本发明公开了一种电路板连接端口的固定装置,包括有电路板(6)、板对板连接器母座(4)和板对板连接器公头(3);还包括有五金压片(1)、五金夹子(5)和柔性电路板(2);所述板对板连接器母座(4)和五金夹子(5)均焊接在所述电路板(6)上,所述板对板连接器公头(3)焊接在所述柔性电路板(2)的底部;所述板对板连接器母座(4)和板对板连接器公头(3)相匹配,所述五金压片(1)用于压在所述柔性电路板(2)的上方,所述五金夹子(5)用于夹接固定所述五金压片(1)。利用本发明,不需要在电路板上打孔,而且能够满足硬件电路的接地要求,可靠性较高。

Description

一种电路板连接端口的固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电路板生产技术领域,具体涉及一种电路板连接端口的固定装置,尤其是板对板连接端子的固定装置。
背景技术
目前的电路板生产中,电路板连接端口的固定通常是采用五金片打螺丝的方式,这种方式的可靠性比较好,但是需要在电路板上打穿孔,影响电路板的走线,装配、定位都较为繁琐,难以实现自动化。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种电路板连接端口的固定装置,不需要在电路板上打孔,而且能够满足硬件电路的接地要求,可靠性较高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电路板连接端口的固定装置,包括有电路板、板对板连接器母座和板对板连接器公头;还包括有五金压片、五金夹子和柔性电路板;所述板对板连接器母座和五金夹子均焊接在所述电路板上,所述板对板连接器公头焊接在所述柔性电路板的底部;所述板对板连接器母座和板对板连接器公头相匹配,所述五金压片用于压在所述柔性电路板的上方,所述五金夹子用于夹接固定所述五金压片。
进一步地,所述板对板连接器母座的两侧均设有所述五金夹子,所述五金压片的位置与板对板连接器公头的位置相对应,两侧的五金夹子分别夹设固定所述五金压片的两侧。
进一步地,所述五金夹子的表面电镀有雾锡涂层。
进一步地,所述板对板连接器母座和五金夹子均通过贴片工艺焊接在所述电路板上。
本发明还提供一种利用上述电路板连接端口的固定装置的方法,具体过程为:令板对板连接器母座和板对板连接器公头匹配对接,从而柔性电路板通过板对板连接器母座和板对板连接器公头与电路板接通,形成通路;将五金压片压在所述柔性电路板的上方并与所述板对板连接器公头的位置相对应,然后用扳开五金夹子,将五金压片的两侧放入后合拢五金夹子,即可对板对板连接器母座和板对板连接器公头的连接形成固定效果,不再松脱。
本发明的有益效果在于:利用本发明进行电路板连接端口,尤其是板对板端子的固定,可以不需要在电路板上打孔,从而避免影响电路板上的走线,方便电路设计。另外,相对于现有的打孔、螺丝固定的方式,本发明的固定装置的装配更加方便快捷,也容易利用机器实现自动化装配和定位。在此基础上,本发明还能够满足硬件电路的接地要求,且可靠性较高。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,需要说明的是,本实施例以本技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围并不限于本实施例。
本实施例提供一种电路板连接端口的固定装置,如图1-3所示,包括有电路板6、板对板连接器母座4和板对板连接器公头3;还包括有五金压片1、五金夹子5和柔性电路板2(FPC);所述板对板连接器母座4和五金夹子5均通过贴片工艺焊接在所述电路板6上,所述板对板连接器公头3焊接在所述柔性电路板2的底部;所述板对板连接器母座4和板对板连接器公头3相匹配,所述五金压片1用于压在所述柔性电路板2的上方,所述五金夹子5用于夹接固定所述五金压片1。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述板对板连接器母座4的两侧均设有所述五金夹子5,所述五金压片1压在所述柔性电路板2上方时,其位置与板对板连接器公头3的位置相对应,两侧的五金夹子5分别夹设固定所述五金压片1的两侧。
在本实施例中,所述五金夹子5的表面电镀有雾锡涂层。五金夹子采用雾锡工艺处理后,具有更好的韧性、焊接效果和导电性能。
安装时,令板对板连接器母座4和板对板连接器公头3匹配对接,从而柔性电路板2通过板对板连接器母座4和板对板连接器公头3与电路板6接通,形成通路。将五金压片1压在所述柔性电路板2的上方并与所述板对板连接器公头3的位置相对应,然后用扳开五金夹子5,将五金压片1的两侧放入后合拢五金夹子5,即可对板对板连接器母座4和板对板连接器公头3的连接形成固定效果,不再松脱,具有较高的可靠性。
采用上述电路板连接端口的固定装置进行电路板连接端口的固定,不需要对电路板打孔,避免对电路板走线的影响,方便电路设计。且装配方便,也容易利用机器实现自动化装配和固定。还能够满足硬件电路的接地要求,且可靠性较高。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可以根据以上的技术方案和构思,给出各种相应的改变和变形,而所有的这些改变和变形,都应该包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种电路板连接端口的固定装置,包括有电路板(6)、板对板连接器母座(4)和板对板连接器公头(3);其特征在于,还包括有五金压片(1)、五金夹子(5)和柔性电路板(2);所述板对板连接器母座(4)和五金夹子(5)均焊接在所述电路板(6)上,所述板对板连接器公头(3)焊接在所述柔性电路板(2)的底部;所述板对板连接器母座(4)和板对板连接器公头(3)相匹配,所述五金压片(1)用于压在所述柔性电路板(2)的上方,所述五金夹子(5)用于夹接固定所述五金压片(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电路板连接端口的固定装置,其特征在于,所述板对板连接器母座(4)的两侧均设有所述五金夹子(5),所述五金压片(1)的位置与板对板连接器公头(3)的位置相对应,两侧的五金夹子(5)分别夹设固定所述五金压片(1)的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电路板连接端口的固定装置,其特征在于,所述五金夹子(5)的表面电镀有雾锡涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电路板连接端口的固定装置,其特征在于,所述板对板连接器母座(4)和五金夹子(5)均通过贴片工艺焊接在所述电路板(6)上。
5.一种利用上述任一权利要求所述的电路板连接端口的固定装置的方法,其特征在于,具体过程为:令板对板连接器母座(4)和板对板连接器公头(3)匹配对接,从而柔性电路板(2)通过板对板连接器母座(4)和板对板连接器公头(3)与电路板(6)接通,形成通路;将五金压片(1)压在所述柔性电路板(2)的上方并与所述板对板连接器公头(3)的位置相对应,然后用扳开五金夹子(5),将五金压片的两侧放入后合拢五金夹子(5),即可对板对板连接器母座(4)和板对板连接器公头(3)的连接形成固定效果,不再松脱。
