Claims (6)

step six: spraying the waterproof antibacterial insect-proof adhesive prepared in the fifth step on the outer surface of the plate blank, and performing air drying and solidification for 7-20 minutes;
step seven: sealing wax on the plate blank manufactured in the sixth step, ensuring that the thickness of a wax layer reaches more than 0.4mm, putting the plate blank into a drying room for wax infiltration, and heating the semi-finished plate blank at 130-150 ℃ for 20-35 minutes;
