Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,该防锈油按重量份包含以下组分:缓蚀剂0.2~1份,防锈剂17~26份,抗氧化剂0.1~1份,成膜剂1~3份,分散剂2~8份,基础油30~50份,环保溶剂油20~50份;所述防锈剂包括羊毛脂金属皂和石油磺酸盐。本发明在不含钡等重金属元素的情况下,对球墨铸铁件的抗盐雾性能、抗湿热性能及水置换性能均达到含钡防锈油的防锈效果,能满足长期海运防锈要求,有利于海洋运输;且由于不含钡等重金属元素,因此应用范围更广,利于出口。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防锈油,尤其涉及一种环保型球墨铸铁防锈油。
背景技术
球墨铸铁是20世纪五十年代发展起来的一种高强度铸铁材料,其综合性能接近于钢,所谓“以铁代钢”,主要指球墨铸铁。正是基于其优异的性能,已成功地用于铸造一些受力复杂,强度、韧性、耐磨性要求较高的零件,迅速发展为仅次于灰铸铁的应用十分广泛的铸铁材料。
球墨铸铁属于铸铁一类,铸铁是含碳量大于2.11%的铁碳合金,由工业生铁、废钢等钢铁及其合金材料经过高温熔融和铸造成型而得到,除Fe外,还含有其它成分。铸铁中的碳以石墨形态析出,若析出的石墨呈条片状时的铸铁叫灰口铸铁或灰铸铁,呈蠕虫状时的铸铁叫蠕墨铸铁,呈团絮状时的铸铁叫可锻铸铁或马铁,而呈球状时的铸铁就叫球墨铸铁。球墨铸铁除铁外的化学成分通常为:含碳量3.0~4.0%,含硅量1.8~3.2%,含锰、磷、硫总量不超过3.0%和适量的稀土、镁等球化元素。
由于球墨铸铁件的含碳量较高且属于疏松多孔的非均匀性金相组织,极易在盐雾、潮湿环境例如沿海地区、海运途中等产生电化学等腐蚀,而且腐蚀速度极快。由于常规防锈产品无法渗透到晶间置换水分并形成有效的保护层,导致工件易从内部锈蚀,因此急需一款具有良好渗透性以及水置换性能的防锈产品能为球墨铸铁工件提供有效的防护。
目前常见的铸铁防锈油大都是以含钡防锈剂类为主剂,辅以其他助剂与基础油调和而成。按试验数据统计后得知,不含钡类防锈油的防锈效果在相同试验条件下不如含钡类防锈剂(如石油磺酸钡,二壬基萘磺酸钡等)的防锈性能优异,但是钡属于重金属,其化合物会对人体产生危害,严重时可致人死亡。常规防锈油中所用的油溶性钡类防锈剂本身虽然是无毒的有机化合物,但是当它散落在自然界中会分解为可溶性钡盐,从而生成有毒物质,对人体及环境都有严重的危害。
专利CN103992842公开了一种汽车铸铁发动机工件用速干型喷淋防锈油,该发明为快干型防锈油,但其组份中含有钡类缓蚀剂;专利CN102977731公开了一种汽车铸铁发动机工件用速干型防锈油及制备方法,该发明为快干型防锈油,但其组分中同样含有钡类缓蚀剂;专利CN104531299公开了一种环保型长效铸铁件防锈油组合物,其组分中虽不含钡盐,但是根据其公布的原料组分可知,该发明在实际使用中水置换性能较差,不利于在球墨铸铁晶间间隙中脱水及形成有效的保护膜。
目前球墨铸铁件防锈油存在以下几个方面的问题:配方中通常含有被欧盟限制的钡类防锈剂,不利于出口到欧盟和美洲国家;对球墨铸铁件防锈性差,防锈时间短,抗湿热性能及抗盐雾性能达不到长期海运的防锈要求;防锈油体系不稳定,长期存放,易沉淀;水置换性能一般,不能有效深入到工件晶体间隙中,置换出水分并形成有效保护膜。因此环保无钡盐的水置换型球墨铸件防锈油是发展的趋势。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种在不含钡盐的情况下仍具有良好渗透性、水置换性及长效防锈的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油。
技术方案:本发明的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,按重量份包含以下组分:缓蚀剂0.2~1份,防锈剂17~26份,抗氧化剂0.1~1份,成膜剂1~3份,分散剂2~8份,基础油30~50份,环保溶剂油20~50份;所述防锈剂包括羊毛脂金属皂和石油磺酸盐。
优选地,所述羊毛脂金属皂与石油磺酸盐的质量比为1~3:6~13;羊毛脂金属皂具有良好附着性和优异的抗潮湿性能,羊毛脂金属皂与磺酸盐复合使用后,由于协同效应,可得到优异的防锈性。优选地,所述羊毛脂金属皂包括羊毛脂镁皂和/或磺化羊毛脂钙皂。
