A. arranging the emergency plugging device on a tank car, and checking whether the air tightness of the device is qualified;
B. numbering each monitoring probe group in sequence through a control device, and marking the monitoring probe groups corresponding to four electric control valves in the same bracket group respectively, so as to establish the corresponding relation between each monitoring probe group and each electric control valve; meanwhile, setting a threshold value to be stored in the control device;
C. in the normal transportation process of the tank truck, each monitoring probe group monitors the concentration value of the hazardous chemical substances on the outer surface of the tank body in real time, the monitoring data are fed back to the control device, the control device compares the monitoring data with the stored data, and if the concentration value of the hazardous chemical substances of each monitoring probe does not exceed a set threshold value, the control device judges that the tank body of the tank truck is in a normal state and continues monitoring; if the concentration value of the hazardous chemical substance of any one monitoring probe exceeds a set threshold value, the control device judges that the tank body of the tank car is in a leakage state, and the step D is carried out;
