Abstract
本发明提供了一种椭圆对开密闭阀,包括阀座和阀板,阀板整体为椭圆形并倾斜设于截面为圆形的阀座内,阀板为左右两块并分别由固定在阀座上的两个启闭机构控制转动;两阀板之间设有中框,中框两端固定在阀座内壁上,阀座内壁设有一圈椭圆形外框,中框和外框靠近阀板的一侧设有容纳槽,该容纳槽内设有密封条,该椭圆对开密闭阀关闭状态时阀板紧贴密封条。本发明将阀板分成两块,阀门打开周长小,有效提高阀门启闭的稳定性和灵敏性,并且阀门体积小、方便运输,阀板为椭圆形、斜向设于阀座中,并且阀门采用面硬密封和软密封共同作用,达到不大于0.3%的泄漏量,大大降低了漏风率,有效降低有害物质泄漏及热量损失,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其是指一种椭圆对开密闭阀。
背景技术
在水泥、冶金、化工等领域需要对高温流体介质进行远程控制和切断。这些管道大部分是大口径管道(DN200~DN450cm),阀门结构一般采用圆形蝶阀或者百叶阀进行密封,圆形蝶阀通常为一块整板,结构简单,重量和体积都较大、阀门打开周长较大,因此其启闭速度慢、运输不便,且阀板由于为转动关闭,其与阀座之间缝隙大,使得圆形蝶阀的泄漏率较高,一般可达5%以上;相比于圆形蝶阀,百叶阀具有重量轻、动作灵敏、流阻小等优点,并且由于采用阀板与阀板相互搭接,其泄漏率可降至3%。但传统百叶阀仍安装在管道的直径方向,使阀板与介质流向垂直,烟气中的颗粒物容易堆积在阀板表面,使开阀困难或卡死,并且其阀板和阀座之间的缝隙依旧较大、泄漏率较高,导致密封效果不佳,造成烟气泄漏,废气回收利用率低、污染环境较大。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明目的在于提供一种椭圆对开密闭阀,具有启闭稳定灵敏、漏风率低(泄漏量不大于0.3%)、阀门打开周长体积小、运输方便的优点。为实现上述之目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:

一种椭圆对开密闭阀,包括阀座和阀板,所述阀板整体为椭圆形并倾斜设于截面为圆形的阀座内,所述阀板为左右两块并分别由固定在阀座上的两个启闭机构控制转动;两所述阀板之间设有中框,所述中框两端固定在所述阀座内壁上,所述阀座内壁设有一圈椭圆形外框,所述中框和外框靠近所述阀板的一侧设有容纳槽,该容纳槽内设有密封条,所述椭圆对开密闭阀关闭状态时所述阀板紧贴所述密封条。
进一步,所述启闭机构包括电机、第一摇柄、驱动杆、第二摇柄、转轴、第一铰接块、连接杆、第二铰接块、第三铰接块,所述电机、第一摇柄、驱动杆、第二摇柄位于所述阀座外部,所述电机输出轴与第一摇柄一端固定连接,所述第一摇柄另一端与所述驱动杆一端可转动式连接,所述驱动杆另一端与所述第二摇柄一端可转动式连接,所述第二摇柄另一端与所述转轴一端可转动式连接,所述转轴另一端穿过所述阀座后可转动式固定在所述阀座另一侧;所述第一铰接块和第三铰接块可转动式套设在该转轴位于所述阀座内的部分,所述第一铰接块的另一端与所述连接杆的中部可转动式连接、所述第三铰接块的另一端与所述第二铰接块的一端可转动式连接,所述第二铰接块的另一端与所述连接杆的一端可转动式连接,所述连接杆的另一端固定在所述阀板侧壁上。
进一步,所述转轴中部可转动式固定在固定杆一端,所述固定杆另一端固定在所述阀座内壁上。
进一步,所述启闭机构还设置有启闭手轮,该启闭手轮通过齿轮组与所述第一摇柄相连。
进一步,所述容纳槽由设于所述中框和外框表面的两夹紧块形成,所述密封条嵌于两夹紧块之间并由螺钉锁紧。
进一步,所述中框为三棱柱形,该中框的其中一个侧面和所述阀板相平行。
进一步,所述密封条为陶瓷纤维密封条。
进一步,所述外框通过焊接固定在所述阀座内壁,所述中框通过焊接固定在所述外框上。
(三)有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言:
1、阀板分成两块,相对于一整块阀板,阀门打开周长小,提高了阀门启闭的稳定和灵敏性,并且阀门体积小,方便运输,适用于大口径(DN≥200cm)和特大口径(DN≥450cm)管道;
2、阀板为椭圆形、斜向设于阀座中,避免烟气中的颗粒物堆积在阀板表面而使开阀困难或卡死;
3、阀座内设有中框和外框,二者通过密封条和阀板相配合形成面硬密封和软密封,使泄漏量不大于0.3%,大大降低了漏风率,有效降低有害物质泄漏及热量损失,节能环保;
4、中框为三棱柱形,迎风面为棱边,有利于降低风阻,提高通过率;
5、密封条采用陶瓷纤维材料制成,具有极佳的耐高温性,并且密封条由螺钉锁紧在容纳槽内,固定牢靠且便于更换;
6、启闭机构通过多环铰接的结构与阀板相连,实现阀门的启闭,结构简单,便于维护。