优选地,所述防锈剂还包括磺化羊毛脂钙皂、环烷酸锌、N-油酰肌氨酸十八铵盐、烯基丁二酸、低碱值磺酸钙、二壬基萘磺酸钙、石油磺酸钠中的至少一种。烯基丁二酸为基碳数在12~20的直链烯基丁二酸,二壬基萘磺酸钙为中性。
优选地,所述成膜剂为VCI气相缓蚀剂、甲酚醛树脂、聚丙烯酸树脂、辛基酚甲醛树脂、线性酚醛树脂、叔丁基酚醛树脂、聚异丁烯树脂中的至少一种。更优选为优选VCI颗粒、叔丁基酚醛树脂、聚异丁烯树脂;其中,VCI颗粒是美国CORTEC(康特)公司产品。
优选地,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑、十二烷基苯并三氮唑中的一种或两种的混合物。上述缓蚀剂作为一类含氮杂环化合物,分子结构比较紧凑,分子中杂原子的孤对电子与金属作用发生化学吸附,在金属表面形成致密的钝化膜,该钝化膜能够起到隔离金属和阻止酸性产物腐蚀金属的作用。
优选地,所述分散剂为长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种混合物。上述分散剂可使防锈油在应用过程中有效分散,并具有一定的成膜性,同时可使后续的清洗工艺容易进行,减少清洗剂的消耗,提高清洗效果;其中,硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺和高碱值合成磺酸钙同时使用可起到协同作用,使防锈油性能更优,两者的比例范围优选为1~5:1~5。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为对苯二酚、2,6-二(叔丁基-d9)-4-甲基(苯酚-3,5-d2)、(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲氧基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或两种混合物。本发明的抗氧化剂能与油中自动氧化过程中生成的活性自由基和过氧化物发生反应,形成稳定的化合物,从而消耗油中生成的自由基,阻止防锈油的自身氧化。更优选苯二酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚作为抗氧化剂。
优选地,所述基础油为聚α-烯烃或Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类基础油中的任意一种或任意几种混合物。其中,聚α-烯烃为40℃运动粘度在5~20CST的聚α-烯烃;经试验数据统计分析,基础油中的饱和烃组分对双羧酸型和羧酸半酯型防锈剂的防锈性能均存在抑制作用,优选40℃运动粘度在5~20mm2/s的Ⅰ类环烷基基础油。
优选地,所述环保溶剂油优选异构烷烃、脱芳烃溶剂油中的一种或两种的混合物。其中,脱芳烃溶剂油为40℃运动粘度在0.5~4mm2/s的脱芳烃溶剂油。为了获得更好的油品安定性、安全性及置换性,更优选异构烷烃作为溶剂油。
本发明的防锈剂以胶束状态分散在基础油中,通过化学作用抑制晶间阴极和阳极反应起到缓蚀及防锈作用;防锈剂的极性基团与金属表面形成牢固、紧密排列的吸附膜,隔离与环境大气的接触发挥缓蚀和防锈作用;本发明的基础油分子穿插排列于极性分子之间的空隙处,形成一种混合多分子层的保护膜,在油中捕集、分散油中水分和酸性等极性物质,将其包溶于胶束或胶团中,并能够置换金属表面的水膜或水滴,从而防止空气中氧气、水分及腐蚀物质等对金属表面的侵蚀发挥缓蚀和防锈作用。
制备上述环保型球墨铸铁防锈油的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将成膜剂加入基础油中,经加热后溶解得混合物A;
