The on Shift confirmation screen is used for displaying when the recruitment-side communication unit 23 receives the on Shift reminder message sent by the management server 103, and displaying the on Shift reminder message on the screen so as to allow the recruitment worker selected as the operation worker to confirm the on Shift.
In this embodiment, the arrival post reminding information includes the post name, the post identification information, and the employment operating time corresponding to the employment determining information of the employing worker, and is used for informing the operating worker of the next work.

The remote control screen is displayed when the candidate worker terminal 102 is in one-to-one communication connection with the corresponding operating robot 101, and the post site image shot by the camera 11 of the operating robot 101 is displayed in real time in the screen and the operating worker remotely controls the operating robot 101 according to the post site image.
In this embodiment, after the control worker confirms the post through the post confirmation picture, the management server 103 establishes a communication connection between the candidate worker terminal 102 and the corresponding operation robot 101, at this time, the camera 11 of the operation robot 101 shoots a post live image in real time and sends the post live image to the candidate worker terminal 102 for display, and at the same time, the control worker can input a remote control instruction through the remote control picture displayed by the candidate worker terminal 102 to control the operation robot 101 to perform a corresponding post operation.

The historical application post names are post names of application workers who apply for and complete work in the past, and the working duration is the working duration of the application workers on the intelligent working posts corresponding to the historical application post names.

The recruitment information acquisition unit 39 is configured to acquire all of the post names, the corresponding post identification information, and the work request time as recruitment information from the post recruitment information storage unit 33 when the service-side communication unit 50 receives the post recruitment request transmitted by the recruiter terminal 102.
In the present embodiment, once the recruitment information acquisition unit 39 completes the acquisition of the recruitment information, the service-side communication unit 50 sends the acquired recruitment information to the corresponding recruiter terminal 102 according to the worker identification information corresponding to the post application request, so that the recruiter can apply.

In this embodiment, the worker selecting unit 43 sequentially selects the operation worker according to the post identification information of each recruitment deadline, and the selection rule of the worker selecting unit 43 specifically includes the following steps:
acquiring all corresponding application information from the post application information storage part 42 according to the post identification information as the application information to be screened;
a credit scoring step, in which the credit score of each corresponding employing worker is respectively obtained from the employing worker information storage part 31 according to the worker identification information in all the employing information to be screened;
screening low-credit workers, namely screening out the to-be-screened application information with the credit score of the workers lower than a preset credit threshold value, and taking the residual to-be-screened application information as to-be-selected application information;
a worker information acquisition step of acquiring the historical application post name and the working duration of each corresponding application worker from the application worker information storage part 31 according to the worker identification information in each to-be-selected application information;
accumulating the working time length, namely accumulating the working time length of each applicant according to the historical applicant station names which are consistent with the station names corresponding to the station identification information to form corresponding station accumulated working time length;

The arrival post information storage unit 44 is used for storing the application information selected by the worker selection unit 43 as arrival post information.

In this embodiment, the time period of the scheduled arrival post may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the time period of the scheduled arrival post is set to 15 minutes, so that the operator can prepare for the arrival post in the time period. The worker credit setting unit 48 is configured to set a credit score of a corresponding worker in the worker adopter information storage unit 31 to be lowered according to the worker identification information of the worker who is in charge when a poor condition such as absence of work, default, or the like occurs in the worker (for example, the worker is not confirmed on duty within a predetermined time period).
In the present embodiment, the worker credit setting unit 48 may set the degree of degradation according to actual conditions when the worker credit score is set to be degraded, for example, the worker credit score is set to 1 to 10, 1 is degraded when the worker is operated and the worker is absent unexpectedly, 0 is degraded when the worker is in a malicious idle state, and the like.
The emergency agent information generation output unit 49 generates emergency agent information based on the worker identification information of the operator and the corresponding post identification information, and outputs the emergency agent information to the inspection terminal held by the inspector in the workshop, so that the inspector can perform the agent operation based on the post identification information.
In this embodiment, the inspection terminal of the inspector is one of the terminals 102 of the applicable workers, and the inspector is also one of the intelligent work posts in the workshop and is specially used for performing the inspection work of the workshop. the employing worker information storage part at least stores worker identification information of the employing worker and corresponding worker qualification information,
the post information storage part at least stores the post name of the intelligent working post, the corresponding post identification information and the corresponding post qualification information,
the post recruitment information storage part at least stores post names required to be recruited and corresponding post identification information, work request time and recruitment deadline,
the screen storage part at least stores a post application request screen and a post recruitment screen,
the input display part displays the post application request picture to allow the applicant to input a post application request,
when the service-side communication unit receives the post application request from the application-side communication unit, the recruitment information acquisition unit acquires the post name, the corresponding post identification information, and the corresponding work request time from the post recruitment information storage unit as recruitment information,

the production time calculation section calculates a production time required for the plant to complete the order based on the product demand amount and a product production amount corresponding to the order product name,
and the post recruitment information adding part generates work requirement time corresponding to each post identification information to be recruited according to the production time, generates recruitment deadline corresponding to each post identification information to be recruited according to a preset recruitment duration, and further adds the post identification information to be recruited, the corresponding work requirement time and the recruitment deadline to the post recruitment information storage part.
