The method aims to solve the technical problems that hard and difficultly degradable components in the kitchen waste damage a crushing device and a subsequent anaerobic digestion stirring device, and the kitchen waste is low in anaerobic digestion gas production rate after direct crushing and screening treatment. The extrusion screening system adopting the rubber material effectively avoids the damage of hard materials in kitchen garbage such as the big bone rod, the seafood shell and the like to the system, and fully screens materials which are difficult to be anaerobically digested such as the plastic bag, the big bone rod, the seafood shell and the like, thereby greatly improving the organic matter content of the materials.
4. The discharge hopper is provided with the filter grating, so that slurry in the kitchen waste can be separated, the solid content of discharged materials can be ensured, the change of the water content caused by the change of components of the kitchen waste is adapted, and the requirement of the solid content of materials entering the high-solid content anaerobic digestion system is ensured.

wherein the upper part of the shell (5-1) of the pre-fermentation tank (5) is a cylinder, and the bottom is a cone; spray headers (5-2) are uniformly distributed at the top in the shell (5-1), a stirring paddle (5-3) is arranged at the cone part, and the stirring paddle (5-3) is driven by a variable frequency motor (5-4) arranged outside the shell; a feeding hole (5-5) is formed in the side wall of the shell (5-1), and a discharging hole (5-6) is formed in the bottom of the cone;
the leachate storage tank (3) is connected with a spray header (5-2) in the pre-fermentation tank (5) through a pump (2);
the bag breaking machine (1) is connected with a feed inlet (5-5) of the pre-fermentation tank (5) through a first conveyor (2);
the pressurizing rubber roller (8) is arranged above the perforated transmission belt (7-1) of the perforated transmission belt machine (7), and the distance between the pressurizing rubber roller (8) and the perforated transmission belt (7-1) is 1-5 mm; the discharge hopper (9) is arranged right below the belt with holes (7-1); the diameter of the circular holes uniformly distributed on the belt with holes (7-1) is 20-30 mm; a filter grid (9-1) which is in a shape of ^ and has a horizontal inclination angle of 15-20 degrees is arranged in the discharge hopper (9); the size of the grid holes on the grid is 4mm multiplied by 38mm, and the materials falling into the discharge hopper (9) are filtered by the filtering grid (9-1);
a discharge port (5-6) of the pre-fermentation tank (5) is connected with a belt conveyor (7) with holes through a second conveyor (6);
the waste material groove (11) is positioned at the tail end of the belt conveyor with holes (7); the scraper (10) is arranged between the waste material groove (11) and the belt conveyor with holes (7).
2. The sequencing batch pretreatment system for anaerobic digestion of high solids kitchen waste according to claim 1, wherein the paddles (5-3) have 2-3 blades; the diameter of the paddle is 100-120 mm.
3. The sequencing batch pretreatment system for anaerobic digestion of high solids kitchen waste according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of spray headers (5-2) is 8-12.
4. The sequencing batch pre-treatment system for anaerobic digestion of high solids kitchen waste according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the bag breaker (1) is a bladed roller bag breaker.
5. The sequencing batch pre-treatment system for anaerobic digestion of high-solids kitchen waste as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the leachate in the leachate storage tank (3) is biogas slurry from the subsequent anaerobic digestion process, and can be recycled.
6. The sequencing batch pretreatment system for anaerobic digestion of high solids kitchen waste according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pressurized squeegee (8) is made of rubber, and a group of 3-5 squeegee (8) is arranged from the feeding direction to the discharging direction, and the distance between each pressurized squeegee (8) and the perforated conveyor belt (7-1) is gradually reduced from 5-7 mm to 1-1.5 mm.
7. A method for pretreating high solid content kitchen waste by using the pretreatment system of claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
1. after the kitchen waste is added into the bag breaking machine (1), the plastic bags of the bagged waste are broken through bag breaking cutters on the outer circle of the roller and the inner wall of the shell, and the scattered kitchen waste is conveyed by a first conveyor (2) and a first conveyor and enters a pre-fermentation tank (5) through a feeding hole (5-5); pressurizing the leachate in the leachate storage tank (3) by a pump (4) while feeding, and uniformly spraying the leachate onto the kitchen garbage in the pre-fermentation tank (5) from a spray header (5-2), so as to ensure that the weight ratio of the kitchen garbage to the leachate is 4:1;
2. the kitchen waste is pre-fermented in a pre-fermentation tank (5), after the pre-fermentation is finished, a discharge port (5-6) is opened, a variable frequency motor (5-4) is started to drive a stirring paddle (5-3) to rotate, the materials are discharged through the discharge port (5-6), and then are conveyed to a perforated conveying belt (7-1) of a perforated conveying belt machine (7) by a second conveyor (6);
3. the pre-fermented materials are conveyed between a pressurizing rubber roller (8) and a porous transmission belt (7-1) by a porous transmission belt machine (7), and the materials with the particle size smaller than the aperture of the hole on the porous transmission belt (7-1) fall into a discharge hopper (9) below after extrusion and screening; the materials with the grain diameter larger than the aperture of the hole on the transmission belt (7-1) with the hole are scraped by the scraper (10) and fall into the waste tank (11) to finish the pretreatment of the kitchen garbage.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the pre-fermentation is performed at room temperature for 3 to 4 days.
