Description

Amino acid solution composition for hair growth and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hair growth, and particularly relates to an amino acid solution composition for promoting hair growth, improving sparse hair quantity and/or treating and/or preventing hair loss and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In many cultures, it is desirable to maintain a rich supply of hair in certain areas of the body, such as the hair, eyebrows, etc. Therefore, many hair growth products and techniques have been developed to promote hair growth.
There are 6-10 ten thousand adult scalp hair follicles. The growth of hair follicle is periodic, and divided into growth phase, catagen phase and resting phase. During the performance in the growth period, the growth is 0.2-0.4mm per day, the growth lasts for 2-7 years, and then the growth enters the regression period; in the catagen, hair follicles shrink and hair stops growing and is easy to fall off, generally 2-3 weeks, and then the catagen enters the telogen phase; the telogen phase lasts for 3-4 months and hair falls off until a new follicular cycle begins and enters a new anagen phase. The ratio of anagen to telogen phases of the hair follicles in the normal human scalp is 9/1. The cause of hair loss is an increased proportion of follicles in telogen phase, and even follicles that shrink, delay or fail to enter anagen phase. Hair follicle stem cells are important factors in maintaining the hair follicle cycle.
Androgenetic alopecia is the most common alopecia disease, the prevalence rate is obviously different among different races, the prevalence rate is the highest for caucasian people, and the prevalence rate is relatively low for caucasian and caucasian people. The latest data in China are displayed: the prevalence rate of male alopecia is about 21.3%, and the prevalence rate of female alopecia is about 6.0%. That is, one male in five countries suffers from alopecia. The data also show that the proportion of family genetic history in male patients is 53.3% -63.9%, and paternal inheritance is obviously higher than that of maternal inheritance. Other alopecia disease types include alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, anagen effluvium, traction effluvium, scar effluvium, etc.
Current alopecia treatments are invasive (i.e. surgical) or have a higher than expected risk of side effects. At present, finasteride and minoxidil are mainly used as medicaments for treating male hormone alopecia. Finasteride is a 4-azasteroid that is a specific inhibitor of the intracellular enzyme, type II 5 a-reductase, in the metabolism of testosterone to the stronger dihydrotestosterone. The primary therapeutic effect may not be apparent until 4 months later, and if effective, continued administration may result in continued hair loss. The minoxidil is classified as a potassium ion channel opener, has the effect of peripheral vasodilation, can enable tiny hair follicles to generate the effect of reversal regeneration to accelerate the growth of hair, and promotes the key point that the hair follicles enter the growth phase from the resting phase, and by using a product containing minoxidil, the increase of hair volume can be seen usually after 6-8 weeks, and after 12-16 weeks, obvious effect can be seen. However, not everyone can adapt to the above-mentioned period of validity, sometimes experience an increased hair loss, and it is described that minoxidil and finasteride can also delay, i.e. stop or reduce the degree of hair loss, but both drugs have certain side effects, finasteride inhibits androgens, possibly affecting the normal hormone homeostasis; minoxidil has blood pressure lowering effect, and is not recommended for patients with hypotension and heart disease.
Based on the above principle and by improving the prior art, it is very significant to develop an effective hair growth product with few side effects.

