the air bag plugging system comprises a plurality of bracket groups and two air supply pipes, wherein the two air supply pipes are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the lower part of the tank body along the axial direction of the tank body, the plurality of bracket groups are arranged on the outer surface of the tank body side by side, each bracket group consists of two circular pipe-shaped brackets, one side of each circular pipe-shaped bracket is provided with an air bag extending opening, the two circular pipe-shaped brackets are arranged on the outer surface of the tank body in a surrounding manner at a certain distance, and the air bag extending openings of the two circular pipe-shaped brackets are oppositely arranged; an air bag component is arranged in each circular tube type bracket, the air bag component comprises an air bag support frame, an air bag fixing bolt, an air bag and an air bag connecting pipe, the air bag support frame is fixed in the circular tube type bracket, one end of the air bag, which is far away from the air bag extending port, is fixedly connected with the air bag support frame through the air bag fixing bolt, and a plurality of magnetic materials are arranged at one end of the air bag, which is close to the air bag extending port; the air bag is in an uninflated state, one end of the air bag connecting pipe is communicated with the air bag, and the other end of the air bag connecting pipe extends out of the circular pipe type bracket;
the air curtain generating system comprises a plurality of air curtain air ducts, the number of the air curtain air ducts is the same as that of the circular tube type brackets, each air curtain air duct is circumferentially arranged on the outer surface of the tank body, and every two air curtain air ducts are positioned between two circular tube type brackets in the same bracket group; two ends of each air curtain air duct are respectively communicated with two air supply pipes; one side of each air curtain air duct is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes, the air outlet holes of the two air curtain air ducts in the same bracket group are oppositely arranged, and the other side of each air curtain air duct is respectively communicated with the other end of each air bag connecting pipe closest to the circular tube bracket;
the intelligent monitoring system comprises a control device, a plurality of monitoring probe groups and a plurality of electric control valves, wherein each electric control valve is respectively arranged at the joint of each air curtain air duct and the air supply pipe; each monitoring probe group is arranged on the outer surface of one of the circular tube type brackets in one bracket group, the monitoring probe group consists of a plurality of monitoring probes, and the monitoring probes are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the circular tube type bracket; the control device is respectively connected with the plurality of monitoring probe groups and the plurality of electric control valves and is used for receiving monitoring data fed back by the monitoring probe groups and controlling the opening of the corresponding electric control valves after analysis processing;
the circular tube type support, the air supply tube and the air curtain air guide tube are all made of aluminum alloy materials, and the air bag is made of rubber materials.
2. The emergency plugging device for the hazardous chemical tank truck according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring probe is a gas sensor.
3. The emergency plugging device for the dangerous chemical tank truck according to claim 1, wherein the control device is a single chip microcomputer.
4. The working method of the emergency plugging device of the dangerous chemical tank truck according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
A. arranging an emergency plugging device on the tank truck, and checking whether the air tightness of the device is qualified or not;
B. each monitoring probe group is numbered sequentially through the control device, and simultaneously, each monitoring probe group is marked with four electric control valves which are respectively corresponding to the same bracket group, so that the corresponding relation between each monitoring probe group and each electric control valve is established; simultaneously setting a threshold value and storing the threshold value in a control device;
C. in the normal transportation process of the tank truck, each monitoring probe group monitors the concentration value of dangerous chemical substances on the outer surface of the tank truck in real time and feeds back monitoring data to the control device, the control device compares the monitoring data with stored data, and if the concentration value of the dangerous chemical substances of each monitoring probe does not exceed a set threshold value, the control device judges that the tank truck is in a normal state and continues to monitor; d, if the concentration value of the dangerous chemical of any monitoring probe exceeds a set threshold value, the control device judges that the tank body of the tank truck is in a leakage state, and the step D is entered;
D. the control device firstly determines a monitoring probe group in which the monitoring probe is positioned, and further obtains four electric control valves of the monitoring probe group corresponding to the same bracket group; the control device sends out a control instruction to enable the four electric control valves to be opened, inert gas enters the two gas curtain gas guide pipes in the bracket group from the gas supply pipe, and then is sprayed out from the gas outlet holes of the two gas curtain gas guide pipes, and as the gas outlet holes of the two gas curtain gas guide pipes are oppositely arranged, an air flow curtain is formed on the outer surface of the tank body between the bracket group, the leakage points are primarily plugged, the leakage speed of dangerous chemicals is reduced, and the concentration of the leaked dangerous chemicals is diluted; simultaneously, the two air curtain air ducts enable inert gas to enter the air bags of the two circular tube type brackets in the same bracket group through the air bag connecting pipe, so that the two air bags are inflated, at the moment, the two air bags start to expand, one ends with magnetic materials extend out of the air bag extending openings, and because the air bag extending openings of the two circular tube type brackets in the same bracket group are oppositely arranged, and because the magnetic materials at the end parts of the two opposite air bags are attracted mutually, the air bags in the two circular tube type brackets extend rapidly and oppositely along the outer surface of the tank body until the two opposite air bags are contacted mutually and the magnetic materials of the two air bags are attracted mutually, at the moment, the two air bags wrap the outer surface of the tank body between the bracket group, so that pressure is applied to the leakage point to seal and leak the dangerous chemical is prevented from continuously leaking;
E. when the dangerous chemical in the tank body is safely discharged and the leakage point of the tank body needs to be repaired, the air pump is firstly used for communicating the air supply pipe, inert gas in the air bag is pumped through the air supply pipe, the air curtain air duct and the air bag connecting pipe until the inert gas is completely pumped out, and after the two air bags which are mutually attracted are separated, the two air bags are respectively folded and contracted in the two circular pipe type supports from the air bag extending outlets of the two circular pipe type supports, so that the air bag recovery and resetting work is completed, and the leakage point can be repaired at the moment.
