现在社会的生活节奏太快，很多人从早到晚都忙于工作，久坐不动，长期疲劳，因此，越来越多的人都出现了腰背酸疼的问题。中医认为：通则不痛，痛则不通。引起腰背疼痛，往往是因为经络堵塞，血流不畅导致，所以要从根本上调理腰背问题，首先要保证经络的疏通。通过刮痧、按摩、推拿、火功、艾灸等方法对治疗腰背部疾病都有帮助，但需要专业的服务人员辅助治疗。市场上的养生理疗产品鱼龙混杂，多数产品形式单一且疗效不佳。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题，本发明提出一种腰背经络康体套装，能够克服现有技术的上述不足。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种腰背经络康体套装，包括腰背康保健粉、腰背康保健液、腰背康保健膏，按重量份计，所述腰背康保健粉由千斤拔2-5份、熟地黄2-5份、两头尖2-5份、归尾2-5份、山奈2-5份、辛夷2-5份、冰片2-5份、木香2-5份、赤芍2-5份、桃仁2-5份、续断2-5份、川芎2-5份、怀牛膝2-5份制成，所述腰背康保健液由丁香1-3份、月桂1-3份、甘草1-3份、南星1-3份、干姜1-3份、白芥子1-3份、羌活1-3份、肉桂1-3份、杜仲1-3份、细辛1-3份、附子1-3份、元胡1-3份、茴香1-3份、当归1-3份、益母草1-3份、牛膝1-3份、胡椒1-3份、酒精1-3份制成，所述腰背康保健膏由甘草2-5份、南星2-5份、桂子2-5份、蓖麻子2-5份、甘松2-5份、白芷2-5份、当归2-5份、细辛2-5份、海风藤2-5份、玄参2-5份、红花油2-5份、植物油2-5份、白醋2-5份制成。
优选地，按重量份计，所述腰背康保健粉由千斤拔3份、熟地黄3份、两头尖3份、归尾2份、山奈5份、辛夷5份、冰片2份、木香2份、赤芍2份、桃仁2份、续断3份、川芎3份、怀牛膝3份制成，所述腰背康保健液由丁香3份、月桂2份、甘草2份、南星1份、干姜1份、白芥子2份、羌活2份、肉桂1份、杜仲2份、细辛1份、附子1份、元胡2份、茴香2份、当归1份、益母草1份、牛膝2份、胡椒1份、酒精3份制成，所述腰背康保健膏由甘草2份、南星3份、桂子3份、蓖麻子2份、甘松2份、白芷2份、当归3份、细辛3份、海风藤3份、玄参2份、红花油5份、植物油3份、白醋5份制成。
优选地，所述腰背康保健粉的制备方法如下：将千斤拔、熟地黄、两头尖、归尾、山奈、辛夷、冰片、木香、赤芍、桃仁、续断、川芎、怀牛膝去杂质后清洗、烘干，粉碎成药粉，过120目筛网，将药粉投入搅拌机内搅拌均匀，灭菌并在无菌室内制成粉剂。
优选地，所述腰背康保健液的制备方法如下：将丁香、月桂、甘草、南星、干姜、白芥子、羌活、肉桂、杜仲、细辛、附子、元胡、茴香、当归、益母草、牛膝、胡椒、酒精按照一定的比例混合，去杂质后放进大缸密封泡制，灭菌并在无菌室内制成液体，最后过滤得到腰背康保健液。
优选地，所述腰背康保健膏的制备方法如下：将甘草、南星、桂子、蓖麻子、甘松、白芷、当归、细辛、海风藤、玄参粉碎后放入配制罐，然后加入红花油、植物油、白醋，混合均匀并灭菌得到腰背康保健膏。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的腰背经络康体套装通过将腰背康保健粉、腰背康保健液、腰背康保健膏组合，使用时仅需使用腰背康保健粉浸泡足部，然后在患处搽腰背康保健液，最后敷贴腰背康保健膏，即一泡、二搽、三贴简单三步即可，使用方法简单，能够疏通堵塞的经络，改善血液循环，缓解腰背酸痛症状。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种腰背经络康体套装，包括腰背康保健粉10袋（15g/袋）、腰背康保健液10瓶（10mL/瓶）、腰背康保健膏10瓶（50g/袋）。
所述腰背康保健粉的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）选中药材：将千斤拔300g、熟地黄300g、两头尖300g、归尾200g、山奈500g、辛夷500g、冰片200g、木香200g、赤芍200g、桃仁200g、续断300g、川芎300g、怀牛膝300g去杂质后清洗、烘干；
（2）粉碎：将步骤（1）处理后的药材粉碎成药粉；