请参阅图1至图6所示,一种椭圆对开密闭阀,包括阀座1和阀板2,所述阀板2整体为椭圆形并倾斜设于截面为圆形的阀座1内,所述阀板2为左右两块并分别由固定在阀座1上的两个启闭机构3控制转动;两所述阀板2之间设有中框4,所述中框4两端固定在所述阀座1内壁上,所述阀座1内壁设有一圈椭圆形外框8,所述中框4和外框8靠近所述阀板2的一侧设有容纳槽5,该容纳槽5内设有密封条6,所述椭圆对开阀关闭状态时所述阀板2紧贴所述密封条6。

如图3,为使阀板2转动更加稳定,所述转轴305中部可转动式固定在固定杆9一端,所述固定杆9另一端固定在所述阀座1内壁上。
如图2,所述启闭机构3还设置有启闭手轮310,该启闭手轮310通过齿轮组与所述第一摇柄302相连,防止电机301发生故障或者电力系统故障而导致阀门无法启闭。
如图4和图5,所述容纳槽5由设于所述中框4和外框8表面的两夹紧块形成,所述密封条6嵌于两夹紧块之间并由螺钉7锁紧,如此可保证中框4和外框8结构的完整性,并使密封条6固定的更加牢固。
如图4,所述中框4为三棱柱形,该中框4的其中一个侧面和所述阀板2相平行,使中框4的棱边朝向迎风面,降低风阻,提高通过率。
由于烟气道里的温度最高能达450℃,传统的橡胶密封条已不再适用,因此密封条6为陶瓷纤维密封条,具有绝热性能好、热稳定性好等优点。
为保证结构稳定性,所述外框8通过焊接固定在所述阀座1内壁,所述中框4通过焊接固定在所述外框8上。
本发明的原理是:阀门关闭状态下,阀板2紧贴密封条6,通过面硬密封和软密封保证了阀门的密封性,使漏风率低至0.3%;阀门开启时,电机301带动第一摇柄302进行转动,第一摇柄302通过驱动杆303使第二摇柄304同步转动,第二摇柄304带动转轴305同步转动,转轴305带动第一铰接块306转动,第一铰接块306通过连接杆307使阀板2转动;此时由于阀板2一侧紧贴于密封条6,阀板2首先以与密封条6接触的地方为圆心转动,随后在第一铰接块306、连接杆307、第二铰接块308、第三铰接块309的相互作用下向阀座1中心移动,直到阀板2离开密封条6表面,此时阀板2由于转动无阻力,便可以转轴305为旋转中心转动,完成阀门的开启;关阀则反之。
本发明的设计要点在于将阀板分成两块,提高阀门启闭的稳定和灵敏性、阀门打开周长体积小、方便运输,阀板为椭圆形、斜向设于阀座中,并且阀门采用面密封和软密封,大大降低了漏风率,有效降低有害物质泄漏及热量损失,节能环保。
