Abstract
The invention discloses an equipment operation and maintenance system, which relates to the technical field of equipment management, and comprises: a background system; the first mobile terminal is used for collecting repair information of the equipment and reporting the repair information to the background system when the equipment fails; the second mobile terminal is used for receiving the repair information pushed by the background system and providing the repair information to the equipment management personnel so as to determine a maintainer of the equipment; and the third mobile terminal is used for receiving the work notification information pushed by the background system, responding to the work notification information, sending a work prompt to a designated maintainer, and providing the repair information acquired from the background system to the designated maintainer. Each flow node of the equipment operation and maintenance system can be completed through the mobile terminal, and the equipment operation and maintenance system is convenient, quick, time-saving, labor-saving, efficient and convenient to manage and control.

The technical scheme provided by the patent document is used for monitoring industrial equipment and reducing the working difficulty of a front-line operator, but the technical scheme is only used for managing the maintenance time of the equipment and parts.
Many times, a plurality of personnel are needed to participate in the equipment maintenance process, a plurality of departments are possibly involved, and unified management is difficult to perform. At present, equipment maintenance management in a factory is relatively extensive and inefficient.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an equipment operation and maintenance system, which can efficiently manage and control the maintenance process of factory equipment, in view of the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art.
The equipment operation and maintenance system comprises:
a background system;
the first mobile terminal is used for collecting repair information of the equipment and reporting the repair information to the background system when the equipment fails;
the second mobile terminal is used for receiving the repair information pushed by the background system and providing the repair information to the equipment management personnel so as to determine a maintainer of the equipment;
and the third mobile terminal is used for receiving the work notification information pushed by the background system, responding to the work notification information, sending a work prompt to a designated maintainer, and providing the repair information acquired from the background system to the designated maintainer.
Further, the third mobile terminal is also used for scanning the two-dimensional code of the fault equipment when the maintenance is started so as to confirm that a maintenance worker starts to maintain the equipment;
the first mobile terminal is further used for scanning the two-dimensional code of the fault equipment when the equipment fault is found so as to confirm the starting of the maintenance process.
Furthermore, the third mobile terminal is further used for acquiring accessory information of the required accessories input by a maintenance person and uploading the accessory information to the background system.
Further, the background system is used for sending the accessory information to a second mobile terminal so that a device management person can conveniently examine and approve the accessory information;
the background system is also used for judging whether the required accessories are stored in the inquiry warehouse or not after obtaining the approval so as to determine whether the accessories need to be purchased externally or not.

