For example: the currently displayed resource publishing information is the automobile advertisement, and the currently detected basketball game with the playing content of NBA needs to quit displaying the resource publishing information of the current automobile advertisement.
In this embodiment, a video content identification module or an audio content identification module is built in an intelligent terminal to generate image fingerprint information or audio fingerprint information, a corresponding resource publishing information request is generated according to the fingerprint information, user information and positioning information, the request is sent to a cloud server, the building information of the resource publishing information sent by the cloud server is received, the resource publishing content is built according to the building information, the resource publishing content is played on a terminal screen, and the resource publishing content is overlaid on the currently played content to be played. The problem that the existing video information publishing can not carry out targeted information publishing according to the user information and the positioning information is solved, and the effects of local information publishing and personalized information pushing according to the characteristics and the preference of the user are achieved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, before the step of acquiring the fingerprint information, the user information, and the positioning information corresponding to the currently played content, the method includes:
step S11, sending fingerprint information corresponding to the currently played content to the cloud server, so that the cloud server performs matching operation between the fingerprint information and pre-stored fingerprint information, where the pre-stored fingerprint information matches a corresponding service type;
step S12, receiving a service type sent by the cloud server after the fingerprint information is successfully matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information;
and step S13, constructing prompt information according to the service type so as to prompt an information publisher to construct resource publishing information corresponding to the service type.
In this embodiment, the cloud server stores a video/audio fingerprint library of the video/audio clip, and identifies a service type of the publishable information matched with the video/audio fingerprint. The intelligent television terminal sends the fingerprint information of the video and/or audio corresponding to the current playing content to the cloud server, the cloud server matches the fingerprint information of the video and/or audio with the fingerprint library, if the fingerprint information of the video and/or audio is matched with the fingerprint library, the cloud server issues a service type matched with the video and audio fingerprint, and the service type comprises an automobile advertisement service type, a laundry detergent advertisement service type, a milk advertisement service type and the like.
User prompt information is constructed on the smart television according to the service type issued by the cloud server, and a prompt information publisher can publish information for the video and audio clip, for example: when the automobile advertisement video clip is detected currently, prompting a user to publish information according to the service type, and creating information to be published by a Shenzhen advertiser through intelligent television input equipment, USB flash disk storage equipment and the like, as shown in the table 1; the Guangzhou advertiser may create information distribution as shown in Table 2 above, or scan two-dimensional codes to create information to be distributed on the mobile side and the PC side. The constructed prompt information comprises two-dimension code information (the two-dimension code contains video and audio clip identification information, website information of an uploading server, local address information and the like), and is used for an information publisher to scan through a mobile terminal (a mobile phone or a PAD) or a PC terminal, edit and construct information to be published at the mobile terminal or the PC terminal, and publish the attribute of the information (such as recommending a proper user group). Since the information constructed by the information publisher can be published after being audited by the cloud server, referring to fig. 8, the step of constructing the prompt information according to the service type to prompt the information publisher to construct the resource publishing information corresponding to the service type includes:
step S130, acquiring resource publishing information constructed by the information publisher;
step S131, sending the resource release information to the cloud server so that the cloud server can check the resource release information.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid that the illegal user tries to issue some bad information violating the national regulations (for example, information about commodities related to yellow, poison, gambling, terrorism, etc.) through the information issuing machine, the cloud server needs to audit the information to be issued submitted by the information issuer to ensure that the bad information violating the national regulations is not issued.
After the information publisher edits and constructs the information to be published through the mobile terminal or the PC terminal, the edited resource publishing information is uploaded to the corresponding cloud server; the cloud platform mainly judges whether bad content exists in the information to be issued, submitted to the platform by the user, through the bad information filtering system, so that auditing of the information to be issued, submitted by the user, is realized, and only the information detected through the bad information filtering system can be issued.
In the embodiment, by acquiring the service type issued by the cloud server, the prompt information is constructed based on the service type, and the prompt information publisher constructs the resource publishing information corresponding to the video segment, so that different information publications are constructed according to different regions and different information publications are constructed according to the attributes of users; and secondly, the information constructed by the information publisher is sent to the cloud platform for auditing, so that the safety of the resource publishing information is ensured.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, after the step of sending the fingerprint information corresponding to the currently played content to the cloud server to enable the cloud server to perform the matching operation between the fingerprint information and the pre-stored fingerprint information, the method further includes:
step S110, if information that the fingerprint information sent by the cloud server is not matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information is received, prompting the information publisher to construct resource publishing information corresponding to the local area, wherein the information publisher constructs the resource publishing information according to the current playing content, the user information and the positioning information;
step S111, sending the resource release information to the cloud server so that the cloud server can check the resource release information.
