技术领域
本发明涉及电缆线夹领域,尤其是涉及一种C型线夹金具。
背景技术
目前,C型线夹主要用于架空配电线路中20kV架空绝缘导线、铝铰线、钢芯铝铰线、钢铰线和铜导线非承受力位置上T接接续或跳线用。一般线夹采用导电性能良好的高强度特殊铝合金制造, 结构采用合理C型和铰型楔块构成,当铰型楔块在外力作用下,将导线压紧在线夹壳体和楔块之间。在配电线路中使用的C型线夹,用于将同径或异径的电缆线在不承受张力的位置上连接在一起,且安装不须铝包带,因此被广泛的应用。现有技术中的C型线夹安装组件太多,组装过程复杂。而并沟线夹是通过在上盖板和底板上相应的两侧位置开设弧形线槽,并对电缆线进行压紧,而此结构压紧电缆线后,电缆线在风力较大时容易从侧边脱落,从而导致电路断路,影响了整个线路正常输电。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种C型线夹金具。
本发明新的技术方案是:一种C型线夹金具,包括螺栓、滑块、线槽A、螺母、线槽B、固定板、通孔A及通孔B,所述的线槽A为C型,所述的线槽A内腔设有齿状槽,所述的线槽A一端一体成型有固定板,且固定板上设有通孔A;所述的线槽A内安装有滑块,且滑块为楔形,所述的滑块两侧设有线槽B,且线槽B为半圆状,所述的线槽B与线槽A内腔相配合,所述的滑块中部设有通孔B,且通孔B与通A相匹配,所述的通孔A及通孔B内穿有螺栓,所述的螺栓一端通过螺母固定。
所述的线槽A为高强度铝合金。
所述的通孔A为方形。
所述的滑块为高强度铝合金。
所述的螺栓为圆头方颈。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构简单,操作安全、快捷方便,连接同径或异径电缆线,且安装不须铝包带、不需使用特定压紧工具,只需将线缆放进线槽内上紧螺栓即可。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种C型线夹金具,包括螺栓1、滑块2、线槽A3、螺母4、线槽B201、固定板301、通孔A302及通孔B202,所述的线槽A3为C型,所述的线槽A3内腔设有齿状槽,所述的线槽A3一端一体成型有固定板301,且固定板301上设有通孔A302;所述的线槽A3内安装有滑块2,且滑块2为楔形,所述的滑块2两侧设有线槽B201,且线槽B201为半圆状,所述的线槽B201与线槽A3内腔相配合,所述的滑块2中部设有通孔B202,且通孔B202与通A相匹配,所述的通孔A302及通孔B202内穿有螺栓1,所述的螺栓1一端通过螺母4固定。
所述的线槽A3为高强度铝合金。
所述的通孔A302为方形。
所述的滑块2为高强度铝合金。
所述的螺栓1为圆头方颈。
线槽A3内腔开有齿状槽增加线缆与线槽A3的摩擦力,滑块2楔型度与线槽A3相配合。滑块2中间开有通孔B202,两侧是半圆状线槽B201。螺栓1为圆头方颈,安装时用工具紧固一端就可上紧,方便施工,螺栓1上紧后露出3-5个螺距,不影响后续塑料护罩的安装。
安装时,将电缆线卡入线槽A3内,滑块2从线槽A3顶部插入,再将螺栓1插入通孔A302及通孔B202内,在螺栓1端部放上平垫、弹簧垫片后用螺母4拧紧。线夹零部件数量减少,楔形结构设计将线缆压紧在线槽A3与线槽B201内,当线缆热胀冷缩时始终保持线夹与线缆间持久恒定的接触压力。随着外界环境及负载条件的变化,线夹的接触压力不变,满足接续连接的最佳要求。此结构压紧电缆线后,电缆线在风力较大时不会从侧边脱落。

1.一种C型线夹金具,包括螺栓(1)、滑块(2)、线槽A(3)、螺母(4)、线槽B(201)、固定板(301)、通孔A(302)及通孔B(202),其特征在于:所述的线槽A(3)为C型,所述的线槽A(3)内腔设有齿状槽,所述的线槽A(3)一端一体成型有固定板(301),且固定板(301)上设有通孔A(302);所述的线槽A(3)内安装有滑块(2),且滑块(2)为楔形,所述的滑块(2)两侧设有线槽B(201),且线槽B(201)为半圆状,所述的线槽B(201)与线槽A(3)内腔相配合,所述的滑块(2)中部设有通孔B(202),且通孔B(202)与通A相匹配,所述的通孔A(302)及通孔B(202)内穿有螺栓(1),所述的螺栓(1)一端通过螺母(4)固定。
