After detection, the number of the bubbles on the top and bottom cover packaging box is 5-10 per box, and after the processing by the process, no bubbles are left on each box.

cutting the gray paperboard into a required shape by adopting a mold;
secondly, grooving the cut grey board;
thirdly, sticking corners on the grey board subjected to grooving by using a full-automatic four-corner sticking machine to prepare a blank box;
fourthly, gluing the face paper;
fifthly, a blank box and the surface paper are bonded by a blank box surface paper positioning and bonding mechanism;
sixthly, guiding the blank box adhered with the surface paper to the next procedure by adopting a blank box surface paper guiding mechanism;
(VII) adopting a blank box surface paper pasting forming mechanism to finish the pasting of the surface paper to the surface of the blank box;
(eighthly), automatically pressing bubbles on the pasted top and bottom cover box;
the double-station automatic bubble pressing equipment is used in the step (eight); the automatic bubble equipment that presses in duplex position include:
the device comprises a bottom plate (1), wherein a first upright post (2), a second upright post (3), a third upright post (4) and a fourth upright post (5) are fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (1);
the first stand column (2) and the second stand column (3) are fixedly provided with a first support (6), and the first support (6) can move up and down along the first stand column (2) and the second stand column (3); a second support (7) is fixedly arranged on the third upright post (4) and the fourth upright post (5), and the second support (7) can move up and down along the second upright post (4) and the fourth upright post (5);
a first inner die cylinder (8) is fixedly arranged on the first support (6), a piston rod of the first inner die cylinder (8) penetrates through the first support (6), and a first inner die (10) is fixedly arranged at the end part of the piston rod; a second inner die cylinder (8) is fixedly arranged on the second support (7), a piston rod of the second inner die cylinder (8) penetrates through the second support (7), and a second inner die (11) is fixedly arranged at the end part of the piston rod;
four bubble pressing devices are arranged below the first bracket (6), and a first supporting plate (17) is oppositely arranged below the first inner die (10); four bubble pressing devices are arranged below the second bracket (7), and a second supporting plate (18) is oppositely arranged below the second inner die; the bubble pressing device is used for pressing bubbles on four sides of the packaging box; the first supporting plate (17) and the second supporting plate (18) are arranged below the bottom plate (1) and connected through a cylinder and used for controlling the first supporting plate (17) and the second supporting plate (18) to ascend and descend;
the bottom plate (1) is also provided with a rotating upright post (12), a rotating support arm (13) is fixedly arranged on the rotating upright post (12), the rotating support arm (13) can move up and down along the rotating upright post (12), and the end part of the rotating support arm is provided with a sucker (14) for sucking up and putting down the packaging box;
a first conveying belt (21) and a second conveying belt (22) are arranged at the position, close to the side edge, of the bottom plate (1); the first conveying belt (21) and the second conveying belt (22) are used for conveying the packing boxes; the edge of the bottom plate (1) is also provided with an L-shaped blocking rod (23) for blocking the packaging box;
a first bridge plate (28) and a second bridge plate (29) are respectively fixedly arranged on the two bubble pressing devices close to the second conveying belt (22), box pushing cylinders (15) are respectively fixed on the bubble pressing devices opposite to the two bridge plates, and box pushing plates (16) are fixedly arranged at the end parts of piston rods of the box pushing cylinders (15);
a side baffle (25) is arranged at the position, opposite to the bottom plate (1), of one side of the second conveying belt (22); and a first box baffle plate (26) opposite to the first bridge plate (28) and a second box baffle plate (27) corresponding to the second bridge plate (29) are fixedly arranged on the side baffle plate (25).

Production process of a heaven and earth lid packing box according to claim 1, characterized in that the bubble pressing device comprises a bubble pressing cylinder (19) and a bubble pressing plate (20), wherein the bubble pressing plate (20) is fixed at the end of a piston rod of the bubble pressing cylinder.
3. A production process of a heaven and earth cover packing box according to claim 2, wherein PVC sponge with the thickness of 5mm is arranged at the position where the bubble pressing plate (20) is contacted with the packing box.
4. Process for manufacturing a cover and floor packet according to claim 1, characterized in that the width of the blocking bar (23) and the edge of the bottom panel (1) decreases from the maximum in the direction of movement of the second conveyor belt (22).

The production process of the top and bottom cover packaging box according to claim 1, wherein two connecting columns (34) are fixedly arranged on the first bracket (6), and a second connecting plate (31) is fixed between the two connecting columns (34); two connecting columns (34) are fixedly arranged on the second bracket (7), and a second connecting plate (31) is fixed between the two connecting columns (34); and the connecting columns (34) on the same side of the first bracket (6) and the second bracket (7) are connected through a first connecting plate (30).
6. The production process of the top and bottom cover packaging box according to claim 1, wherein one side of the first box baffle plate (26) and one side of the second box baffle plate (27) on the second conveying belt (22) are fixedly provided with sponge.