In this embodiment, if information that the fingerprint information sent by the cloud server does not match the pre-stored fingerprint information is received, it indicates that no information publisher publishes information in the local area for the currently played video content; in this case, a prompt box "allow the user to publish" is popped up on the screen of the intelligent terminal, and if the "confirmation" information clicked by the user is obtained, it is indicated that the user needs to construct the published information; the intelligent terminal sends the 'determined' information to a cloud server, the cloud server sends a template for information release after receiving the information, and a prompt information publisher can release local information for the currently played video content according to the template, wherein the information publisher constructs resource release information according to the currently played content, user information and positioning information; and if the closing information clicked by the user is acquired, quitting displaying the prompt box. Further, the constructed resource release information is uploaded to a cloud-end platform for auditing, so that illegal users are prevented from trying to release some bad information violating national regulations by the aid of the information release machine, and safety of resource information release is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, when it is detected that the currently played video content has no information publisher publishing information, the information publisher is prompted to edit the publishing information for the local video content, so that different resource publishing information in each region is satisfied.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, after the steps of receiving the construction information of the resource publishing information sent by the cloud server, constructing the resource publishing content according to the construction information, and playing the resource publishing content on the terminal screen, where the resource publishing content is superimposed on the currently played content, the method includes:
step S31, acquiring a query instruction of the resource release content, and sending the query instruction to the cloud server, wherein the query instruction is triggered after the user clicks the played resource release content;
step S32, receiving query information corresponding to the query instruction sent by the cloud server, updating the resource release content according to the query information, and playing the updated resource release content on the terminal screen.
In this embodiment, the intelligent terminal overlays the constructed resource distribution content to the video of the television in the form of a graphical user interface for display, for example, in the case of an automobile advertisement, the resource distribution content includes: information such as the address of a merchant, a contact way, a picture of a car and the like cannot be displayed on a terminal screen due to the limited area of a display interface, so that a click frame is arranged on the display interface, for example: obtaining a base price, reserving a test drive, and the like; after the user clicks 'obtain the base price', the intelligent terminal generates a corresponding query instruction, sends the query instruction to the cloud server or the information publisher, further receives information of the automobile base price fed back by the cloud server or the information publisher, and updates the resource publishing information to display the obtained base price information. Optionally, the base price information can also be sent to the intelligent terminal by the cloud server when the construction information is issued, the intelligent terminal stores the base price information, and when the inquiry instruction of the base price is obtained, the corresponding base price information is directly obtained from the intelligent terminal. Besides, besides obtaining the corresponding reserve price information of the automobile, other information can be obtained, such as: vehicle type information, function information, and the like.
In this embodiment, the query instruction is sent to the cloud server or the information publisher to obtain the corresponding query information, the resource publishing content is updated based on the query information and displayed, and effective information conversion is realized through interaction between the user and the enhanced information.
In addition, the present application also provides an information distribution system, including:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring fingerprint information, user information and positioning information corresponding to the current playing content;
the processing module is used for generating a corresponding resource release information request according to the fingerprint information, the user information and the positioning information, and sending the request to the cloud server so that the cloud server can acquire construction information of the resource release information matched with the request;
the receiving module is used for receiving construction information of the resource release information sent by the cloud server, constructing resource release content according to the construction information, and playing the resource release content on a terminal screen, wherein the resource release content is overlapped on the current play content for playing.
Further, the acquisition module comprises a sending unit, a receiving unit and a construction unit;
the sending unit is used for sending the fingerprint information corresponding to the currently played content to the cloud server so that the cloud server executes matching operation of the fingerprint information and pre-stored fingerprint information, and the pre-stored fingerprint information is matched with a corresponding service type;
the receiving unit is configured to receive a service type sent by the cloud server after the fingerprint information is successfully matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information;
the construction unit is used for constructing prompt information according to the service type so as to prompt an information publisher to construct resource publishing information corresponding to the service type.
Further, the construction unit is further configured to obtain resource publishing information constructed by the information publisher;
the sending unit is further configured to send the resource release information to the cloud server, so that the cloud server checks the resource release information.
Further, the receiving unit is further configured to prompt the information publisher to construct resource publishing information corresponding to a local place if information that the fingerprint information sent by the cloud server is not matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information is received, and the information publisher constructs the resource publishing information according to the current playing content, the user information and the positioning information;
the sending unit is further configured to send the resource release information to the cloud server, so that the cloud server checks the resource release information.
Further, the receiving module comprises an acquiring unit and a receiving unit;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a query instruction of the resource release content and sending the query instruction to the cloud server, wherein the query instruction is triggered after a user clicks the played resource release content;
the receiving unit is used for receiving query information which is sent by the cloud server and corresponds to the query instruction, updating the resource issuing content according to the query information, and playing the updated resource issuing content on the terminal screen.
Further, the receiving module further comprises a detecting unit;
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the currently played content is changed;
the detection unit is further configured to exit the currently played resource release content if the currently played content is changed.
Further, the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain identification code information in the construction information, and add the identification code information to the resource release content, so that a user obtains detailed information of the resource release content according to the identification code information.
The implementation of the functions of each module of the system for issuing information is similar to the process in the embodiment of the method, and is not described in detail here.
