Kitchen garbage broken handle system includes: cleaning and dehydrating kitchen garbage collected and transported from a garbage truck through a material bin cleaning device, and recycling cleaned sewage through a sewage raw material recycling tank; separating the magnetic metal waste in the cleaned kitchen garbage material by a magnetic separation and magnetic attraction device; the separated kitchen waste enters a shredder for shredding treatment, and large kitchen waste is shredded to obtain small kitchen waste; further crushing the small kitchen garbage blocks by a fine crusher to obtain small particles; extruding the small-particle kitchen garbage through the extruding and dehydrating machine to obtain dehydrated kitchen garbage organic residues; the dehydrated kitchen waste organic slag is treated by the organic fertilizer treatment tank; the plastic recovery device is used for receiving the treated organic fertilizer, and carrying out composting after screening treatment on plastics, large materials or hardware in the organic fertilizer. The method can effectively improve the effectiveness and the utilization of the kitchen waste compost and reduce the energy consumption cost of composting treatment.

Background
The kitchen waste is different from general household waste in that the kitchen waste is high in water content, easy to corrode and generate stink, easy to pollute other waste, low in incineration power generation heat value and easy to generate secondary pollutants such as percolate, and is the main culprit of the neighborhood effect of a refuse dump.

the discharge hole of the fine crusher is connected with the feed inlet of the extruding and dehydrating machine through a second screw conveyor or directly, and kitchen waste organic residues obtained after extruding and dehydrating the small-particle kitchen waste are extruded and dehydrated through the extruding and dehydrating machine;
a discharge port of the extrusion dehydrator is connected with an organic fertilizer treatment tank through a third screw conveyor or a belt conveyor or is transported to carry out compost treatment, and the organic fertilizer treatment tank is used for treating the dehydrated kitchen waste organic residues;

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a draining structure and a flushing water gun are disposed in the material cleaning device, and the kitchen waste is flushed by the flushing water gun.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the magnetic separation and magnetic attraction device is a roller magnetic attraction machine, a welded frame magnet or a magnetic separation machine.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shredder, the pulverizer, and the extruder have a dehydration reduction rate of 80% or more and a water content of 70% or less.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the organic fertilizer treatment tank can promote the evaporation of water in materials, kill bacteria, deodorize and control environmental pollution.

The material cleaning device is internally provided with a draining structure and a washing water gun, and kitchen garbage is washed by the washing water gun.
The discharge port 102 of the pit feeding bin 100 is connected with the feed port 201 of the feeding belt conveyor 200, a magnetic separation and magnetic attraction device 210 is arranged in the feeding belt conveyor 200, and magnetic metal waste in the cleaned kitchen garbage material is separated through the magnetic separation and magnetic attraction device 210 (usually, a roller magnetic attraction machine, a welding frame magnet or a magnetic separator).
The discharge port 202 of the feeding belt conveyor 200 is connected with the feed port 301 of the shredder 300, and the separated kitchen waste enters the shredder 300 for shredding treatment, so that large kitchen waste is shredded into small kitchen waste. And then the discharge port 302 of the shredder 300 is connected with the feed port 501 of the fine crusher 500 through the first screw conveyor or the belt conveyor 400, and the small kitchen garbage is further crushed by the fine crusher 500 to obtain small-particle kitchen garbage meeting the requirement of the organic fertilizer.
The discharge port 502 of the fine crusher 500 is connected to the extruding-dehydrating machine 600 through the second screw conveyor or directly, and the organic kitchen waste residue with the water content of about 70% is extruded and dehydrated by the extruding-dehydrating machine 600 to the small-particle kitchen waste residue.
The discharge port of the extrusion dehydrator 600 is connected with the feed inlet of the organic fertilizer treatment tank or the organic fertilizer centralized treatment device 800 through the third screw conveyor or the belt conveyor 700, and the dehydrated kitchen waste organic slag is treated through the organic fertilizer treatment tank or the organic fertilizer centralized treatment device 800.
The discharge port of the organic fertilizer treatment tank or the organic fertilizer centralized treatment device 800 is connected with the feed port 901 of the fourth screw conveyor or the material conveyor 900, the discharge port 902 of the material conveyor 900 is connected with the plastic recovery device 1000 to receive the treated primary organic fertilizer, the treated primary organic fertilizer is subjected to screening treatment on plastics, large materials or hardware in the primary organic fertilizer, composting is carried out, and finally the collected organic fertilizer is received by the feed port 1101 and is transported away through 1100.

the discharge port of the shredder is connected with the feed port of the fine crusher through a first screw conveyor or a belt conveyor, and the small kitchen garbage blocks are further crushed by the fine crusher to obtain small particles, so that the small particles meet the requirements of organic fertilizers;
the discharge hole of the fine crusher is connected with the feed inlet of the extruding and dehydrating machine through a second screw conveyor or directly, and kitchen waste organic residues obtained after extruding and dehydrating the small-particle kitchen waste are extruded and dehydrated through the extruding and dehydrating machine;
a discharge port of the extrusion dehydrator is connected with an organic fertilizer treatment tank through a third screw conveyor or a belt conveyor or is transported to carry out compost treatment, and the organic fertilizer treatment tank is used for treating the dehydrated kitchen waste organic residues;
