The dissolved oxygen concentration can be effectively improved by releasing oxygen through photosynthesis, biological and non-biological suspended substances in the water body can be promoted to precipitate, and the resuspension of sediment sediments in the water body is inhibited, so that the transparency of the water body is effectively improved. At present, submerged plants are increasingly applied to ecological restoration treatment of riverway water environment, however, in some torrent rivers, because the flow velocity of water flow is high, the seedling roots of the currently common submerged plants for throwing or transplanting seeds are difficult to stably prick roots and are washed away by the water flow, so that the survival rate is low, the survival rate of the submerged plants needs to be improved by repeated planting, and the planting cost is greatly improved. In addition, in some river channels affected by tide, the water level rises and falls rapidly, the instantaneous flow rate is large, and the submerged plants are difficult to root and stabilize by the traditional throwing method. In addition, even if the submerged plant is thrown to make the root prick, the biomass is small at the initial stage of root prick, and the submerged plant is easily prey on herbivorous fishes. Therefore, there is a need to invent a device and a method for fixing and planting submerged plants in torrent type rivers, which can help the submerged plants to take root, prevent prey in the early growth stage and ensure the survival rate.

The invention aims to solve the defect that seedling roots of a submerged plant thrown or inserted by the prior art are difficult to stably prick and are washed away by water flow, so that the survival rate is low, and provides a torrent type river submerged plant solid planting device and a solid planting method.

The fixed wedge is characterized in that one end of the fixed wedge 1 is provided with a tip end, the fixed wedge 1 is of a hollow structure, and the fixed wedge 1 is provided with a fixed hole 2. The fixing claws 10 are made of metal, the fixing claws 10 can fix the solid planting net cage 8 on a riverbed and are matched with the fixing wedges 1, so that the solid planting net cage 8 is more stable in water.

After the data are processed, the experimental results as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7 are obtained.
The fixed planting net cage 8 can be fixed on a riverbed through the fixing wedges 1 and the fixing claws 10, the fixed planting net cage 8 can prevent herbivorous fishes from preying on the seedlings of the submerged plants 5 and protect the seedlings of the submerged plants 5, and meanwhile, the roots of the submerged plants 5 can gradually grow into bottom mud of a riverway along with the growth process of the submerged plants 5, so that the success rate of fixing and survival of the submerged plants 5 in torrent rivers can be effectively improved, and the fixed planting net cage is suitable for being used in the water body repairing process of the torrent rivers.
