Detailed Description
The invention discloses an antibacterial and mildewproof production process for bamboo wood, which can be realized by appropriately improving technical details by taking the contents of the text as reference by a person skilled in the art. It is expressly intended that all such similar substitutes and modifications which would be obvious to one skilled in the art are deemed to be included in the invention. While the methods and applications of this invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that variations and modifications in the methods and applications described herein, as well as other suitable variations and combinations, may be made to implement and use the techniques of this invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
The applicant researches and discovers that: the bamboo is treated with antiseptic and mildew-proof water solution, including soaking and spraying. The bamboo is soaked in the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution completely, so that more antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solutions are adopted compared with spraying. However, spraying can only treat the surface and the part not deep under the surface of the bamboo wood, so that the bamboo wood cannot achieve comprehensive antibacterial and anticorrosive effects if being broken for use.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides a bamboo antibacterial and mildewproof production process, as shown in fig. 1, the process comprises the following steps:
step S101: and putting the bamboo wood into a vacuum sealing tank, and vacuumizing to enable the bamboo wood to be in an environment with preset pressure intensity.
The bamboo material is evacuated to remove air from the interior of the bamboo material. The air in the bamboo wood is removed, so that the oxygen in the air can be prevented from generating oxidation effect on the interior of the bamboo wood. More importantly, the air in the bamboo wood occupies space and is difficult to dissolve in the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution, so that the sprayed antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution is difficult to enter the bamboo wood, and the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution can smoothly enter the bamboo wood by vacuumizing to avoid the influence of the air.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, the predetermined pressure is between 0.03Mpa and 0.05 Mpa. 0.03-0.05 Mpa can ensure that most of the air in the bamboo is removed and the difficulty of vacuumizing is low.
Optionally, after the bamboo is placed in a vacuum sealing tank and vacuumized, the process further comprises:
introducing a first gas into the vacuum sealing tank, and continuously vacuumizing to ensure that the pressure in the vacuum sealing tank is a preset pressure; wherein, the first gas is dissolved in the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution and enhances the antibacterial and mildewproof effect.
The antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution can enter the bamboo wood more easily. And because the first gas is dissolved in the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution, the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution cannot be prevented from entering the bamboo wood.
In one embodiment, the first gas may be ammonia gas, the antimicrobial and antifungal aqueous solution is ACQ (aqueous Copper quat) wood preservative, and the ACQ wood preservative is composed of divalent Copper, alkyl ammonium compound, water, ammonia and/or amine according to a predetermined first ratio. The ammonia gas can be dissolved in the ACQ wood preservative, and the antibacterial and mildewproof effects of the ACQ wood preservative can be enhanced.
Step S102: the thickness and volume of the bamboo are obtained.
Optionally, obtaining the thickness and volume of the bamboo comprises:
collecting a first image of bamboo in a vacuum sealing tank;
identifying bamboo in the first image;
and obtaining the thickness and the volume of the bamboo wood according to the known size of the reference object.
It should be noted that the thickness and the volume of the bamboo wood can be more accurately obtained through an image recognition method.
Step S103: and determining the spraying speed of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the thickness, and determining the spraying amount of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the volume.
It should be noted that, the thicker the bamboo material is, the greater the penetration force required by the antibacterial and antifungal aqueous solution to reach the interior of the bamboo material is, and therefore the greater the spraying speed of the antibacterial and antifungal aqueous solution is. The larger the bamboo wood volume is, the more the spraying amount of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution is needed.
Optionally, determining the spraying speed of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the thickness, and determining the spraying amount of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the volume; the method comprises the following steps:
according to v ═ ahDetermining the spraying speed of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution; wherein a is a first constant and is more than 1, v is the spraying speed, and h is the thickness of the bamboo wood;
determining the spraying amount of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the formula C ═ b × V; wherein b is a second constant and is greater than 0, C is the spraying amount, and V is the volume of the bamboo wood.
Wherein, the thickness is in positive correlation with the spraying speed of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution and is an exponential function, which shows that the thicker the bamboo wood, the more the required spraying speed is exponentially increased.
Optionally, the process further comprises:
the first constant and the second constant are determined according to the moisture absorption of the bamboo wood; wherein the larger the hygroscopicity, the smaller the first constant and the larger the second constant.
When the moisture absorption of a certain kind of bamboo is higher, the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution is more likely to enter the bamboo. In the case of the same thickness, the more hygroscopic the bamboo wood, the smaller the spraying speed required for the antimicrobial and antifungal aqueous solution to enter the bamboo wood, and therefore the smaller the first constant. Moisture absorption is generally an inherent property of bamboo varieties.
Step S104: and uniformly spraying the bamboo wood under the preset pressure intensity at the spraying speed and the spraying amount.
Optionally, before the bamboo material under the preset pressure is uniformly sprayed at the spraying speed and the spraying amount, the process further includes:
obtaining the surface area of the bamboo wood;
and determining the moving speed of the spray gun filled with the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the surface area of the bamboo wood.
It should be noted that, the moving speed of the spray gun is ensured to ensure that the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution does not pass through the surface of the bamboo material by scanning, and the bamboo material can be uniformly and effectively sprayed.
In a specific embodiment, the surface of the bamboo material can be divided into a plurality of sub-areas for spraying, so that the spraying refinement is ensured, and the occurrence of the condition of missing coating and less coating is reduced.
Step S105: and opening the vacuum sealing tank, standing the bamboo wood for a first time, and taking out the bamboo wood.
The antibacterial and mildewproof treatment method is characterized in that the vacuum sealing tank is opened to enable the surface of the bamboo to recover the atmospheric pressure, the pressure is increased, and the residual antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution on the surface of the bamboo permeates into the bamboo under the action of pressure, so that more antibacterial and mildewproof treatment can be performed inside the bamboo. The first time length is determined according to the volume and the thickness of the bamboo wood, and most of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution remained on the surface of the bamboo wood can be ensured to enter the bamboo wood.
Step S106: and drying the bamboo wood to obtain the antibacterial and mildewproof bamboo wood.
It should be noted that, after being dried, the antibacterial and mildewproof bamboo material can be cut and bonded as required.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and carbonizing the bamboo wood by adopting a preset temperature and a preset humidity.
The carbonization process may be performed before step S101 or after step S106 as necessary. The bamboo board is carbonized to form a hard carbonized particle layer on the surface of the bamboo board, and the bamboo board is also harder. Hard carbonized particles on the surface of the carbonized bamboo board can form a bacterium environment which is not easy to live, thereby achieving the antibacterial effect. It should be noted that the preset temperature may be between 210 degrees celsius and 220 degrees celsius, and the preset humidity may be between 22% and 24%.
The thickness and the volume of the bamboo are obtained in the embodiment of the invention; determining the spraying speed of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the thickness, and determining the spraying amount of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution according to the volume; and uniformly spraying the bamboo wood under the preset pressure intensity at the spraying speed and the spraying amount. According to the embodiment of the invention, the spraying speed and the spraying amount of the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution are controlled, so that the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution has enough penetrating power and can penetrate through the surface of the bamboo material to enter the deep layer inside the bamboo material. According to the embodiment of the invention, bamboo is placed in a vacuum sealing tank, and the bamboo is vacuumized to be in an environment with preset pressure. According to the embodiment of the invention, the air in the bamboo is exhausted in a vacuumizing mode, so that the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution can more easily enter the bamboo, and the antibacterial and mildewproof treatment is carried out on the interior of the bamboo. In the embodiment of the invention, the vacuum sealing tank is opened, and the bamboo wood is taken out after being kept stand for the first time. According to the embodiment of the invention, the vacuum sealing tank is opened, so that the surface pressure of the bamboo is enhanced, the residual antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution on the surface is extruded into the bamboo, and the antibacterial and mildewproof treatment is carried out on the interior of the bamboo. The embodiment of the invention adopts image recognition to obtain the thickness and the volume of the bamboo wood, thereby ensuring the accuracy of data. According to the embodiment of the invention, the first gas is introduced into the vacuum sealing tank, and meanwhile, the vacuum pumping is continuously carried out, so that the pressure in the vacuum sealing tank is ensured to be the preset pressure, wherein the first gas is dissolved in the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution, and the antibacterial and mildewproof effect is enhanced. According to the embodiment of the invention, the first gas which can be dissolved in the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution can replace residual air in the bamboo wood, and when the first gas is contacted with the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution, the first gas is directly dissolved in the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution, so that the antibacterial and mildewproof aqueous solution can more easily enter the bamboo wood. In conclusion, the embodiment of the invention can effectively carry out overall treatment on the inside and the outside of the bamboo wood in a spraying mode, so that the inside and the outside of the bamboo wood have antibacterial and mildewproof effects.