When the amino acid solution composition for hair growth is used, the parts needing to be smeared are cleaned, and the essence is uniformly smeared on the scalp or the skin needing to grow hair once a day.
The main component SR-18292 is utilized in the amino acid solution composition for hair growth; providing an energy class: l-carnitine; hair raw material class: glutamine, hair keratin amino acids; moisturizing substances: raspberry ketone, sodium hyaluronate, amino acid humectant, dexpanthenol, yeast dextran, glycerol, xylitol, and PEG10 lanolin; blood circulation and cell proliferation promoters: the mixture of nicotinamide and retinol acetate can promote hair growth.
Among them, SR-18292 is a PPAR γ coactivator 1 α (PGC-1 α) inhibitor, which increases the acetylation degree of PGC-1 α, inhibits the expression of gluconeogenic genes, and reduces the glucose production in cells. Studies have shown that the content of PGC-1 alpha in the inner and outer root sheaths of the frontal follicles of male bald patients is greater than that of healthy persons, and PGC-1 alpha is not expressed during the resting stage of the follicles. These phenomena suggest that PGC-1. alpha. may promote entry of the follicular cycle into the telogen phase. SR-18292 used in the present invention can inhibit the action of PGC-1 alpha, thereby promoting entry of hair follicle into anagen phase or prolonging anagen phase.
L-carnitine helps to maintain cellular energy metabolism, facilitates the transport of fat through cell membranes into intracellular mitochondria, where the fat is oxidized to produce cellular energy ATP. It can increase the energy supply to the hair follicle, help the hair follicle cells to proliferate, and maintain the hair follicle in anagen phase.
Hair keratin is one of a family of fibrous structural proteins. It is a key structural material for hair. Hair keratin amino acids provide the starting material for the growth of hair in the hair follicle.
Glutamine is an amino acid. The main component of hair is keratin, which contains a large amount of cysteine. Large amounts of sulfur are required for the synthesis of cysteine. This sulphur is delivered to the scalp with the aid of glutamine.
Raspberry ketone is an aromatic compound mainly contained in Raspberry, and it can activate sensory neurons to increase IGF-I production in skin to increase skin elasticity and promote hair growth.
Sodium hyaluronate, which may also be referred to as sodium hyaluronate, is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. Sodium hyaluronate exists in extracellular matrix and cornea of multiple connective tissues of human body as glycosaminoglycan, is composed of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, can improve skin water retention effect, and has effects of nourishing hair, caring hair and preventing alopecia by moistening scalp.
The amino acid humectant, named as trimethylglycine chemically, is a natural structural substance, namely a zwitterionic moisturizing component, can rapidly improve the moisture retention of skin and hair and stimulate cell activity, and has the effects of maintaining moisture, smoothness, and preventing dryness and darkness. Meanwhile, glycerin, xylitol and PEG10 lanolin also have the effects of moisturizing and moistening hair.
Dexpanthenol is also known as provitamin B5. Can be widely used in medicine, food, cosmetics and liquid preparation. D-panthenol can be converted into pantothenic acid when entering human body, and then coenzyme A is synthesized, so that metabolism of protein, fat and saccharide of human body is promoted, skin and mucosa are protected, hair growth is promoted, hair is kept moist, hair bifurcation is reduced, brittleness and breakage are prevented, and protection, repair and care effects on the head are achieved.
The yeast glucan can repair mucous membrane, and has the effects of moisturizing, growing hair, resisting oxidation and the like.
Nicotinamide is an amide of nicotinic acid (vitamin B3), a water-soluble vitamin and a member of the vitamin B group, and can improve blood circulation of the scalp and promote absorption of nutrients into hair follicles.
The retinol acetate can stimulate skin cells to regenerate and improve the skin environment around hair follicles.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the amino acid solution composition for hair growth of the present invention promotes the hair follicle to enter the anagen phase from the telogen phase, so that the hair grows.
The penetration enhancer contained in the amino acid solution can help the active ingredients to penetrate a barrier of a hydrophobic structure consisting of a cuticle and an epidermis and enter hair follicles without injection; and the active ingredient is a protein molecule for inhibiting the growth of the hair follicle stem cells in a targeting manner, and the negative regulation signal PGC-1 alpha is obtained, so that the hair follicle stem cells are reactivated, the hair follicle is promoted to enter a growth phase or the activity of the hair follicle stem cells is maintained, and the growth phase of the hair follicle is prolonged.
The amino acid solution composition also provides a hair growth raw material, and provides enough amino acid to promote hair growth.
In addition, the hair growth amino acid solution composition has the function of promoting the growth of hair follicle capillaries, further promotes the hair growth, and provides nutrients and growth factors.
The amino acid solution composition agent also has the moisturizing function, protects the environment of the skin matrix, moisturizes the hair, provides a good environment for the growth of the hair, and promotes the hair to grow vigorously.

The average back gray value is used as a hair growth effect index, namely the larger the value is, the better the hair growth effect is.
As is apparent from the data in table 1, the sample sequences 2 to 13 all have hair growth promoting effects, wherein the sequence 13, i.e., the mouse with the optimal ratio of the effective components, has the best whitening effect, and the mouse with the sample sequence 1 has almost no hair growth promoting effect. Thus, it can be seen that each of the active ingredients described in the present invention has a role in hair growth products, but not a disadvantage.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned contents are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and that the simple modifications or equivalent substitutions of the technical solutions of the present invention by those of ordinary skill in the art can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