In addition, the application also provides a television, which comprises a memory, a processor and an information publishing program which is stored on the memory and runs on the processor, wherein the television acquires fingerprint information, user information and positioning information corresponding to the currently played content under the condition that the video and audio programs of a signal source end are not changed; generating a corresponding resource release information request according to the fingerprint information, the user information and the positioning information, and sending the request to a cloud server so that the cloud server can acquire construction information of the resource release information matched with the request; and receiving construction information of the resource release information sent by the cloud server, constructing resource release content according to the construction information, and playing the resource release content on a terminal screen, wherein the resource release content is overlapped on the current playing content for playing. The method for releasing the video information by combining the video clip content, the user characteristic information and the positioning information is realized, and the effective conversion of the information is realized through the interaction between the user and the enhanced information. Secondly, the television large screen can be used for watching programs of a set top box or a DVD player through an HDMI channel besides linear programs and network programs from radio frequency broadcasting, playing a USB (universal serial bus) film source through a USB channel, or a film source stored in a home network (such as DLNA (digital living network alliance) and NAS (network attached storage)) and the like; moreover, when the video content identification module identifies the matched content, the corresponding enhanced information can be downloaded from the cloud server, so that the enhanced information can arrive at the intelligent television terminal in a full path, and not only in radio frequency broadcasting or network programs.
Furthermore, the present application provides a computer storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the information distribution method as described above.

Claims (10)

1. An information distribution method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring fingerprint information, user information and positioning information corresponding to the currently played content;
generating a corresponding resource release information request according to the fingerprint information, the user information and the positioning information, and sending the request to a cloud server so that the cloud server can acquire construction information of the resource release information matched with the request;
and receiving construction information of the resource release information sent by the cloud server, constructing resource release content according to the construction information, and playing the resource release content on a terminal screen, wherein the resource release content is overlapped on the current playing content for playing.
2. The information distribution method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the fingerprint information, the user information and the positioning information corresponding to the currently played content comprises:
sending fingerprint information corresponding to the currently played content to the cloud server so that the cloud server executes matching operation of the fingerprint information and pre-stored fingerprint information, wherein the pre-stored fingerprint information is matched with a corresponding service type;
receiving a service type sent by the cloud server after the fingerprint information is successfully matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information;
and constructing prompt information according to the service type so as to prompt an information publisher to construct resource publishing information corresponding to the service type.
3. The information distribution method according to claim 2, wherein the step of constructing the prompt information according to the service type to prompt the information distributor to construct the resource distribution information corresponding to the service type is followed by:
acquiring resource publishing information constructed by the information publisher;
and sending the resource release information to the cloud server so that the cloud server can check the resource release information.
4. The information issuing method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of sending the fingerprint information corresponding to the currently played content to the cloud server so that the cloud server performs the matching operation between the fingerprint information and the pre-stored fingerprint information, the method further includes:
if information that the fingerprint information sent by the cloud server is not matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information is received, prompting the information publisher to construct resource publishing information corresponding to the local area, and constructing the resource publishing information by the information publisher according to the current playing content, the user information and the positioning information;
and sending the resource release information to the cloud server so that the cloud server can check the resource release information.
5. The information distribution method according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving construction information of the resource distribution information sent by the cloud server, constructing resource distribution content according to the construction information, and playing the resource distribution content on a terminal screen, the resource distribution content being superimposed on the currently played content, includes:
acquiring a query instruction of the resource release content, and sending the query instruction to the cloud server, wherein the query instruction is triggered after a user clicks the played resource release content;
and receiving query information which is sent by the cloud server and corresponds to the query instruction, updating the resource release content according to the query information, and playing the updated resource release content on the terminal screen.
6. The information distribution method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving construction information of the resource distribution information sent by the cloud server, constructing resource distribution content according to the construction information, and playing the resource distribution content on a terminal screen, after the step of playing the resource distribution content superimposed on the currently played content, further comprises:
detecting whether the currently played content is changed;
and if the currently played content is changed, exiting the currently played resource release content.
7. The information distribution method according to claim 1, wherein the step of constructing the resource distribution content based on the construction information includes:
and acquiring identification code information in the construction information, and adding the identification code information into the resource release content to enable a user to acquire detailed information of the resource release content according to the identification code information.
8. A system for information distribution, the system comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring fingerprint information, user information and positioning information corresponding to the current playing content;
the processing module is used for generating a corresponding resource release information request according to the fingerprint information, the user information and the positioning information, and sending the request to the cloud server so that the cloud server can acquire construction information of the resource release information matched with the request;
the receiving module is used for receiving construction information of the resource release information sent by the cloud server, constructing resource release content according to the construction information, and playing the resource release content on a terminal screen, wherein the resource release content is overlapped on the current play content for playing.
9. A television comprising a memory, a processor, and an information distribution program stored on the memory and running on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the information distribution program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
