Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of a native aloe liquid fertilizer, which comprises the following steps; the method comprises the steps of performing normal-temperature fresh keeping on collected aloe leaves, and mechanically grinding the aloe leaves into aloe juice serving as a basic raw material in batches. And secondly, storing the aloe juice under an anaerobic condition, maintaining the original characteristics and substances of the aloe, fermenting for 72 hours in batches by adopting an EM (effective microorganisms) microbial technology, taking materials, mixing with a prepared catalyst, and performing constant-temperature dynamic purification and synergistic treatment to obtain an extract, namely the finished aloe juice. The liquid fertilizer produced by the fusion of the physical technology, the microbial technology and the catalytic technology reserves various active substances and trace elements of the aloe, has the functions of repelling insects and absorbing water and retaining water by colloidal liquid, so that nutrients which are easily absorbed by crops and are necessary for plant growth, such as NH3-N, KO2, RCHNH2CooH, CH3CooH, FA-K and the like, are converted and utilized again, and the functions of repelling insects and retaining water of colloid-containing substances in the aloe are reserved.
