8): the piston rod of the jacking cylinder 68 drives the pressing plate 69 to move to the initial position, the piston rod of the jacking cylinder 432 drives the overturning plate 43 to restore to the horizontal position, and then the folded paper protection plate 9 is taken down from the folding machine 1;
9): the piston rod of the driving cylinder 64 drives the rack 67 to move to the initial position along the second slide rail 66, the driving gear 62 meshed with the rack 67 rotates, and the rotating plate 6 rotates to the initial position along with the driving gear 62.
10): repeating the operations from the step 2) to the step 9).

Claims (4)

1. A processing technology of a paper guard board for packaging is characterized in that: comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing base paper: preparing surface paper, corrugated paper and bottom paper required by the paper board, and cutting the three kinds of paper into the same width by a cutting machine;
secondly, plate manufacturing: respectively placing the surface paper, the corrugated paper and the base paper with the same width cut on different paper feeding mechanisms of a double-faced machine, simultaneously conveying the three types of paper, uniformly coating an adhesive between the surface paper and the corrugated paper and between the corrugated paper and the base paper through a glue spreader of the double-faced machine, curing the adhesive through a hot plate on the double-faced machine, and pressing the three types of paper together through a gravity roller on the double-faced machine in the curing process of the adhesive to form a final paperboard;
thirdly, dehumidification: the manufactured paper board is flatly laid in an air draft device to perform air draft and dehumidification on the paper board, so that the stretching deformation caused by the absorption of redundant moisture by the surface paper is prevented;
fourthly, coating a waterproof layer outside: placing the dehumidified paperboard in a film coating machine, uniformly coating a waterproof layer with the thickness of 2-3mm on the outer side of the paperboard through a film coating roller of the film coating machine, and quickly air-drying the paperboard in an air drying mechanism of the film coating machine after coating;
fifthly, printing: flatly laying the paperboard coated with the waterproof layer on printing equipment, and printing corresponding company names, patterns and the like on the paperboard through related program setting on the printing equipment;
sixthly, separating paper and pressing lines: placing the printed paperboard on a paper dividing and line pressing machine, cutting off redundant edges of the paperboard by a paper dividing cutter on the paper dividing and line pressing machine, and pressing out a required folding line on the paperboard by a line pressing die;
seventhly, die cutting: punching the paper board after the paper separation and line pressing on a die cutting machine according to a preset die cutting processing drawing to form a paper protection plate raw board (8);
eighthly, folding: placing the paper protection plate original plate (8) in a folding machine (1), and folding the paper protection plate original plate (8) through the folding machine (1) to form a paper protection plate (9);
ninthly, pasting pearl wool inside: uniformly coating an adhesive on the inner side of the formed paper protection plate (9), and then adhering the pearl wool (91) on the paper protection plate (9) through the adhesive;
tenthly, pressing: the paper guard plate (9) and the pearl wool (91) are integrally pressed, so that the pearl wool (91) and the paper guard plate (9) are firmly adhered together.
2. The processing technology of the paper protection board for packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that: the folding machine (1) comprises a base (2), a paper feeding mechanism (3), a folding edge turning mechanism (4) and a buckle adsorption mechanism (7);
the paper feeding mechanism (3) comprises a paper feeding frame (31), paper feeding cylinders (32) and paper pushing plates (33), the paper feeding frame (31) is vertically fixed on the upper end face of the base (2), paper feeding ports are formed in the front side of the paper feeding frame (31), the paper feeding cylinders (32) are provided with two paper pushing plates (33) and symmetrically fixed on the front side of the base (2), piston rods of the paper feeding cylinders (32) are provided with the paper pushing plates (33), sliding grooves (21) are symmetrically formed in the base (2), grooves (311) matched with the paper pushing plates (33) are formed in the positions, corresponding to the sliding grooves (21), of the paper feeding frame (31), and the paper pushing plates (33) are inserted into the sliding grooves (21) in a sliding mode;
the flanging and turning mechanism (4) comprises a strip plate (41), a turning plate (43), a jacking cylinder (432), a fixing plate (5), a rotating plate (6) and a driving cylinder (64), wherein the strip plate (41) is fixed at the top of the base (2) through a support plate (42), the turning plate (43) is arranged between the strip plate (41) and the paper feeding frame (31), baffle plates (431) are fixed on two sides of the upper end face of the turning plate (43), two sides of the turning plate (43) are hinged with the strip plate (41) through a pin shaft, the jacking cylinder (432) is vertically fixed in the base (2), a piston rod of the jacking cylinder (432) is hinged with a rotating block (433) through a pin shaft, the rotating block (433) is fixedly connected with the middle of the lower end face of the turning plate (43), two sides of the turning plate (43) are symmetrically provided with a first sliding block (434), two sides of the front end of the paper feeding frame (31) are symmetrically provided with guide plates (312), the guide plate (312) is provided with a first sliding rail (313), the first sliding block (434) is connected with the first sliding rail (313) in a sliding manner, the base (2) is symmetrically provided with two stop blocks (22) below the turnover plate (43), the fixed plate (5) is fixed on the front right side of the long strip plate (41), the rotating plate (6) is arranged on the front left side of the long strip plate (41), one end of the rotating plate (6) is hinged to the fixed plate (5) through a pin shaft, the front sides of the rotating plate (6) and the fixed plate (5) are both fixed with a limiting plate (61), the inner side of the limiting plate (61) is provided with a limiting groove (611), a driving gear (62) is arranged below the rotating plate (6), the driving gear (62) is rotatably connected with the base (2) through a rotating shaft, the upper end face of the driving gear (62) is provided with a connecting plate (63), and the upper end face of the connecting plate (63), the driving air cylinder (64) is fixed on the base (2), a second sliding block (65) is fixed on a piston rod of the driving air cylinder (64), the second sliding block (65) is in sliding connection with a second sliding rail (66) on the base (2), a rack (67) is fixed on the second sliding block (65), the rack (67) is meshed with the driving gear (62), a jacking air cylinder (68) is fixed on each of the left side of the rotating plate (6) and the right side of the fixing plate (5), and a pressing plate (69) is arranged on each piston rod of the jacking air cylinder (68);
buckle adsorption apparatus constructs (7) including backup pad (71), lift cylinder (72), mounting panel (73) and vacuum chuck (74), backup pad (71) are fixed in the top of limiting plate (61) on fixed plate (5), lift cylinder (72) vertical fixation is on backup pad (71), on the piston rod of lift cylinder (72) is located in mounting panel (73), vacuum chuck (74) are located on mounting panel (73).

The processing technology of the paper protection board for packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that: the paper protection plate raw plate (8) comprises an upper folding edge (81), a lower folding edge (82), a buckle (84) and a clamping groove (85), a folding line (83) formed by a line pressing die is arranged in the middle of the upper folding edge (81), between the upper folding edge (81) and the lower folding edge (82), a V-shaped notch is formed in the lower folding edge (82), the buckle (84) is arranged on one side of the notch, and the clamping groove matched with the buckle (84) is formed in the other side of the notch.
