Abstract
本发明涉及一种退火镀锡机,包括镀锡机构和设置在镀锡机构两端的传动辊;镀锡机构包括内部包括恒温腔和镀锌腔;镀锡腔内设置镀锡池,镀锡池内放置镀锡液,镀锡池两端横向穿设有多个镀锡管,镀锡管中部向镀锡池底部弯曲,并且镀锡管上设置有多个孔洞;镀锡管的两端端口处均设置有刷洗组件;刷洗组件包括固定在镀锡管端口的固定环,以及设置在固定环上的多个刷毛,多个刷毛的刷毛头的延长线正对固定环的圆心;恒温腔内设置有加热组件。本发明保证铜线镀锡效果好,镀锡质量高。

技术领域
本发明退火镀锡机械技术领域,具体涉及一种退火镀锡机。
背景技术
在铜线的生产加工过程中,需要在表面电镀锡进行保护,这就需要使用到退火镀锡机,经过退火、镀锡、定位等多个工序,最后进行缠绕,可以有序进行,保证效率。
现有的退火镀锡机一般采用管式加热退火,拉丝模置于锡水中进行镀锡拉丝,收线用单个调压电机组合完成,各线盘的收线速度用手动调压进行调节。
但是现有的退火镀锡机在对铜线进行退火镀锡工程中,加热的铜线会和空气接触,铜线表面会吸附一定的杂质,这样的铜线镀锡后锡层容易脱落,造成镀锡质量不高,影响铜线品质。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种退火镀锡机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的退火镀锡机在对铜线进行退火镀锡工程中,加热的铜线会和空气接触,铜线表面会吸附一定的杂质,这样的铜线镀锡后锡层容易脱落,造成镀锡质量不高,影响铜线品质的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种退火镀锡机,包括镀锡机构和设置在镀锡机构两端的传动辊;所述镀锡机构包括内部包括恒温腔和镀锌腔;所述镀锡腔内设置镀锡池,所述镀锡池内放置镀锡液,所述镀锡池两端横向穿设有多个镀锡管,所述镀锡管中部向镀锡池底部弯曲,并且所述镀锡管上设置有多个孔洞;所述镀锡管的两端端口处均设置有刷洗组件;所述刷洗组件包括固定在镀锡管端口的固定环,以及设置在固定环上的多个刷毛,多个所述刷毛的刷毛头的延长线正对所述固定环的圆心;
所述恒温腔内设置有加热组件。
优选的,所述传动辊上设置有多个环形导槽,每个所述环形导槽正对一个所述镀锡管的管口。
优选的,所述镀锡管的两端口分别标记为进线口和出线口,所述进线口与所述恒温腔贯通。
优选的,所述镀锡机构还包括吹风机构,所述吹风机构临近所述出线口。
优选的,所述吹风机构包括风机,所述风机的出风口正对所述出线口。
优选的,所述镀锡机构还包括降温腔,所述降温腔位于所述镀锌腔的后方,此时所述降温腔临近所述出线口;且所述降温腔内设置有搅拌风扇。
有益效果:
本发明通过设置镀锡机构,镀锡机构包括内部包括恒温腔和镀锌腔,恒温腔恒定的温度保证空气中的杂质不会凝结在铜线表面;镀锡腔内的镀锡管道两端设置刷洗装置,刷洗装置包括固定在镀锡管端口的固定环,以及设置在固定环上的多个刷毛,多个刷毛的刷毛头的延长线正对固定环的圆心,此时刷毛中间位置形成一个供铜线通过的通道,刷毛对铜线进行清刷,去除铜线表面的杂质,保证铜线镀锡效果好,镀锡质量高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种退火镀锡机,包括镀锡机构1和设置在镀锡机构1两端的传动辊2;镀锡机构1包括内部包括恒温腔3和镀锌腔4;恒温腔3和镀锡腔4沿着铜线生产方向顺序设置;镀锡腔4内设置镀锡池5,镀锡池5内放置镀锡液,镀锡池5两端横向穿设有多个镀锡管6,镀锡管6中部向镀锡池5底部弯曲,并且镀锡管6上设置有多个孔洞7,此时,镀锡管6的中间有段管道内部会充满镀锡液,从而实现对铜线的镀锡工作;镀锡管6的两端端口处均设置有刷洗组件8;刷洗组件8包括固定在镀锡管端口的固定环81,以及设置在固定环81上的多个刷毛82,多个刷毛82的刷毛头的延长线正对固定环81的圆心;此时刷毛82中心位置形成一个供铜线穿过的孔洞。
恒温腔3内设置有加热组件9,加热组件9保证了恒温腔3内温度的稳定,防止铜线降温过快,不便于后期镀锡。
传动辊2上设置有多个环形导槽21,每个环形导槽正对一个镀锡管6的管口,环形导槽21内环绕铜线,保证了铜线收纳方便。
镀锡管6的两端口分别标记为进线口61和出线口62,进线口61与恒温腔3贯通。
镀锡机构1还包括吹风机构,吹风机构临近出线口62。
吹风机构包括风机10,风机10的出风口正对出线口62。
镀锡机构1还包括降温腔11,降温腔11位于镀锌腔4的后方,此时降温腔11临近出线口62;且降温腔内设置有搅拌风扇12,搅拌风扇12将降温仓内的空气打散,保证热量均匀,这样相对来说,相同的热量会散播在更大的空间内,降低了部分区域的温度。
在生产过程中,经过加热烧制的铜线从进线口进入恒温室3,恒温室3内设置的加热组件9保证了铜线的进线温度,通过进线口时,铜线经过刷毛的清刷,去除了铜线表面的杂质,然后铜线经过镀锡池5的镀锡工作后,再出线口的刷毛进行二次清刷,刷除镀锡层外部的杂质,并且配合风机的作用,对镀锡后的铜线进行迅速降温,保证镀锡层在铜线的表面稳定,然后再降温腔内进行缓慢降温,保证铜线的稳定,从而完成铜线的退火镀锡。

Claims (3)
1.一种退火镀锡机,其特征在于:包括镀锡机构和设置在镀锡机构两端的传动辊;所述镀锡机构内部包括恒温腔和镀锌腔;所述镀锡腔内设置镀锡池,所述镀锡池内放置镀锡液,所述镀锡池两端横向穿设有多个镀锡管,所述镀锡管中部向镀锡池底部弯曲,并且所述镀锡管上设置有多个孔洞;所述镀锡管的两端端口处均设置有刷洗组件;所述刷洗组件包括固定在镀锡管端口的固定环,以及设置在固定环上的多个刷毛,多个所述刷毛的刷毛头的延长线正对所述固定环的圆心;所述恒温腔内设置有加热组件;
所述镀锡管的两端口分别标记为进线口和出线口,所述进线口与所述恒温腔贯通;
所述镀锡机构还包括吹风机构,所述吹风机构临近所述出线口;
所述吹风机构包括风机,所述风机的出风口正对所述出线口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种退火镀锡机,其特征在于:所述传动辊上设置有多个环形导槽,每个所述环形导槽正对一个所述镀锡管的管口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种退火镀锡机,其特征在于:所述镀锡机构还包括降温腔,所述降温腔位于所述镀锌腔的后方,此时所述降温腔临近所述出线口;且所述降温腔内设置有搅拌风扇。
