本发明公开了一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:S1.将黄麻杆用清水冲洗后,放入五氯酚酸钠溶液中浸泡50‑80min;S2.将浸泡后的黄麻杆捞出沥干,备用;S3.将沉香木屑5‑15份、樟木屑6‑12份、松木屑4‑8份、桐树果实5‑10份、生姜5‑8份、山苍子5‑12份、贯众8‑14份、朱砂1‑4份清洗后粉碎,放入锅内加清水大火煮沸,煮沸后改用小火继续加热30‑60min,过滤后制得药液,备用;S4.往步骤S3中加入防腐剂,混合搅拌均匀制得喷洒液,将喷洒液喷洒在步骤S2中制得的黄麻杆表面,随后放入烘干箱内烘干,本发明涉及柳编工艺品技术领域。该种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,提高了黄麻杆表面的防腐能力,处理方法易操作,便于推广。

本发明涉及柳编工艺品技术领域,具体为一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法。
背景技术
柳编是中国民间传统手工艺品之一。在古代人们只是作为普通的日常实用品,直到20世纪后几十年才逐渐兴起,也渐渐的成为中国部分地区出口创汇的项目。柳编制品的种类繁多,在内销方面有席、筐、篓、簸箕、笆斗、柳条箱、笸箩、花篮、笊篱、食盘等多种类型。
黄麻杆是一种常用的柳编制作原料,由于柳编的特殊性,黄麻杆的表面处理要求较高,需要具有一定的防腐能力,延长柳编制品的使用寿命。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,提高了黄麻杆表面的防腐能力,处理方法易操作,便于推广。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将黄麻杆用清水冲洗后,放入五氯酚酸钠溶液中浸泡50-80min;
S2.将浸泡后的黄麻杆捞出沥干,备用;
S3.将沉香木屑5-15份、樟木屑6-12份、松木屑4-8份、桐树果实5-10份、生姜5-8份、山苍子5-12份、贯众8-14份、朱砂1-4份清洗后粉碎,放入锅内加清水大火煮沸,煮沸后改用小火继续加热30-60min,过滤后制得药液,备用;
S4.往步骤S3中加入防腐剂,混合搅拌均匀制得喷洒液,将喷洒液喷洒在步骤S2中制得的黄麻杆表面,随后放入烘干箱内烘干5-10min,烘干后取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干8-16min,烘干后再取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干15-25min即可。
优选的,所述步骤S1中五氯酚酸钠溶液的浓度为40-70mg/L。
优选的,所述步骤S1中溶液漫过黄麻杆,且溶液温度为20-30℃。
优选的,所述步骤S1中浸泡25-30min后将黄麻杆翻覆一次。
优选的,所述步骤S3中小火加热时搅拌2-4次,每次搅拌40-80S。
优选的,所述步骤S4中第一次烘干温度为45-60℃,第二次烘干温度为55-65℃,第三次烘干温度为65-75℃。
优选的,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙中的一种或几种。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,具备以下有益效果:首先通过五氯酚酸钠溶液浸泡,有一定的杀菌、杀虫作用,将黄麻杆表面的虫卵杀死,另外配合喷洒液,喷洒液中有防腐成分,通过在烘干过程中喷洒,使得黄麻杆可吸收主要成分,另外喷洒液中有带有樟木味,具有一定的驱虫作用,可实现黄麻杆表面防腐。

实施例一:
一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将黄麻杆用清水冲洗后,放入五氯酚酸钠溶液中浸泡50-80min;
S2.将浸泡后的黄麻杆捞出沥干,备用;
S3.将沉香木屑5份、樟木屑6份、松木屑4份、桐树果实5份、生姜5份、山苍子5、贯众8份、朱砂1份清洗后粉碎,放入锅内加清水大火煮沸,煮沸后改用小火继续加热30min,过滤后制得药液,备用;
S4.往步骤S3中加入防腐剂,混合搅拌均匀制得喷洒液,将喷洒液喷洒在步骤S2中制得的黄麻杆表面,随后放入烘干箱内烘干5min,烘干后取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干8min,烘干后再取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干15min即可。
步骤S1中五氯酚酸钠溶液的浓度为40mg/L。
步骤S1中溶液漫过黄麻杆,且溶液温度为20℃。
步骤S1中浸泡25min后将黄麻杆翻覆一次。
步骤S3中小火加热时搅拌2次,每次搅拌40S。
步骤S4中第一次烘干温度为45℃,第二次烘干温度为55℃,第三次烘干温度为65℃。
防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙中的一种或几种。
实施例二:
一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将黄麻杆用清水冲洗后,放入五氯酚酸钠溶液中浸泡80min;
S2.将浸泡后的黄麻杆捞出沥干,备用;
S3.将沉香木屑15份、樟木屑12份、松木屑8份、桐树果实10份、生姜8份、山苍子12份、贯众14份、朱砂4份清洗后粉碎,放入锅内加清水大火煮沸,煮沸后改用小火继续加热60min,过滤后制得药液,备用;
S4.往步骤S3中加入防腐剂,混合搅拌均匀制得喷洒液,将喷洒液喷洒在步骤S2中制得的黄麻杆表面,随后放入烘干箱内烘干10min,烘干后取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干16min,烘干后再取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干25min即可。
步骤S1中五氯酚酸钠溶液的浓度为70mg/L。
步骤S1中溶液漫过黄麻杆,且溶液温度为30℃。
步骤S1中浸泡30min后将黄麻杆翻覆一次。
步骤S3中小火加热时搅拌4次,每次搅拌80S。
步骤S4中第一次烘干温度为60℃,第二次烘干温度为65℃,第三次烘干温度为75℃。
防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙中的一种或几种。

Claims (7)
1.一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1.将黄麻杆用清水冲洗后,放入五氯酚酸钠溶液中浸泡50-80min;
S2.将浸泡后的黄麻杆捞出沥干,备用;
S3.将沉香木屑5-15份、樟木屑6-12份、松木屑4-8份、桐树果实5-10份、生姜5-8份、山苍子5-12份、贯众8-14份、朱砂1-4份清洗后粉碎,放入锅内加清水大火煮沸,煮沸后改用小火继续加热30-60min,过滤后制得药液,备用;
S4.往步骤S3中加入防腐剂,混合搅拌均匀制得喷洒液,将喷洒液喷洒在步骤S2中制得的黄麻杆表面,随后放入烘干箱内烘干5-10min,烘干后取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干8-16min,烘干后再取出黄麻杆,将喷洒液喷洒在黄麻杆表面,放入烘干箱内烘干15-25min即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中五氯酚酸钠溶液的浓度为40-70mg/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中溶液漫过黄麻杆,且溶液温度为20-30℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中浸泡25-30min后将黄麻杆翻覆一次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中小火加热时搅拌2-4次,每次搅拌40-80S。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中第一次烘干温度为45-60℃,第二次烘干温度为55-65℃,第三次烘干温度为65-75℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄麻杆的表面防腐处理方法,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钙中的一种或几种。
