Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a rod hoisting system which is simple in structure and can realize the turning and erecting operation of a rod in a narrow space. To achieve the foregoing object, a bar hoisting system includes: a sliding part, a vertical rod part and a traction part. The sliding part is provided with a supporting plane, and one end of the rod piece to be hoisted is supported on the supporting plane; the vertical rod piece has a height longer than that of the rod piece to be hoisted and is vertically fixed on the ground; the traction part is arranged at the free end of the vertical rod piece and is provided with a traction part, and the traction part is connected with the rod piece to be hoisted at the other end of the rod piece to be hoisted through a hoisting belt and a hoisting point; the sliding part can slide on the ground, the traction part can move along the height direction of the vertical rod piece, and the traction part can pull the other end of the rod piece to be hoisted when moving, so that the rod piece to be hoisted is hoisted to the vertical position from the horizontal position.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a rod piece hoisting system.
Background
In the field of building installation, more steel structure construction exists, and the application of the steel structure is more and more extensive along with the development of social industry. Steel structural uprights are generally constructed from elongate members supplied in finished or semi-finished form and assembled or installed on site, some of the elongate members being erected in an inverted manner. Under the condition of unlimited conditions, the turning and the erecting of the slender rod piece are not difficult, and the hoisting is easy to realize by adopting hoisting equipment such as a crane and the like.
The existing method for turning, erecting and hoisting the slender rod piece in place comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: hoisting by adopting hoisting equipment such as a crane and the like to realize overturning erection; the second method comprises the following steps: arranging a lifting point (a lifting lug can be welded or installed, a bearing scaffold is erected, a portal frame is manufactured, and the like) at a high position, and lifting by using a lifting machine such as a chain block or a winch and the like to realize overturning erection; the third method comprises the following steps: turning and erecting the cable by using a winch; and the fourth method: the overturning erection is realized by hoisting aircrafts such as helicopters and the like.
However, the inventor finds that the first, third and fourth methods are not suitable for the turnover, erection and hoisting of the rod piece in a narrow space, and the second method is suitable for the turnover, erection and hoisting of the rod piece at a fixed position, and is difficult to implement if the number of the rod pieces to be hoisted is large, the positions are scattered or hoisting points cannot be set at a high position. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a hoisting system capable of turning and erecting a rod in a narrow space.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a rod hoisting system which is simple in structure and can realize the turning and erecting operation of a rod in a narrow space.
To achieve the foregoing object, a bar hoisting system includes:
the sliding part is provided with a supporting plane, and one end of the rod piece to be hoisted is supported on the supporting plane;
the vertical rod piece has a height longer than that of the rod piece to be hoisted and is vertically fixed on the ground;
the traction part is arranged at the free end of the vertical rod piece and is provided with a traction part, and the traction part is connected with the rod piece to be hoisted through a hoisting point at the other end of the rod piece to be hoisted through a hoisting belt;
the sliding piece can slide on the ground, the traction part can move along the height direction of the upright rod piece, and the traction part can pull the other end of the rod piece to be hoisted when moving, so that the rod piece to be hoisted is hoisted to a vertical position from a horizontal position.
In one or more embodiments, the upright member includes a fixed base and a pole portion, the fixed base securing the pole portion to the ground.
In one or more embodiments, the ground is provided with a raised pier, and the fixed base is fixed on the ground through a clamp.
In one or more embodiments, the fixing base is fixed to the ground by expansion bolts.
In one or more embodiments, the free end of the upright member has a lifting lug, and the traction member is arranged at the free end through the lifting lug.

In one embodiment of the bar hoisting system, the support plane 10 of the sliding part 1 is provided with anti-slip means for preventing the bar 4 to be hoisted from slipping off the support plane 10 of the sliding part 1 during the hoisting process.
In one embodiment of the rod hoisting system, the length of the rod 4 to be hoisted is greater than 5 meters, in order to ensure the stability of the hoisting system in the overturning process, a wind holding rope can be further arranged at the free end 2a of the vertical rod piece 2, and two ends of the wind holding rope are respectively connected with the free end 2a of the vertical rod piece 2 and the ground for holding, so that the stability of the vertical rod piece 2 in the overturning process is ensured.
When turning over, firstly, a base is arranged, and the upright member 2 is installed on a buttress protruding out of the ground or is installed on the ground through an expansion screw.

Then, slowly pulling chain block, hoisting the upper part of rod 4 to be hoisted by about 100mm, standing for 3 minutes, checking whether abnormal conditions exist, after confirming that no abnormal conditions exist, continuously pulling chain block to hoist rod 4 to be hoisted, slowly sliding the rod 4 to be hoisted under the drive of the bottom of the rod to be hoisted, mutually matching to slowly overturn the deaerator steel platform upright column from a horizontal state to a vertical state, slowly and stably hoisting, and arranging a cable rope at the top of the steel pipe to prevent overlarge shaking.
After the hoisting rod 4 is turned over and erected, the hoisting rod 4 is hoisted in place according to requirements, the position and the verticality of the rod are adjusted, and the rod is fixed on a foundation.
And finally, loosening the chain block, and dismantling the rod piece hoisting system.

the traction part is arranged at the free end of the vertical rod piece and is provided with a traction part, and the traction part is connected with the rod piece to be hoisted through a hoisting point at the other end of the rod piece to be hoisted through a hoisting belt;
the sliding piece can slide on the ground, the traction part can move along the height direction of the upright rod piece, and the traction part can pull the other end of the rod piece to be hoisted when moving, so that the rod piece to be hoisted is hoisted to a vertical position from a horizontal position.
2. The pole hoist system of claim 1, wherein the pole member includes a fixed base and a pole portion, the fixed base securing the pole portion to the ground.
3. The pole hoisting system of claim 2, wherein the ground is provided with raised piers, and the fixed base is fixed to the ground by clasps.
4. The pole hoist system of claim 2, wherein the fixed base is secured to the ground by expansion bolts.
5. The pole hoist system of claim 1, wherein the free end of the pole member has a lifting lug by which the traction member is disposed at the free end.
6. The rod hoisting system of claim 1, wherein the pulling member is a chain block, the pulling part is a hook of the chain block, and the hook is connected to a hoisting point at the other end of the rod to be hoisted through a hoisting belt.
7. The pole hoist system of claim 1, wherein the slide is a bulls.
8. The rod hoist system of claim 1, wherein the skid is a hydraulic trailer.
9. The rod lifting system of claim 1, wherein the support surface is provided with anti-slip means.
10. The rod hoisting system according to claim 1, wherein the length of the rod to be hoisted is more than 5 meters, and the free end of the vertical rod is further provided with a wind-holding rope which connects the free end of the vertical rod with the ground.
