技术领域
本发明涉及魔术贴技术领域,具体为成形粘扣带以及成形粘扣带的制造方法。
背景技术
魔术贴,又名粘扣带或吱啦扣(一拉吱啦响,有扣子的作用),是衣服上常用的一种连接辅料,分子母两面,魔术贴一面是细小柔软的纤维,圆毛,另一面是较硬带钩的刺毛,一般的衣服HOOK在上面,产品广泛用于服装、鞋子、帽子、手套、皮包、沙发、车船、座垫、航空用品、雨披、窗帘、玩具、睡袋、体育运动器材、音响器材、医疗器械、帐篷、小轮车护套、各类军工产品、电子电线、充电器、陈列用具等。
目前现有的成形粘扣带有以下缺点:现有的成形粘扣带强度较差,导致成形粘扣带在长期使用时,容易出现拉断的状况,造成成形粘扣带出现损坏,缩短了成形粘扣带的使用寿命,同时成形粘扣带的抗污性能较差,导致成形粘扣带在长期使用时,成形粘扣带表面容易出现污染,降低成形粘扣带的粘合力,无法满足使用者的使用需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了成形粘扣带以及成形粘扣带的制造方法,具备提高成形粘扣带强度和抗污性能的优点,解决了现有的成形粘扣带强度较差,导致成形粘扣带在长期使用时,容易出现拉断的状况,造成成形粘扣带出现损坏,同时成形粘扣带的抗污性能较差,导致成形粘扣带在长期使用时,成形粘扣带表面容易出现污染,降低成形粘扣带的粘合力的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:成形粘扣带,包括母带,所述母带的底部粘合连接有圆毛面,所述圆毛面的底部粘合有刺毛面,所述刺毛面的底部粘合连接有子带,所述母带和子带的外侧均设置有高强度层,所述高强度层的外侧设置有抗污层;
所述高强度层包括玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层的外侧缝制有尼龙纤维层,所述尼龙纤维层的外侧缝制有涤纶纤维层;
所述抗污层包括竹木纤维层,所述竹木纤维层的外侧缝制有天丝纤维层,所述天丝纤维层的外侧缝制有银纤维层。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维层的内侧与母带的外侧缝制,所述竹木纤维层的内侧与高强度层的外侧缝制。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维层、尼龙纤维层和涤纶纤维层的厚度均相同,所述竹木纤维层、天丝纤维层和银纤维层的厚度均相同。
优选的,所述高强度层的内侧分别位于母带和子带的外侧,所述抗污层的内侧位于高强度层的外侧。
优选的,所述高强度层的厚度分别小于母带和子带的厚度,所述抗污层的厚度分别小于母带和子带的厚度。
成形粘扣带的制造方法,其制造方法包括以下步骤:
A、将纤毛丝束与宗丝在纵向方向上并以等同的宽度交替织造成母带和子带,通过胶水将圆毛面粘接在母带上,并将刺毛面粘接在子带上,然后将母带和子带上的胶水烘干;
B、然后取出玻璃纤维层、尼龙纤维层和涤纶纤维层,使玻璃纤维层、尼龙纤维层和涤纶纤维层重叠放置在一起,然后通过缝纫机将玻璃纤维层、尼龙纤维层和涤纶纤维层缝制在一起;
C、然后取出竹木纤维层、天丝纤维层和银纤维层,使竹木纤维层、天丝纤维层和银纤维层重叠放置在一起,然后通过缝纫机将竹木纤维层、天丝纤维层和银纤维层缝制在一起;
D、然后将高强度层分别放置在母带的顶部和子带的底部,再将抗污层放置在高强度层的外侧,通过缝纫机将高强度层和抗污层分别缝制在母带和子带的外侧;
E、然后对纯镍电阻丝通电,并对刺毛面远离于子带的一侧进行熔断,将纯镍电阻丝沿平行于子带表面的方向滑动,使得所有刺毛面远离于子带的一侧均被熔断即可。
优选的,所述在步骤B中,玻璃纤维层放置在最底部,尼龙纤维层放置在玻璃纤维层的顶部,涤纶纤维层放置在尼龙纤维层的顶部。
优选的,所述在步骤C中,竹木纤维层放置在最底部,天丝纤维层放置在竹木纤维层的顶部,银纤维层放置在天丝纤维层的顶部。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了成形粘扣带以及成形粘扣带的制造方法,具备以下有益效果:

2、本发明通过设置高强度层、玻璃纤维层、尼龙纤维层和涤纶纤维层相互配合,起到提高成形粘扣带强度的作用,能够有效的提高成形粘扣带的强度,防止成形粘扣带出现拉扯损坏,延长了成形粘扣带的使用寿命,通过设置抗污层、竹木纤维层、天丝纤维层和银纤维层相互配合,起到提高成形粘扣带抗污性能的作用,能够有效的提高成形粘扣带的抗污性能,防止成形粘扣带表面出现污染,提高了成形粘扣带的粘合力,能够满足使用者的使用需求。

成形粘扣带的制造方法,其制造方法包括以下步骤:
A、将纤毛丝束与宗丝在纵向方向上并以等同的宽度交替织造成母带1和子带4,通过胶水将圆毛面2粘接在母带1上,并将刺毛面3粘接在子带4上,然后将母带1和子带4上的胶水烘干;
B、然后取出玻璃纤维层51、尼龙纤维层52和涤纶纤维层53,使玻璃纤维层51、尼龙纤维层52和涤纶纤维层53重叠放置在一起,然后通过缝纫机将玻璃纤维层51、尼龙纤维层52和涤纶纤维层53缝制在一起,在步骤B中,玻璃纤维层51放置在最底部,尼龙纤维层52放置在玻璃纤维层51的顶部,涤纶纤维层53放置在尼龙纤维层52的顶部;

7.根据权利要求6所述的成形粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述在步骤B中,玻璃纤维层(51)放置在最底部,尼龙纤维层(52)放置在玻璃纤维层(51)的顶部,涤纶纤维层(53)放置在尼龙纤维层(52)的顶部。
8.根据权利要求6所述的成形粘扣带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述在步骤C中,竹木纤维层(61)放置在最底部,天丝纤维层(62)放置在竹木纤维层(61)的顶部,银纤维层(63)放置在天丝纤维层(62)的顶部。