（3）过滤筛网：将药粉过120目筛网；
（4）混配搅拌：将药粉投入搅拌机内搅拌均匀；
（5）灭菌：统一灭菌，在无菌室内制成粉剂；
（6）灌装：将合格的粉剂抽至灌装机进行灌装，每隔10分钟随机抽取10袋，检查批号，装量和密封情况；
（7）包装：按包装规格要求包装，并放入说明书，盖上盒盖，贴封口签,以包装指令规定的包装规格进行装箱，装满后，放入待检区；
（8）检验、入库：经抽检合格后，发放填写合格证（品名、批号、规格、检查人、检查、日期及包装人），放入合格证，用胶带封箱，再用打包机打包。
所述腰背康保健液的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将丁香300g、月桂200g、甘草200g、南星100g、干姜100g、白芥子200g、羌活200g、肉桂100g、杜仲200g、细辛100g、附子100g、元胡200g、茴香200g、当归100g、益母草100g、牛膝200g、胡椒100g、酒精300g混合后去杂质；
（2）将步骤（1）中的药材放进大缸密封泡制；
（3）统一灭菌，并在无菌室内制成液体；
（4）过滤，精加工得到半成品；
（5）质检人员按当日批量的30%进行抽检；
（6）灌装：将合格的半成品抽至灌装机进行灌装，每瓶10毫升，每隔10分钟随机抽取20瓶，检查批号，装量和密封；
（7）包装：按本品包装规格要求包装，并放入说明书，盖上盒盖，贴封口签，按包装指令规定的包装规格进行装箱，装满后，放入待检区；
（8）检验、入库：经抽检合格后，发放填写合格证（品名、批号、规格、检查人、检查日期及包装人），放入合格证，用胶带封箱，再用打包机打包。
所述腰背康保健膏的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）粉碎：将甘草200g、南星300g、桂子300g、蓖麻子200g、甘松200g、白芷200g、当归300g、细辛300g、海风藤300g、玄参200g粉碎得到120目的药粉；
（2）配制：将得到的药粉放入配制罐，加入红花油500g、植物油300g、白醋500g，混合均匀并灭菌得到半成品；
（3）灌装：将合格的半成品抽至灌装机进行灌装，每瓶50g，每隔10分钟随机抽取20瓶，检查批号、装量和密封情况；
（4）包装：按本品包装规格要求包装，并放入说明书，盖上盒盖，贴封口签，按包装指令规定的包装规格进行装箱，装满后，放入待检区；
（5）检验、入库：经抽检合格后，发放填写合格证（品名、批号、规格、检查人、检查日期及包装人），放入合格证，用胶带封箱，再用打包机打包。
实施例2
一种腰背经络康体套装，包括腰背康保健粉10袋（15g/袋）、腰背康保健液10瓶（10mL/瓶）、腰背康保健膏10瓶（50g/袋）。
所述腰背康保健粉由千斤拔500g、熟地黄500g、两头尖200g、归尾200g、山奈500g、辛夷500g、冰片200g、木香200g、赤芍200g、桃仁200g、续断500g、川芎500g、怀牛膝500g制成，制备方法与实施例1相同。
所述腰背康保健液由丁香300g、月桂100g、甘草100g、南星100g、干姜100g、白芥子300g、羌活300g、肉桂300g、杜仲300g、细辛100g、附子100g、元胡300g、茴香300g、当归100g、益母草100g、牛膝300g、胡椒100g、酒精300g制成，制备方法与实施例1相同。
所述腰背康保健膏由甘草200g、南星500g、桂子500g、蓖麻子200g、甘松200g、白芷200g、当归500g、细辛500g、海风藤500g、玄参200g红花油200g、植物油500g、白醋200g制成，制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种腰背经络康体套装，包括腰背康保健粉10袋（15g/袋）、腰背康保健液10瓶（10mL/瓶）、腰背康保健膏10瓶（50g/袋）。
所述腰背康保健粉由千斤拔200g、熟地黄200g、两头尖500g、归尾500g、山奈200g、辛夷200g、冰片500g、木香500g、赤芍500g、桃仁500g、续断200g、川芎200g、怀牛膝200g制成，制备方法与实施例1相同。
