The litsea cubeba oil mainly contains citral with the content of about 60-80 percent, has thick and obvious fragrance, is applied to the seasoning of various cold dishes and delicacies, promotes the appetite of people, and is part of daily consumer goods of people. The respective characteristics of the camellia oil, the sesame oil and the litsea cubeba oil are fully exerted, and the cooking edible oil which has the nutritive value, the health-care function and the appetite promotion function and has special fragrance is very necessary.
