bottom end of the upper shell part, a plurality of feeding cavities which are arranged in parallel are arranged in the lower shell part, each feeding cavity corresponds to one discharge opening, and the discharge opening is provided with a discharge door plate.

The ground rail type mobile large-span material distributor according to claim 5, further comprising a plurality of sets of spiral material distributing mechanisms arranged inside the storage bin, wherein each spiral material distributing mechanism comprises a spiral feeding rod assembly and a speed reducer/hydraulic motor, one spiral feeding rod assembly is correspondingly arranged in each feeding cavity, and a rotating shaft of each speed reducer/hydraulic motor is connected with the spiral feeding rod assembly; the speed reducer/hydraulic motor is used for driving the spiral feeding rod assembly to rotate, and the spiral feeding rod assembly is used for extruding materials out of the feeding cavity.
7. The ground rail type mobile large-span distributor according to claim 6, wherein the outer side of said lower housing is further provided with a hydraulic cylinder assembly for controlling the opening and closing of said discharge door panel.

The ground rail type mobile large-span material distributor according to claim 7, further comprising a vibrating device, wherein the vibrating device is arranged in the stock bin, the vibrating device comprises a vibrating unit and a control mechanism, the control mechanism controls the vibrating state of the vibrating unit, and the vibrating unit is arranged outside the discharge opening.

The ground rail type mobile large-span material distributor according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the top side of the material inlet is provided with a material guiding shielding platform, the top side and the bottom side of the material guiding shielding platform are open, the edge of the top side of the material guiding shielding platform extends outwards to form a platform, the bottom side of the material guiding shielding platform is fixed on the top end of the material inlet of the storage bin, and the top side of the material guiding shielding platform is fixed on the bottom side of the walking trolley.

A prefabricated part production line, comprising the ground rail type mobile large-span material distribution machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and further comprising at least one bench formwork production line disposed between the two sub-rails, wherein the length of the ground paving rail is greater than that of the bench formwork production line, and a torpedo tank for supplying concrete material to the material distribution machine.
