Description

A composition for treating keratotic skin diseases and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin diseases, in particular to a composition for treating keratotic skin diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The society develops rapidly, and the daily diet is complicated, and skin care products are conventional, and life exposure chemical diversification, and operational environment specialization lead to the hyperkeratotic skin disease and frequently rise. For example, when the lipstick is not used properly, the lip is chapped and cornified; the hand keratosis and the hand chap are caused by special work, frequent hand disinfection stimulation in medical care, contact of construction workers with construction materials such as cement and the like; social aging, specific age of the elderly, physiological reduction of oil secretion in the skin of hands and feet, dryness, chapping and high hair of hands and feet and body, and the like. The therapeutic care of such diseases is becoming an increasingly important part of the clinical dermatology.
The ointment mainly comprises western medicine hormone ointment and cornification-inhibiting ointment, has the defects of dependence, easy relapse, intolerance to the old and children, incapability of being repeatedly used for a long time, incapability of being used by medical care and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment is mainly implemented by using herbal medicines, the decoction is washed outside, the dosage forms are few, the influence of the environmental temperature is large, the use is inconvenient, the long-term medication compliance is poor, the effect is general, and the traditional Chinese medicine cannot be used as the optimal selection for long-term treatment and nursing of all ages. The traditional Chinese medicine ointment for treating keratosis hypertrophic dermatosis in the existing medical market is very few, hormone or keratinization-inhibiting western medicine components are added, the stability is poor, and the curative effect is not exact. Daily skin care products such as vitamin E milk and the like have good effects of daily skin care and skin moistening, but have uncertain effects of keratinization inhibition, chap healing and relapse prevention.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a composition for treating keratotic skin diseases, which has good effect, prevents relapse, has no side effect and dependence of western medicines, is a pure plant component preparation, is safe and stable, has definite curative effect, is convenient to apply, store and carry, can treat keratotic skin diseases, can also be used for daily nursing and improving xeroderma symptoms, is suitable for people of all ages, and has wide application.

a composition for treating keratotic skin diseases is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4000-6000 parts of white vaseline, 100-120 parts of raw angelica, 100-120 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 60-80 parts of prepared fleece-flower root, 60-80 parts of cassia twig, 60-80 parts of raw garden burnet root, 60-80 parts of clematis root, 60-80 parts of madder, 60-80 parts of barbed skullcap herb, 40-60 parts of bletilla striata, 40-60 parts of cortex dictamni, 10-20 parts of borneol and 4-6 parts of maca extract.
In one possible technical scheme, the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5000 parts of white vaseline, 110 parts of raw angelica, 110 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 70 parts of prepared polygonum multiflorum, 70 parts of cassia twig, 70 parts of raw sanguisorba, 70 parts of radix clematidis, 70 parts of madder, 70 parts of barbed skullcap herb, 50 parts of bletilla striata, 50 parts of cortex dictamni, 15 parts of borneol and 5 parts of maca extract.
In one possible embodiment, the composition is prepared as a paste.
A method for preparing a composition for treating keratotic skin disorders, comprising the steps of:
1) melting white vaseline in an enamel basin until the white vaseline is boiled;
2) adding radix Angelicae sinensis, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, ramulus Cinnamomi, radix Sangusorbae, radix Clematidis, radix Rubiae, and herba Scutellariae Barbatae at a certain weight ratio, continuously frying for 20-30 min until the herbs are all brown, sieving to remove brown herbs, adding extracts of rhizoma Bletillae, cortex Dictamni Radicis and Lepidium Meyenii Walp, stirring, and standing;
3) standing to 40-50 deg.C, adding Borneolum Syntheticum, stirring, cooling to solidify, and making into unguent.
In one possible technical solution, the melting temperature in the step 1) is 100-.
In a possible technical scheme, the sieving in the step 2) is a 50-mesh sieving.
In one possible technical scheme, the bletilla striata and the cortex dictamni are wall-broken bletilla striata powder and cortex dictamni powder respectively.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: after the white vaseline is fried in the herbs, the substrate is effectively combined with the medicines, so that the skin moistening and detoxifying, the blood nourishing and activating, the wind dispelling and itching relieving effects are achieved, the skin is moistened and nourished, the local blood circulation of skin lesions is improved, the physiological function of the skin is conditioned, and the pathological state of the skin lesions is changed; after the cortex dictamni, the bletilla striata, the maca extract and the borneol are added, the wind-evil dispelling, the pain relieving, the astringency and the tissue regeneration promoting effects are achieved, and the rapid healing of dry chapped and keratinized skin is promoted; the ointment of the pure traditional Chinese medicine composition preparation is safe and stable, has no side effect and dependence of western medicines, has definite curative effect, and is convenient to apply, store and carry; can be used for treating keratoderma, and improving xeroderma by daily care, and is suitable for people of all ages and has wide application. The preparation method adopts genuine Chinese medicines and plant extracts, is simple to prepare, is convenient for industrial production, and is easy for clinical and life popularization.
