Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a method for leveling an interior bottom plate of a cab.
Background
On the basis of a traditional fuel vehicle cab, a new flat-bottom-plate cab is formed by reforming, leveling and re-welding, so that when a new generation of electric vehicle cab is researched and developed, the step of leveling an interior decorative bottom plate of the cab according to a common method is achieved: firstly, preparing materials such as iron sheets, wood plates, rubber pads and the like; then, cutting the cab interior decorative bottom plate according to the size and the shape of the cab interior decorative bottom plate; finally, they are fixed to the cab floor body by welding or riveting or adhesive.
When the existing cab is used for modeling and modifying design, the design is influenced by the original vehicle cab, the research and development cost and the research and development period, the design cannot be realized by developing a set of brand-new die, and only the design is realized by means of the existing cab white body, but the effect of leveling the cab interior decorative bottom plate is not ideal due to the fact that a plurality of reinforcing ribs and concave-convex structures exist in the sheet metal part in the existing cab white body, and the trial-manufacturing effect of the product is influenced. In addition, the preparation process and assembly process are also cumbersome when assembling other materials. Further, these materials are somewhat insufficient in corrosion resistance, shock absorption, hardness, resilience and the like.
When the model development research of the cab of the commercial vehicle is carried out, particularly the research development of the concept display vehicle, the number of the development vehicles is only one or two, and the development period is only one year or several months; therefore, the cab components cannot be realized by all molds, and the realization of a completely new cab model through modification based on the original components is still the main means of the automobile company. On the basis of meeting the functional requirements, the pursuit of the optimal modeling effect and the user experience are the ultimate targets of the concept exhibition vehicle. However, leveling the cab floor by conventional materials and manual methods often has several drawbacks:
(1) the traditional method for leveling the cab bottom plate by using traditional materials (iron sheet, wood plate and rubber pad) has poor adaptability and assembly property with the irregular complex bottom plate;
(2) the traditional material only has a certain specific physical property and has poor comprehensive properties (hardness, high and low temperature resistance, electric insulation, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, shock absorption and weather resistance);
(3) the processing procedures are various, and the leveling effect and the user experience are not ideal.

In the above technical scheme, in the step 3), the bi-component liquid silica gel is formed by mixing a component A and a component B; the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 32-42% of dimethyl siloxane, 34-38% of silicon dioxide powder and 24-30% of polydimethylsiloxane; the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-35% of methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil and 65-75% of vinyl-terminated dimethyl.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step 3), the two-component liquid silica gel is prepared by mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio of 1: 1; the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 37% of dimethyl siloxane, 36% of silicon dioxide powder and 27% of polydimethylsiloxane; the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30% of methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil and 70% of vinyl-terminated dimethyl.
In the technical scheme, in the step 3), 3-6 drops of vinyl silicone oil are added in the stirring process of the two-component liquid silica gel.
In the above technical scheme, in the step 4), the coating height of the two-component liquid silicone rubber is flush with the most protruded part on the cab bottom plate.
In the technical scheme, in the step 5), the curing temperature of the bi-component liquid silica gel is 25-35 ℃, and the curing time is 8-12 h.