(2)将混合物A降温并维持温度在40-80℃,加入缓蚀剂、防锈剂、分散剂、抗氧剂,搅拌溶解至反应完全,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B降温至5~40℃,加入环保溶剂油,搅拌后过滤制得所述环保型球墨铸铁防锈油。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,取得如下显著效果:1、在不含钡等重金属元素的情况下,对球墨铸铁件的抗盐雾性能、抗湿热性能及水置换性能均达到含钡防锈油的防锈效果,能满足长期海运防锈要求,有利于海洋运输;2、性能稳定,长期放置不易形成沉淀;3、渗透能力及水置换性能强,可以快速的渗透到球墨铸铁件的各个部位,置换出晶间水分并形成化学性质稳定的吸附膜,有效保护工件内部不被腐蚀;4、由于不含钡等重金属元素,因此应用范围更广,且利于出口,如可出口至限制钡等重金属元素的国家,例如,不受《欧盟EN71-3重金属检测标准及限值》及欧盟REACH法规限制,可出口至欧盟等国。5、制备方法简单,成本低,适于大规模应用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
苯并三氮唑1份,羊毛脂镁皂0.5份,磺化羊毛脂钙皂0.5份,环烷酸锌9份,N-油酰肌氨酸十八铵盐2份,十二烯基丁二酸1份,中性二壬基萘磺酸钙10份,石油磺酸钠3份,VCI颗粒3份,对苯二酚1份,长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙5份,硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺3份,60N环烷基基础油50份,异构烷烃溶剂油50份。
制备上述环保型球墨铸铁防锈油的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将本方案所涉及的成膜剂加入基础油中,升温至120℃,搅拌溶解;
(2)将上述步骤所得混合物降温并维持温度在60~70℃,依次加入本方案所涉及的缓蚀剂、防锈剂、分散剂、抗氧剂,搅拌溶解至反应完全;
(3)将上述步骤所得混合物降温至20~30℃,加入环保溶剂油,搅拌均匀;
(4)将上述步骤所得混合物经5μm过滤介质过滤后即得成品油。
实施例2
十二烷基苯并三氮唑0.2份,羊毛脂镁皂2份,环烷酸锌1份,N-油酰肌氨酸十八铵盐2份,十二烯基丁二酸半酯1份,中性二壬基萘磺酸钙3份,、聚异丁烯树脂0.5份,叔丁基酚醛树脂1.5份,石油磺酸钠3份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.1份,长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙5份,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺1.5份,60N环烷基基础油34.5份,异构烷烃溶剂油37.2份。
实施例3
苯并三氮唑0.3份,磺化羊毛脂钙皂2份,环烷酸锌1.5份,N-油酰肌氨酸十八铵盐2份,十六烯基丁二酸1份,中性二壬基萘磺酸钙10份,石油磺酸钠3份,VCI颗粒1.0份,叔丁基酚醛树脂0.5份,2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚0.2份,硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺5份,70N环烷基基础油33份,异构烷烃溶剂油40.2份。

在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1不同的是,分散剂为硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺1份、高碱值合成磺酸钙1份。
实施例9
在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1不同的是,成膜剂为VCI 1份、叔丁基酚醛树脂2份。
对比例1
在实施例6的基础上,与实施例6不同的是,防锈剂为羊毛脂镁皂2份,磺化羊毛脂钙皂3份。
对比例2
在实施例6的基础上,与实施例6不同的是,防锈剂为中性二壬基萘磺酸钙2份,石油磺酸钠3份。
对比例3
在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1不同的是,防锈剂为羊毛脂镁皂1份,磺化羊毛脂钙皂1份。

在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1不同的是,防锈剂为中性二壬基萘磺酸钙11份,石油磺酸钠3份。

对上述各实施例、各对比例及日本规格同类产品、长城规格同类产品进行相同条件下的几种性能测试,结果如表1~3所示。

由表1、2的试验结果可以看出,本发明的环保型不含钡盐的水置换型球墨铸铁件防锈油,不含钡元素,符合《欧盟EN71-3重金属检测标准及限值》及REACH限制,有利于通过欧盟进口环保审查;对球墨铸铁件的抗盐雾性能及抗湿热试验均达到国内含钡防锈油的防锈效果,并且水置换性能良好,同时对铜、铝、锌也有一定的缓蚀性能。
由表2可知,实施例6的性能明显优于对比例3、4,说明了本发明的羊毛脂金属皂与磺酸盐具有协同作用;由实施例6与对比例1、2可知,当羊毛脂金属皂与磺酸盐的份数分别为本发明范围内时,运动粘度、盐雾试验、湿热试验效果均较优。
由表2可知,实施例7的性能明显优于实施例3、5,说明了本发明的硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺及高碱值合成磺酸钙两者共同使用,性能更优;由实施例7及对比例5、6可知,当硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺及高碱值合成磺酸钙的质量比在本发明范围之内时,运动粘度、盐雾试验、湿热试验等效果均较优。
由表1、2中实施例1、3、5、8的数据可知,本发明的VCI颗粒与叔丁基酚醛树脂共同使用,效果更优;且当VCI颗粒与叔丁基酚醛树脂的质量分别在1~2:1~2时,运动粘度、盐雾试验、湿热试验等效果更好。
由表1、3中实施例1及对比例7的数据可知,使用本发明的成膜剂与本发明的其他组分复配,在运动粘度、盐雾试验、湿热试验等效果均较优。
由表1、3中实施例1及对比例8的数据可知,使用现有技术中的其他环保溶剂油,如D40脱芳烃溶剂油,有轻微异味且闪点较低,安全性及其他性能达不到本发明预期的效果。
综上可知,本发明的各组分之间相互配合,使得对球墨铸铁件的抗盐雾性能及抗湿热试验均达到了含钡防锈油的防锈效果,能满足长期海运防锈要求,有利于海洋运输。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,按重量份包含以下组分:缓蚀剂0.2~1份,防锈剂17~26份,抗氧化剂0.1~1份,成膜剂1~3份,分散剂2~8份,基础油30~50份,环保溶剂油20~50份;所述防锈剂包括羊毛脂金属皂和石油磺酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述羊毛脂金属皂与石油磺酸盐的质量比为1~3:6~13。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述羊毛脂金属皂包括羊毛脂镁皂和/或磺化羊毛脂钙皂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂还包括环烷酸锌、N-油酰肌氨酸十八铵盐、烯基丁二酸、低碱值磺酸钙、二壬基萘磺酸钙、石油磺酸钠中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为VCI气相缓蚀剂、甲酚醛树脂、聚丙烯酸树脂、辛基酚甲醛树脂、线性酚醛树脂、叔丁基酚醛树脂、聚异丁烯树脂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑和/或十二烷基苯并三氮唑。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述分散剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯单丁二酰亚胺中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为对苯二酚、2,6-二(叔丁基-d9)-4-甲基(苯酚-3,5-d2)、(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲氧基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述基础油为聚α-烯烃或Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类基础油中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的环保型球墨铸铁防锈油,其特征在于,所述环保溶剂油为异构烷烃和/或脱芳烃溶剂油。
