本发明所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带,其采用的技术方案为:包括织物,所述织物的表面涂覆有打底层,其中一个织物正面打底层上涂覆有面层,形成PVC面层布,该织物反面打底层通过贴合层与另一个织物正面打底层贴合,构成所述PVC轻型输送带。

S3、给S2热定型后的织物正面经过涂层刀架涂覆打底浆料,形成打底层;
S4、将S3打底后的织物正面经涂层刀架涂覆面层浆料,形成面层,得到PVC面层布;
S5、贴合:将S4得到的PVC面层布反面打底,将另一个涂覆打底浆料的织物正面涂覆贴合浆料形成贴合层,二者同时进入前后烘箱加热塑化,通过贴合滚筒压合辊筒压辊,使PVC面层布的反面与贴合层贴合,经冷却辊筒冷却得到PVC轻型输送带;
S6、修面:对S5得到的PVC轻型输送带进行修面,设备车速为5m/分,烘箱的温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为170OC、烘箱Ⅱ为190OC、烘箱Ⅲ为210OC,张力为:220kg、180kg、280kg、220kg,风机为20KZ、29kg、50kg,排风机为0HZ、30HZ、52HZ。

厚织物选择型号8018G的大理石布,此布经过几次验证最终在确定此布的织法,经线:强度1400N/CM、纤度1670分特,纬线:强度770N/MM,纤度2200分特,其强度高、耐磨性好,其他浆料的原材料是选耐磨PVC糊树脂、环保增塑剂、环保稳定剂和耐高温颜料等,材料均为环保型的。
本发明采用的是一条整体生产流水线设备,工作流程为:流水线开始放卷-经大牵引-涂层刀架-前后烘箱(烘箱Ⅰ、烘箱Ⅱ、烘箱Ⅲ)、经贴合滑辊-到大牵引-收卷。

S5、贴合:将S4得到的PVC面层布反面打底,将另一个涂覆打底浆料的织物正面涂覆贴合浆料形成贴合层,二者同时进入前后烘箱加热塑化,通过贴合滚筒压合辊筒压辊,使PVC面层布的反面与贴合层贴合,经冷却辊筒冷却得到PVC轻型输送带;

S6中,辊筒之间的距离比输送带规定的厚度小0.05mm;设备车速为5m/分,前后烘箱的温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为170OC、烘箱Ⅱ为190OC、烘箱Ⅲ为210OC,张力为:220kg、180kg、280kg、220kg,风机为20KZ、29kg、50kg,排风机为0HZ、30HZ、52HZ。
实施例2
S4中,涂覆面层浆料形成面层,前烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为180OC、烘箱Ⅱ为200OC、烘箱Ⅲ为210OC,前放卷张力为200kg、前主张力380kg、主牵引张力500kg、收卷张力400kg,风机为45HZ、25HZ、25HZ,排风机:25HZ、25HZ、25HZ。
S5中,PVC面层布与打底织物贴合到1.6mm(2.4mm)时,设备车速为7.0m/分,前后烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为80OC、烘箱Ⅱ为200OC、烘箱Ⅲ为220OC,张力为2:200、2:180kg、230kg、180kg,风机为30HZ,35HZ、42HZ,排风机为20HZ、25HZ、25HZ,辊筒之间的距离比PVC轻型输送带的厚度小0.3m。
为了保证质量的稳定,在生产参数的设置中,原则上主张同批原料用同一机台同一模具生产时,其参数一致,但因生产外因(如室内温度、空气流通程度、冷却水的温度等)的影响,其参数无法保持不变,但在原正常生产参数的前提下调节量应符合上述要求。

Claims (10)

