Abstract
The invention discloses a cleaning-free stainless steel rolling lubricant, which relates to the technical field of lubricant preparation, in particular to a cleaning-free stainless steel rolling lubricant, and comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-2% of detergent dispersant, 0.2-1% of antioxidant corrosion inhibitor, 1-5% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.5-3% of friction modifier, 5-10% of lubricant and the balance of hydrogenated base oil. The invention is especially suitable for stainless steel plates with extremely high requirements on plate surface brightness and plate surface residue, the annealing plate surface of the product has no residue, the subsequent treatment procedures of the product are greatly reduced, the oxidation and corrosion resistant agent can inhibit the oxidation of oil products and protect the lubricating surface from chemicals of water or chemical erosion of other pollutants, the oxidation and corrosion resistant effect is achieved, and the friction modifier contains polar groups. The substance containing polar groups has strong affinity to the metal surface, and is strongly adsorbed on the metal surface through the polar groups to form a protective film similar to a buffer pad to separate the metals and prevent the metals from directly contacting.

The detergent dispersant mainly has the functions of keeping the interior of an engine clean and enabling generated insoluble substances to be in a colloid suspension state so as not to further form carbon deposit, paint film or oil sludge, and specifically, the functions of the detergent dispersant can be divided into four aspects of acid neutralization, solubilization, dispersion, washing and the like.
The antioxidant corrosion inhibitor can inhibit oil oxidation and protect the lubricating surface from chemical erosion of water or other pollutants, and has antioxidant and corrosion resisting effects.
The hydrogenated base oil changes the chemical composition of the base oil through hydrogenation processes (hydrotreating, hydrocracking, hydroisomerization, hydrorefining and catalytic dewaxing), thereby bringing many advantages, improving the color, stability and smell, improving the viscosity-temperature performance and obviously improving the sensitivity to an antioxidant.
The friction modifiers all contain polar groups. The substance containing polar groups has strong affinity to the metal surface, and is strongly adsorbed on the metal surface through the polar groups to form a protective film similar to a buffer pad to separate the metals and prevent the direct contact between the metals, thereby reducing friction and abrasion.
