The invention provides a kitchen waste extrusion screening pretreatment and dry/wet anaerobic fermentation treatment process system, which consists of an extrusion screening pretreatment system, a dry anaerobic fermentation tank and a wet anaerobic fermentation tank. The extrusion screening pretreatment system is composed of a bag breaking machine 1, a magnetic separator 2, a primary screening machine 3, a crusher 4 and an extrusion liquid-solid separator 5 which are sequentially connected through a conveyor 10, slurry generated by the extrusion liquid-solid separator 5 is connected with a wet anaerobic fermentation tank 8 through a screw pump 6, generated solid residues are connected with a dry anaerobic fermentation tank 9 through a plunger pump 7, the particle size of the slurry is less than or equal to 12mm, and the solid residue solid content is greater than or equal to 30%.
The bag breaking machine 1 adopts a roller bag breaking machine with a cutter head, and can rotate forwards and backwards to avoid winding and blocking.
The magnetic separator 2 adopts a permanent magnet self-unloading suspension type magnetic separator to automatically separate ferromagnetic substances with the weight of 0.1-25 kg.
The primary screening machine 3 adopts a screw screening machine with rod distance capable of being finely adjusted, the size of undersize materials is less than or equal to 120mm, and good screening effect of wet materials can be guaranteed.
The crusher 4 adopts a double-cutter shaft reverse rotation crusher, the size of a crushed object is less than or equal to 50mm, and the crushed object can rotate forward and backward to avoid winding and blocking.
The extrusion liquid-solid separator 5 adopts a spiral extrusion liquid-solid separator, the grain diameter of the slurry is less than or equal to 12mm, and the solid content of the solid residues is more than or equal to 30%.
The working process of the invention is as follows: the bag breaking machine 1 breaks the bags of the bagged kitchen garbage to scatter the materials, and uniformly spreads the materials for magnetic separation and primary screening. After ferromagnetic metals of the broken kitchen garbage are removed by a magnetic separator 2, the materials are conveyed to a primary sieving machine 3 through a conveyor 10, impurities with the particle size larger than 120mm are sieved, undersize materials with the particle size smaller than or equal to 120mm are conveyed to a crusher 4 through the conveyor 10, the materials are crushed to be smaller than or equal to 50mm, the crushed materials are conveyed to an extrusion liquid-solid separator 5 through the conveyor 10, the materials are divided into slurry with the particle size smaller than or equal to 12mm and solid residues with the particle size of 12-50mm, and the solid content of the solid residues is larger than or equal to 30%.
The slurry discharged by the extrusion liquid-solid separator is sent to a wet anaerobic fermentation tank for fermentation treatment through a screw pump, and the solid residue is sent to a dry anaerobic fermentation tank for fermentation treatment through a plunger pump. Part of the digestion residues generated by the dry anaerobic fermentation flows back to the dry anaerobic fermentation tank again, and other anaerobic digestion residues are discharged to the next section.
The bag breaking machine, the primary screening machine, the crusher, the extrusion liquid-solid separator and the conveyor can be respectively provided with a closed cover, the blanking exposed parts of the magnetic separator are respectively provided with a local exhaust pipeline, and exhausted gas is sent to the deodorization unit for treatment.
The invention can make the perishable garbage enter the anaerobic fermentation system to the maximum extent, and ensures the adaptability of the kitchen garbage component change, improves the impact resistance of the material moisture content and the stability and reliability of long-term operation. Meanwhile, the dry anaerobic feeding amount is reduced, so that the system investment is reduced, the energy consumption is saved, the operation cost is saved, and the technical and economic advantages are obvious.