Further, the third mobile terminal is also used for receiving outsource request information input by a maintenance worker and reason information needing outsource, and uploading the outsource request information and the reason information to the background system; and the background system pushes the outsource request information and the reason information to a second mobile terminal so as to facilitate the approval of equipment management personnel.
Further, the repair information includes: fault content, device photos or process video.
Further, the background system is also used for classifying historical fault reasons reported by the equipment; if the same type of fault occurs to the equipment for multiple times, the background system pushes the fault reason to the third mobile terminal when the fault is reported and repaired, so as to provide the fault reason for a maintainer.
Further, the equipment operation and maintenance system further comprises:
the first background terminal is used for acquiring maintenance contents input by a maintenance executor and equipment pictures before and after maintenance, and reporting the maintenance contents and the equipment pictures to the background system;
the second background terminal is used for acquiring maintenance contents and equipment pictures before and after maintenance from the background system and providing the maintenance contents and the equipment pictures to an approval person so as to facilitate approval;
and the background system is also used for acquiring the frequency of the faults of each item of equipment, and taking the content as maintenance content if the frequency of the faults exceeds a preset value.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention discloses an equipment operation and maintenance system, which is used for maintenance and management of factory equipment. The operation and maintenance system of the equipment is further explained and explained in the following with the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus operation and maintenance system in an embodiment of the present invention. The equipment operation and maintenance system comprises: background system 10, first mobile terminal 20, second mobile terminal 30, third mobile terminal 40.
Specifically, the first mobile terminal 20 is configured to collect repair information of the device and report the repair information to the background system 10 when the device fails. The second mobile terminal 30 is used for receiving the repair information pushed by the backend system 10 and providing the repair information to the equipment management personnel so as to determine a repairman of the equipment. And the third mobile terminal 40 is configured to receive the work notification information pushed by the backend system 10, send a work prompt to a specified serviceman in response to the work notification information, and provide the repair information acquired from the backend system 10 to the specified serviceman.
In this embodiment of the application, the first mobile terminal 20, the second mobile terminal 30, and the third mobile terminal 40 may be a smart phone or a tablet computer, and an intelligent operating system, for example, an android system or an IOS system, may run on the smart phone or the tablet computer. The first mobile terminal 20 can be carried by the repair and leadership; the second mobile terminal 30 can be carried by a device manager; the third mobile terminal 40 may be carried around by a serviceman. The backend system 10 may be one server device or a distributed server composed of a plurality of server devices. It should be noted that there may be a plurality of maintenance personnel, and each maintenance personnel corresponds to one third mobile terminal 40.
When the equipment fails, the repair reception class uses the first mobile terminal 20 to collect repair information of the equipment and reports the repair information to the background system 10. The background system 10 pushes the repair information to the second mobile terminal 30, and the equipment manager obtains the repair information through the second mobile terminal 30, determines a maintainer of the equipment according to the repair information, and uploads the repair information to the background system 10. The back office system 10 pushes the job notification information to the corresponding third mobile terminal 40 to notify the specific serviceman. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an operation interface of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a first mobile terminal 20, a second mobile terminal 30, and a third mobile terminal 40. In each link of equipment maintenance, an operator can perform corresponding operation on the operation interface.
In the embodiment of the application, each flow node of the equipment operation and maintenance system is completed through the mobile terminal, so that the equipment operation and maintenance system is convenient, fast, time-saving, labor-saving and high in efficiency. The time of each process is recorded, so that the query is convenient. The manager can know the time spent in each link of the maintenance process through the back-office system 10.
In some embodiments, the third mobile terminal 40 is further configured to scan the two-dimensional code of the faulty device at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the maintenance personnel started to perform the maintenance on the device; the first mobile terminal 20 is further configured to scan the two-dimensional code of the faulty device when the device fault is found, so as to confirm that the maintenance process is started. The time node can be recorded by scanning the two-dimensional code, and specifically, the first mobile terminal 20 confirms the starting time node of the maintenance process by scanning the two-dimensional code of the faulty device; the third mobile terminal 40 confirms a time node at which a maintenance worker starts to perform maintenance on the device by scanning the two-dimensional code of the faulty device.
In some embodiments, the third mobile terminal 40 is further configured to obtain accessory information of a required accessory input by a serviceman and upload the accessory information to the backend system 10. When a serviceman desires an accessory, required accessory information may be input through the third mobile terminal 40 so as to obtain a corresponding accessory. During this process, the maintenance personnel can operate through the operation interface as shown in fig. 3.
In some embodiments, the backend system 10 is configured to send the accessory information to the second mobile terminal 30 for approval by the device management staff; the background system 10 is also used for judging whether the required accessories are stored in the inquiry warehouse or not after obtaining the approval so as to determine whether the accessories need to be purchased externally or not. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of an operation interface for the approval process on the second mobile terminal 30.
In some embodiments, the third mobile terminal 40 is further configured to obtain inventory information of the corresponding component from the background terminal in response to the component query request, so as to provide the inventory information to the serviceman. The maintenance person can obtain the spare part stock condition through the third mobile terminal 40 on the spot, and the empty running on the material taking way is avoided. The electronic material receiving sheet and the purchasing sheet are examined and approved by the mobile phone of the system, so that the time and the labor are saved, and the records can be inquired, thereby saving the time.
In some embodiments, the third mobile terminal 40 is further configured to receive service information entered by a service person after service; the maintenance information includes: equipment fault type, maintenance content, fault reason, and photo and video for preventing fault recurrence and maintenance effect; and uploaded to the background system 10; the background system 10 pushes the maintenance information to the first mobile terminal 20 for checking and accepting the repair and reception shift; the first mobile terminal 20 receives the acceptance opinions input by the repair and leadership and uploads the acceptance opinions to the background system 10 for storage. And the repair reception shifts receive the system information, sign the acceptance opinions after verifying the maintenance effect, namely, evaluate and submit the maintenance attitude, quality and efficiency, and the maintenance process is finished. The data information of the whole maintenance process is stored by the system and can be retrieved at any time. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an operation interface for inputting acceptance opinions on the first mobile terminal 20.
In some embodiments, the third mobile terminal 40 is further configured to receive outsource request information input by a maintenance person and reason information that outsource is needed, and upload the information to the backend system 10; the backend system 10 pushes the outsource request information and the reason information to the second mobile terminal 30 so as to facilitate the approval of the device management personnel. After the maintenance worker overhauls, the maintenance worker judges that the fault cannot be eliminated, can apply for external cooperation processing through the third mobile terminal 40, and uploads reason information, and the reason information can report characters, pictures and videos. Fig. 6 is a schematic view of an operation interface of the third mobile terminal 40 for uploading reason information.
In some embodiments, the repair information includes: fault content, equipment photos or process videos are used for reflecting the details of the equipment faults and can be referred by maintenance personnel and equipment management personnel.
In some embodiments, the backend system 10 is further configured to classify historical failure causes of equipment repairs; if the same type of fault occurs to the device for multiple times, the background system 10 pushes the fault reason to the third mobile terminal 40 for the maintenance staff when the fault is reported and repaired. The maintenance method can be obtained without spending a lot of time for searching the reason, and the time is saved. The fault can also be classified and preventative maintenance can be performed each year. And the occurrence of faults is reduced. The maintenance faults in the system mainly include five types of electric appliances, air pressure, machinery, hydraulic pressure and other reasons, and the major faults caused by the reasons, such as 'insufficient air source', 'mechanical abrasion', 'pressure gauge damage' and the like, can be automatically analyzed in the major faults.
In some embodiments, the equipment operation and maintenance system further comprises a display panel, and the display panel can be used for displaying the maintenance data of the equipment through the chart. The display panel may obtain data from the back office system 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, there are three situations that the equipment maintenance in the equipment operation and maintenance system can report, that is, "maintenance of accessories is needed", "maintenance of accessories is not needed", and "external cooperation application", and specific links are shown in the figure.
In this embodiment of the present application, the device operation and maintenance system further includes:
the first background terminal is used for acquiring maintenance contents input by a maintenance executor and equipment pictures before and after maintenance, and reporting the maintenance contents and the equipment pictures to the background system;
the second background terminal is used for acquiring maintenance contents and equipment pictures before and after maintenance from the background system and providing the maintenance contents and the equipment pictures to an approval person so as to facilitate approval;
and the background system is also used for acquiring the frequency of the faults of each item of equipment, and taking the content as maintenance content if the frequency of the faults exceeds a preset value.
The equipment operation and maintenance system specifically comprises: the system comprises an equipment point inspection system, an equipment secondary maintenance system and an equipment tertiary maintenance system; the equipment spot inspection system is used for daily maintenance; the equipment secondary maintenance system is used for monthly maintenance; the equipment three-level maintenance system is used for annual maintenance; the background system can prompt the maintenance time on a preset date through the mobile terminal. The approver can be a leader class or a supervisor; according to the selection of the approver, the frequency of the faults of each item of equipment can be counted regularly, and if a certain fault occurs frequently, namely the frequency of the fault exceeds a threshold value, the content is taken as the maintenance content.

