The inserting sheet mounting mechanism 4 comprises an inserting sheet pushing cylinder 42 which is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the inserting sheet 93 and a pushing block 43 which is fixed on the piston rod end of the inserting sheet pushing cylinder 42; the push block 43 has a cavity therein, and the cavity is communicated with an air extraction device; the front end surface of the pushing block 43 is provided with a through hole communicated with the cavity. A pair of limiting blocks 22 are symmetrically arranged along the feeding direction of the junction box 9; there are also a pair of insert mounting mechanisms 4, the insert mounting mechanisms 4 being located outside the restricting blocks 22. After the positioning block 73 is lifted, the wedge block 74 is reset under the action of elastic force.
When the machine works normally, a worker places the box body 91 on the linear rail 11 in an upward opening manner, so that the friction belt 12 driven by the driving motor 13 pushes the box body 91 to move forward along the linear rail 11 by using friction force; when the box body 91 enters the junction box feeding mechanism 2 from the linear track 11, the forward pushing cylinder 23 pushes the box body 91 to move forward for a certain distance (the forward moving distance is the width of a single box body 91) along the length direction of the two limiting blocks 22, so that the plurality of box bodies 91 are linearly arranged and intermittently pushed; a box 91 is pushed to the right below the X-Y direction transfer assembly, in synchronization with the process, the nut vibration conveying device 3 uses vibration force to push the nut 92 into the nut arranging seat 31 and arrange the nut in the nut arranging seat, and the X-Y direction transfer assembly drives the sheet taking assembly 34 to take sheets and install the nut 92.
The box body 91 with the nut 92 installed is pushed to the next station, and the insert sheet vibration conveying device 6 utilizes vibration force to push the insert sheet 93 to enter the insert sheet guide rail 41 and move to the outlet of the channel 44 along the insert sheet guide rail 41, and realizes positioning through the limiting block 45; so that the inserting sheet 93 correctly reaches the designated position.
The inserting sheet pushing cylinder 42 drives the pushing block 43, and the air extracting device also works, so that the pushing block 43 sucks the inserting sheet 93 and pushes the inserting sheet 93 to be inserted into the through groove of the junction box 9; after the insertion sheet 93 is installed, the insertion sheet pushing cylinder 42 pulls the pushing block 43 to reset; the box 91 with the completed insert 93 is sent out; to sum up, this application workman only need be responsible for placing box body 91, can accomplish placing of nut 92 automatically, the installation of inserted sheet 93 and unload, effectively improves production efficiency, reduces the cost of labor.

For facilitating the unloading, as shown in fig. 5, a falling port 24 is arranged behind the processing position of the junction box 9, and an inclined sliding plate 25 is fixedly arranged right below the falling port 24, so that the box body 91 on which the inserting sheet 93 is arranged is pushed to the falling port 24, falls out of the arrangement mechanism through the falling port 24 under the action of gravity, and slides along the inclined sliding plate 25 to a unloading point required by a worker. Or a strip conveyer belt can be arranged to directly convey the processed junction box 9.
In order to position the box body 91 to be provided with the inserting sheet 93, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, an arch frame 71 is fixedly arranged above the junction box processing station, an X-Y direction transfer assembly is arranged on one side of the arch frame 71, a positioning assembly 7 is arranged on the other side of the arch frame 71, the positioning assembly 7 comprises a positioning cylinder 72 fixed on the arch frame 71 and a positioning block 73 fixed on the output shaft section of the positioning cylinder 72, the positioning block 73 is a trapezoidal table body, and the small end face of the positioning block 73 is positioned below; when the box 91 is pushed to the position component 7, the positioning cylinder 72 drives the positioning block 73 to move downwards, and the positioning block 73 is gradually embedded from the opening on the upper end face of the corresponding box 91 in the process of moving downwards, so that the box 91 is pushed to move by utilizing the inclined walls on the four sides of the positioning block 73, the accurate positioning is realized, and the through groove of the box 91 is aligned to the insert 93 to be installed.
