Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin care composition for whitening and moisturizing, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the skin care composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: extracts of arachnoid bluegrass, Chondrus crispus, Craimum maritimum and Hippophae rhamnoides. The skin care composition can repair internal inflammation of skin and fade pigment of a dermis layer, thereby achieving the purpose of effectively lightening the pigmentation after facial inflammation, preventing skin aging and enabling the skin to be white and fine; in addition, the skin care composition can enhance the strength and the appearance of the corneocytes and enable the shape of the corneocytes to be more complete and compact through the combined action of the four effective components, thereby effectively avoiding water loss in a low-humidity environment and improving the water content of the skin from the source; meanwhile, the moisture in the environment can be absorbed to the maximum extent, and the instant and lasting moisturizing effect in a dry environment is realized through water capture, water locking and water storage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin care composition for whitening and moisturizing, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The moisture content of the skin in the human body is 15-20% of the body weight, and if the moisture content of the skin is reduced, the skin is dry, dull, low in elasticity and much in wrinkles. Currently, the commonly used moisturizers of cosmetics are mainly divided into closed moisturizers, hygroscopic moisturizers and hydration moisturizers, wherein the closed moisturizers achieve the moisturizing effect by preventing moisture in skin from evaporating, and the hygroscopic moisturizers achieve the moisturizing effect by absorbing moisture in the external environment and supplementing the moisture into the stratum corneum; the hydration-type moisturizer needs a substance which is combined with water molecules in the environment to form a network structure so as to achieve the effect of supplementing water for the skin. But when a human body is exposed in an environment with the relative humidity of 10-30% for 30min, the water content of the horny layer is obviously reduced; the dry environment reduces the water content of the horny layer of the epidermis, and the low air humidity can inhibit the synthesis of NMF (N-methyl-pyrrolidone) by filaggrin in the horny layer. Therefore, in a dry environment, the moisture content of the skin is obviously reduced, the skin becomes dry, the closed humectant cannot effectively prevent the evaporation of the moisture of the skin, and the moisture in the dry environment is less, so that the moisture-keeping effect cannot be achieved by absorbing the moisture of the external environment or hydrating the moisture with the moisture in the external environment, and the loss of the moisture cannot be effectively prevented due to the problem that the horny layer of most people is damaged at present, which is particularly obvious in the dry environment. Therefore, the current moisturizing cosmetics cannot guarantee effective moisturizing in a dry environment.
Post-inflammatory pigmentation is a rare disease state of skin hyperpigmentation, which is mainly related to oxidative stress and inflammatory mediators and cytokine invasion, and currently, corticosteroids are generally combined with photoprotectants to control inflammation so as to inhibit further deposition of melanin, but the treatment course is long; secondly, inhibitors with tyrosinase activity such as azelaic acid and kojic acid are mostly adopted to treat the pigmentation after inflammation, but most clinical application experiments show that the inhibitors can obviously increase the visual difference between the pigmentation part after inflammation and other parts, and have no obvious effect on clearing the melanin in the pigmentation part, because the tyrosinase inhibitors have different action parts and generally act on the surface layer of the skin, the inhibitors have better clearing effect on the conventional melanin and obvious whitening effect, but the melanin generated after inflammation is mainly deposited on the dermis, the inhibitors cannot generate the effect in a short time, and the side effect of the skin generated by the inhibitors is also common.
Therefore, there is a need for a cosmetic formulation that addresses post-inflammatory pigmentation and has the effect of moisturizing the skin in a dry environment.

Test example I Water replenishment test under different environments
Test samples: the essence prepared in examples 4 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
The test method comprises the following steps: 160 subjects were selected, the average age was 32 ± 1 year, and the subjects were randomly divided into 8 groups, each group consisting of 20 subjects, and each group of subjects could not use any external drugs or cosmetics for 1 week before the test, each group of patients cleaned their faces, stood still for 30min under different humidity conditions, skin moisture content values of the blank areas before the use of the test sites were measured using a skin moisture meter, then the test samples were applied to the facial skin, an appropriate amount of skin care product was applied to the skin during the use, massaged until the absorption, skin moisture contents were measured at different times after the use using a skin moisture meter, data of all the test sites of all the volunteers of the same example or comparative example were averaged, and skin moisture content variation values were calculated, with the results shown in tables 1 and 2 below.
TABLE 1 variation of skin moisture content in normal environment (temperature 23 + -2 deg.C, humidity 50 + -5%)
TABLE 2 variation of skin moisture content in dry environment (temperature 15. + -. 1 ℃ C., humidity 20. + -. 5%)
The above table shows that the skin care essence liquid of the embodiments 4-6 can provide sufficient moisture for the skin in normal environment and dry environment, the moisture of the skin is obviously increased after the skin care essence liquid is used for 4 hours, the moisture of the skin reaches a peak value at 8H, and then the moisture of the skin is slightly reduced, but the moisture change value is still maintained at a higher level, and the skin care essence liquid is proved to be capable of meeting the instantaneous moisture preservation requirements of the skin in normal and dry environments; however, if the active ingredients were separately removed and applied to the skin, it was found that the moisturizing effect comparable to examples 4 to 6 could not be maintained, which shows the synergistic effect between the respective ingredients.
Test example two, test for improvement of post-inflammatory pigmentation
80 volunteers of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to acne were selected and randomly divided into 8 groups of 10 individuals, each group of subjects was subjected to face cleansing in the morning and evening using the products of examples 4 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 for 4 weeks, skin whiteness (brightness) (L value) and skin brightness (dark yellowness) (ITA DEG value) of the face of the subjects before and after use at 1 week and 4 week were measured 3 times per spot using a skin color difference test probe, and the results were shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 skin Brightness and Brightness variation
Note: percent change (%) - (after use-before use)/100% before use
The above table shows that the four ingredients can effectively improve the whiteness and brightness of facial skin in a synergistic manner, and the whitening and brightness enhancing composition has a remarkable effect on post-inflammatory pigmentation; it is also noted that the effect of treatment with the hypecoum vulgare extract alone, which has tyrosinase activity inhibiting effect, is significantly reduced compared to example 1, indicating that the problem of post-inflammatory pigmentation cannot be effectively improved by means of tyrosinase activity inhibition alone.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
