A recovered cable cleaning device is characterized by comprising a case, a pre-cleaning assembly, a rotating brush mechanism, a flushing mechanism and a cable feeding mechanism for conveying cables; the cable pre-cleaning device comprises a pre-cleaning assembly, a cable guide plate and a cable guide plate, wherein the pre-cleaning assembly is arranged at the rear end of a case along the conveying direction of a cable, the pre-cleaning assembly is provided with a cable passing hole used for matching the cable, and the diameter of the outer wall of the cable passing hole is gradually increased along the direction of the front end of the case, so that a conical surface is formed; the rotating brush mechanism comprises a brush component and a brush driving mechanism for driving the brush component to rotate by taking the cable as an axis, and a cleaning part of the brush component is always contacted with the circumferential surface of the cable; the flushing mechanism comprises a plurality of spray heads, the spray heads are all connected with the water pump, and water spray ports of the spray heads face the direction of a cable in the case.

The cleaning device for the recycled cable according to claim 1, wherein the chassis comprises a bracket, a chassis bottom plate, side plates arranged on two sides of the chassis bottom plate, a front end vertical plate and a rear end vertical plate, wherein the rear end of the chassis bottom plate is provided with a discharge hole, and the chassis bottom plate inclines upwards from a position close to the discharge hole along the direction of the front end of the chassis bottom plate; the front end vertical plate is provided with a first through hole used for penetrating the cable, and the rear end vertical plate is provided with a second through hole used for penetrating the cable at a position corresponding to the first through hole.

The recycled cable cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pre-cleaning assembly comprises a base plate and a cylinder arranged on the base plate, a wire passing hole matched with the cable is arranged along the axial direction of the cylinder, the wire passing hole penetrates through the whole pre-cleaning assembly, the diameter of the outer wall of the cylinder is gradually increased along the direction of the base plate, and therefore a conical surface is formed; the pre-cleaning assembly is mounted on the rear end vertical plate through a substrate, and the axis of the wire passing hole is overlapped with the axis of the second via hole in the axial direction.

The recycled cable cleaning device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pre-cleaning assembly is composed of two groups of pre-cleaning groups, each pre-cleaning group comprises a bottom plate and a semi-cylinder arranged on the bottom plate, a semi-circular wire passing hole matched with the cable is arranged along the axis of the semi-cylinder, the semi-circular wire passing hole penetrates through the whole pre-cleaning group, the outer wall of the semi-cylinder is tapered, and the radius of the outer wall is gradually increased along the direction of the bottom plate; a fixing hole for mounting a screw is formed in one end, far away from the semicircular wire passing hole, of the bottom plate; when the two groups of pre-cleaning groups are assembled and installed, the two groups of bottom plates form a base plate of the pre-cleaning component, the two groups of semi-cylinders form a cylinder of the pre-cleaning component, and the two groups of semi-circular wire passing holes form wire passing holes of the pre-cleaning component.

The recycled cable cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the brush assembly comprises a turret, a brush; the rotating frame comprises a shaft disc and a connecting rod, the shaft disc is provided with two groups and is respectively installed at two ends of the connecting rod, a through hole used for passing through a cable is formed in the shaft disc along the axis direction, a rotating shaft is arranged at one end, far away from the connecting rod, of the shaft disc, a plurality of brushes are arranged around the through hole in an evenly distributed mode and installed at one end, close to the connecting rod, of the shaft disc, one end of each brush is abutted to the inner wall of the through hole, and one end, close to the through hole, of each brush.

The recycled cable cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wire feeding mechanism comprises a motor, a motor base and two roller assemblies, wherein one of the two roller assemblies is arranged above the first via hole and is an upper roller assembly; the other group is arranged below the first via hole and is a lower roller group, and a wire passing space which is used for passing through the cable and matched with the cable is arranged between the upper roller group and the lower roller group; the roller assembly comprises a U-shaped roller seat, a roller shaft and a roller arranged on the roller shaft, the roller seat is arranged on the front end vertical plate, two ends of the roller shaft are arranged on the roller seat, and the axial direction of the roller shaft is vertical to the axial direction of the first through hole; and the roller shaft of the lower roller group is connected with the rotating shaft of the motor through a coupler.
