Abstract

The material comprises the following components, by weight, 11-14 parts of polypropylene A, 51-68 parts of polypropylene B, 6-8 parts of polypropylene C, 1.5-2.8 parts of a flame retardant, 1.1-2.9 parts of a hydrophilic agent, 1.1-4.6 parts of talcum powder, 0.01-0.03 part of an antioxidant, 1.1-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.8 part of black powder, 0.1-0.7 part of titanium yellow and 0.1-1.5 parts of buprenorphine.
The material comprises, by weight, 13.98 parts of polypropylene A, 66 parts of polypropylene B, 8.5 parts of polypropylene C, 1.5 parts of a flame retardant, 2 parts of a hydrophilic agent, 3 parts of talcum powder, 0.02 part of an antioxidant, 3.2 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.5 part of black powder, 0.7 part of titanium yellow and 0.6 part of iron coffee.
The type of the polypropylene A is PP150 powder; the model of the polypropylene B is PPH 1500; the model of the polypropylene C is PP 8025; the type of the flame retardant is HSF 918; the type of the hydrophilic agent is RL 105; the type of the antioxidant is 1010; the type of the titanium dioxide is R69; the type of the black powder is 660R; the type of the titanium yellow is K2001; the iron coffee is 130.
The flame retardant consists of 1-5 parts of urea, 2-3 parts of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and 1-5 parts of borax by weight.
The antioxidant is pentaerythritol ester, 2' -methylene-bis, diethylene glycol bis or triethylene glycol bis beta- (3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate or hexanediol bis [3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ].
A method for preparing an easy-to-clean polypropylene material, which comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing a material A: preparing a container A, adding polypropylene A, a flame retardant, talcum powder and titanium dioxide into the container A, stirring and mixing the materials by a stirring device, wherein the rotating speed of the stirring device is 100 revolutions per second, the stirring time is 3 minutes, then placing the container A on a heating device, heating the container A by the heating device, simultaneously adding water into the container A, and the heating temperature of the heating device is 60 ℃ and the heating time is 10 minutes;

step four, material preparation: preparing a container D, pouring the remaining half of the material A into the container D, pouring the material B into the container D, heating the container at the heating temperature of 70 ℃, stirring the material C by a stirring device, adding the material C after uniformly stirring, stopping heating, keeping the stirring device from working, monitoring the temperature, adding the polypropylene C, the black powder and the iron coffee when the temperature is reduced to 30 ℃, stirring the material simultaneously, and pouring the material into a mold for manufacturing the material at the rotation speed of 10 revolutions per second of the stirring device to mold the material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the material has a certain hydrophobic effect, can effectively prevent stains or dirt from being stained on the material in the actual use process, can ensure the cleanness of the material, can bring an attractive effect, and brings convenience to a user.

The flame retardant comprises, by weight, 5 parts of urea, 3 parts of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and 5 parts of borax.