1.一次性成型PVC轻型输送带,其特征在于,包括织物,所述织物的表面涂覆有打底层,其中一个织物正面打底层上涂覆有面层,形成PVC面层布,该织物反面打底层通过贴合层与另一个织物正面打底层贴合,构成所述PVC轻型输送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带,其特征在于,所述面层按质量份计:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)70kg、糊树脂R-13粉20kg、糊树脂P440粉30kg、糊树脂P450粉30kg、钙锌稳定剂(GZ)3kg、酞菁绿(G)2kg、中铬黄(103)3kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带,其特征在于,所述贴合层按质量份计为:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)85kg、糊树脂P440粉60kg、糊树脂P450粉30kg、钙锌稳定剂(GZ)3kg、酞菁绿(G)3kg,中铬黄(103)5kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带,其特征在于,所述正面打底层按质量份计为:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯90kg、糊树脂R-13粉70kg、糊树脂P440粉30kg、糊树脂P450粉30kg、钙锌稳定剂(GZ)5kg,PVC粘合剂3kg-10kg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带,其特征在于,所述反面打底层按质量份计为:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)90kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)20kg,糊树脂R-13粉70kg、糊树脂P440粉30kg、糊树脂P450粉30kg、钙锌稳定剂(GZ)5kg,PVC粘合剂3kg-10kg,钛白粉3kg。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带,其制备方法为,
S1、配备浆料:分别按上述打底层、面层和贴合层的质量份计,分别将所需物质混合搅拌均匀,并真空脱泡,分别得到打底浆料、面层浆料和贴合浆料;
S2、烘布:将用于制备轻型输送带的织物进行热定型处理;
S3、给S2热定型后的织物正面经过涂层刀架涂覆打底浆料,形成打底层;
S4、将S3打底后的织物正面经涂层刀架涂覆面层浆料,形成面层,得到PVC面层布;
S5、贴合:将S4得到的PVC面层布反面打底,将另一个涂覆打底浆料的织物正面涂覆贴合浆料形成贴合层,二者前后用涂层刀架涂覆对应浆料进入前后烘箱加热塑化,通过贴合滚筒压合辊筒压辊,使PVC面层布的反面与贴合层贴合,经冷却辊筒冷却得到PVC轻型输送带;
S6、修面:对S5得到的PVC轻型输送带进行修面,设备车速为5m/分,烘箱的温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为170℃、烘箱Ⅱ为190℃、烘箱Ⅲ为210℃,张力为:220kg、180kg、280kg、220kg,风机为20KZ、29kg、50kg,排风机为0HZ、30HZ、52HZ;
S7、裁切分割,然后检验包装。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,对织物进行热定型处理的烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为130℃、烘箱Ⅱ为140℃、烘箱Ⅲ为170℃,张力为120kg、150kg、210kg风机为15HZ、20HZ、25HZ,排风机(HZ):15HZ、20HZ、25HZ。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,对定型后织物进行打底的烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为0℃、烘箱Ⅱ为120℃、烘箱Ⅲ为180℃,张力为150kg、180kg、250kg,风机为15HZ、20HZ、25HZ,排风机(HZ):15HZ、20HZ、25HZ。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,S4中,涂覆面层浆料形成面层,烘箱温度为:烘箱Ⅰ为170℃、烘箱Ⅱ为190℃、烘箱Ⅲ为210℃,张力为180kg、250kg、200kg,风机为35HZ、40HZ、45HZ,排风机(HZ):35HZ、40HZ、40HZ,使面层浆料塑化。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一次性成型PVC轻型输送带的制备方法,其特征在于,S5中,贴合时设备车速为9.0m/分,前后烘箱温度为:前烘箱Ⅰ为170℃、前烘箱Ⅱ为190℃、前烘箱Ⅲ为210℃,后烘箱Ⅰ为170℃、后烘箱Ⅱ为190℃、后烘箱Ⅲ为210℃;前放卷张力为250kg、前主张力300kg,后放卷张力为200kg、后牵引张力350kg、主牵引张力400kg,收卷张力250kg;前风机为30HZ,35HZ、40HZ,后风机为35HZ,40HZ、40HZ,前排风机为30HZ、35HZ、40HZ,后35HZ、40HZ、40HZ。