所述腰背康保健液由丁香100g、月桂300g、甘草300g、南星300g、干姜300g、白芥子100g、羌活100g、肉桂100g、杜仲100g、细辛300g、附子300g、元胡100g、茴香100g、当归300g、益母草300g、牛膝100g、胡椒300g、酒精100g制成，制备方法与实施例1相同。
所述腰背康保健膏由甘草500g、南星200g、桂子200g、蓖麻子500g、甘松500g、白芷500g、当归200g、细辛200g、海风藤200g、玄参500g红花油500g、植物油200g、白醋500g制成，制备方法与实施例1相同。
本发明的腰背经络康体套装的使用方法为：
（1）将腰背康保健粉倒入45℃左右的温水中，足部浸到踝关节以上为佳，泡20-30分钟为宜，以缓释疲劳，并促进血液循环，增强新陈代谢；
（2）在相应的部位进行按摩、搓揉（关节有积液者禁搓），在皮肤易吸收的状态下，搽对应的腰背康保健液，用保鲜膜缠绕、覆盖1-2小时更佳，可以放松肌体、舒筋活络、平抚心灵。另外，在搽后要及时用洗手液、清水冲洗手部；
（3）将腰背康保健膏敷在相应部位皮肤上，敷满10小时以上，让药物自然透皮吸收，缓释经络不适，另外，敷贴不会影响正常活动。
其中，腰背康保健粉的用量为每日一次，每次1袋；腰背康保健液的用量为每日一次，每次1瓶；腰背康保健膏为每日1次，每次取适量外敷即可。
综上所述，借助于本发明的上述技术方案，通过将腰背康保健粉、腰背康保健液、腰背康保健膏组合，使用时仅需使用腰背康保健粉浸泡足部，然后在患处搽腰背康保健液，最后敷贴腰背康保健膏，即一泡、二搽、三贴简单三步即可，使用方法简单，能够疏通堵塞的经络，改善血液循环，缓解腰背酸痛症状。

1.一种腰背经络康体套装，其特征在于，包括腰背康保健粉、腰背康保健液、腰背康保健膏，按重量份计，所述腰背康保健粉由千斤拔2-5份、熟地黄2-5份、两头尖2-5份、归尾2-5份、山奈2-5份、辛夷2-5份、冰片2-5份、木香2-5份、赤芍2-5份、桃仁2-5份、续断2-5份、川芎2-5份、怀牛膝2-5份制成，所述腰背康保健液由丁香1-3份、月桂1-3份、甘草1-3份、南星1-3份、干姜1-3份、白芥子1-3份、羌活1-3份、肉桂1-3份、杜仲1-3份、细辛1-3份、附子1-3份、元胡1-3份、茴香1-3份、当归1-3份、益母草1-3份、牛膝1-3份、胡椒1-3份、酒精1-3份制成，所述腰背康保健膏由甘草2-5份、南星2-5份、桂子2-5份、蓖麻子2-5份、甘松2-5份、白芷2-5份、当归2-5份、细辛2-5份、海风藤2-5份、玄参2-5份、红花油2-5份、植物油2-5份、白醋2-5份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腰背经络康体套装，其特征在于，包括腰背康保健粉、腰背康保健液、腰背康保健膏，按重量份计，所述腰背康保健粉由千斤拔3份、熟地黄3份、两头尖3份、归尾2份、山奈5份、辛夷5份、冰片2份、木香2份、赤芍2份、桃仁2份、续断3份、川芎3份、怀牛膝3份制成，所述腰背康保健液由丁香3份、月桂2份、甘草2份、南星1份、干姜1份、白芥子2份、羌活2份、肉桂1份、杜仲2份、细辛1份、附子1份、元胡2份、茴香2份、当归1份、益母草1份、牛膝2份、胡椒1份、酒精3份制成，所述腰背康保健膏由甘草2份、南星3份、桂子3份、蓖麻子2份、甘松2份、白芷2份、当归3份、细辛3份、海风藤3份、玄参2份、红花油5份、植物油3份、白醋5份制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的腰背经络康体套装，其特征在于，所述腰背康保健粉的制备方法如下：将千斤拔、熟地黄、两头尖、归尾、山奈、辛夷、冰片、木香、赤芍、桃仁、续断、川芎、怀牛膝去杂质后清洗、烘干，粉碎成药粉，过120目筛网，将药粉投入搅拌机内搅拌均匀，灭菌并在无菌室内制成粉剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的腰背经络康体套装，其特征在于，所述腰背康保健液的制备方法如下：将丁香、月桂、甘草、南星、干姜、白芥子、羌活、肉桂、杜仲、细辛、附子、元胡、茴香、当归、益母草、牛膝、胡椒、酒精混合，去杂质后放进大缸密封泡制，灭菌并在无菌室内制成液体，最后过滤得到腰背康保健液。