Claims (10)
1. An equipment operation and maintenance system, comprising:
a background system;
the first mobile terminal is used for collecting repair information of the equipment and reporting the repair information to the background system when the equipment fails;
the second mobile terminal is used for receiving the repair information pushed by the background system and providing the repair information to the equipment management personnel so as to determine a maintainer of the equipment;
and the third mobile terminal is used for receiving the work notification information pushed by the background system, responding to the work notification information, sending a work prompt to a designated maintainer, and providing the repair information acquired from the background system to the designated maintainer.
2. The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the third mobile terminal is further configured to scan a two-dimensional code of a faulty equipment at the beginning of maintenance to confirm that a maintenance person starts to maintain the equipment;
the first mobile terminal is further used for scanning the two-dimensional code of the fault equipment when the equipment fault is found so as to confirm the starting of the maintenance process.
3. The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the third mobile terminal is further configured to obtain accessory information of a required accessory input by a serviceman and upload the accessory information to the backend system.
4. The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 3, wherein the background system is configured to send the accessory information to a second mobile terminal so that an equipment manager can examine and approve the accessory information;
the background system is also used for judging whether the required accessories are stored in the inquiry warehouse or not after obtaining the approval so as to determine whether the accessories need to be purchased externally or not.

The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 4, wherein the third mobile terminal is further configured to obtain inventory information of corresponding parts from the background terminal in response to the part query request, so as to provide the inventory information to the serviceman.

The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the third mobile terminal is further configured to receive maintenance information entered by a maintenance person after maintenance; the maintenance information includes: equipment fault type, maintenance content, fault reason, and photo and video for preventing fault recurrence and maintenance effect; and uploading to a background system; the background system pushes the maintenance information to the first mobile terminal so as to be checked and accepted by the repair and lead class; and the first mobile terminal receives the acceptance opinions input by the repair and leadership and uploads the acceptance opinions to a background system for storage.

The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the third mobile terminal is further configured to receive outsource request information input by a maintenance worker and reason information for the need of outsource, and upload the outsource request information and the reason information to the backend system; and the background system pushes the outsource request information and the reason information to a second mobile terminal so as to facilitate the approval of equipment management personnel.
8. The device operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the repair information comprises: fault content, device photos or process video.
9. The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the background system is further configured to classify historical failure causes of equipment repair; if the same type of fault occurs to the equipment for multiple times, the background system pushes the fault reason to the third mobile terminal when the fault is reported and repaired, so as to provide the fault reason for a maintainer.
10. The equipment operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, further comprising:
