Abstract
The invention discloses a packaging bag bundling method, which comprises the following steps: (1) placing a stack of packaging bags on a strapping machine, covering a belt groove of the strapping machine with one part of the packaging bags, and then strapping the packaging bags by the strapping machine; (2) and (3) moving or rotating the packaging bag bundled in the step (1) to enable the other part of the packaging bag to cover the belt groove of the belt bundling machine, and then bundling the packaging bag by the belt bundling machine again. The invention can bundle different parts of the packaging bag more than twice, and compared with the one-time bundling in the prior art, the bundling is more compact and is not easy to scatter. Especially, the two ends which are easy to be turned upwards and scattered are bound, and the effect is best. The packaging bags bundled by the method of the invention are convenient for subsequent stacking, packaging and transportation.

Background
The packaging bag is seen everywhere in our life, and the existing packaging bag production flow comprises the steps of printing patterns on a thin film to obtain a packaging bag printing film, then placing the coiled packaging bag printing film on a bag making machine, and unreeling to process the packaging bag.

Preferably, in the step (2), the packaging bag bundled in the step (1) is moved back and forth so that the other part of the packaging bag covers the belt groove of the belt bundling machine, and then the belt bundling machine bundles the packaging bag again.
As a preferable technical scheme, in the step (1), a stack of packaging bags are placed on a banding machine, one end of each packaging bag covers a belt groove of the banding machine, and then the banding machine bands the packaging bags; in the step (2), the packaging bag bundled in the step (1) moves back and forth, so that the other end part of the packaging bag covers the belt groove of the belt bundling machine, and then the belt bundling machine is used for bundling the packaging bag again.
In the step (2), the packaging bag bundled in the step (1) is preferably rotated by 90 degrees to cover the other part of the packaging bag with the belt groove of the belt bundling machine, and then the belt bundling machine bundles the packaging bag again.
Preferably, in the step (2), the packaging bag bundled in the step (1) is moved back and forth to a steering mechanism, the packaging bag is rotated by 90 degrees by the steering mechanism, then the packaging bag is moved back and forth to a bundling machine, the other part of the packaging bag is covered with a belt groove of the bundling machine, and then the bundling machine is used for bundling the packaging bag again.

In addition, the packaging bag bundling method can be used for marking and distinguishing the stacks containing defective packaging bags, so that the stacks containing defective packaging bags can be conveniently identified or screened in the subsequent process: the stack containing the defective packaging bags is bundled at one time by adopting the prior art; the method of the invention is adopted to bundle the piles which do not contain defective packaging bags more than twice. Of course, the reverse could also be used: the stack which does not contain defective packaging bags is bundled at one time by adopting the prior art; the method of the invention is adopted to bundle the piles containing defective packaging bags more than twice.

(2) and (3) moving or rotating the packaging bag bundled in the step (1) to enable the other part of the packaging bag to cover the belt groove of the belt bundling machine, and then bundling the packaging bag by the belt bundling machine again.
The packaging bag is firstly bundled in the step (1), different parts of the packaging bag are secondly bundled in the step (2), and the step (2) can be repeated according to factors such as the size type, the stacking height and the actual production requirement of the packaging bag, so that the different parts of the packaging bag are thirdly bundled, fourthly bundled or more bundled.

As shown in fig. 4, the two bundling steps of step (1) and step (2), especially the bundling at the two ends which are easy to be tilted upward and scattered, have the technical effects of bundling tightly and avoiding scattering.
The front-back direction in the present invention means a horizontal direction perpendicular to the belt groove 2 of the belt binding machine 1. In the step (2), the packaging bag can move back and forth in various modes such as conveying by a conveying belt, pushing by a push plate or clamping movement by a clamping device, and the packaging bag in the figure can move back and forth by the conveying belt.

As shown in fig. 1, 5-7, a method for binding packing bags comprises the following steps:
(1) placing a stack of packaging bags 3 on a banding machine 1, covering a part (preferably the middle part of the long edge of the packaging bag) of the banding machine 1 with a belt groove 2 of the banding machine 3, and then banding the packaging bags 3 by the banding machine 1, as shown in fig. 5;
(2) the packaging bag 3 bundled in the step (1) is rotated by 90 degrees, so that the other part (preferably the middle part of the short side of the packaging bag) of the packaging bag 3 covers the belt groove 2 of the belt bundling machine 1, and then the belt bundling machine 1 bundles the packaging bag 3 again, as shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 7, through the twice bundling in the step (1) and the step (2), a cross-shaped bundle is formed, which has the technical effects of bundling tightly and avoiding scattering.
In the step (2), the specific mode of rotating the packaging bag by 90 degrees can be that the packaging bag is rotated in situ by the steering mechanism, and certainly, the packaging bag can be moved to the steering mechanism in a front-back mode in consideration of the convenience of the arrangement of the device, the packaging bag is rotated by 90 degrees by the steering mechanism, and then the packaging bag is moved to the bundling machine in a front-back mode.
