Claims (8)

1. A method for coating a water-based color steel primer-topcoat coating for household appliances is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step one: pretreating a steel plate to be sprayed, and preparing water-based household electrical appliance color steel bottom surface integrated paint, a paint thinner, a paint placing container and a paint stirring tool;
step two: placing a proper amount of water-based household electrical appliance color steel primer-topcoat material into a paint placing container, adding a proper amount of paint diluent into the paint placing container, and uniformly mixing the water-based household electrical appliance color steel primer-topcoat material and the paint diluent in the paint placing container by using a paint stirring tool;
step three: placing the uniformly mixed and diluted coating in a feeding device of a color steel plate roller coater, starting the roller coater, and uniformly transferring the uniformly mixed and diluted coating to a pretreated steel plate to be sprayed through the roller coater;
step four: the steel plate after roller coating is put into an oven for baking;
step five: taking out the baked steel plate, naturally cooling the steel plate, and finishing spraying work;
step five, placing the baked steel plate on a cooling table to cool the steel plate naturally, wherein the cooling table comprises a cooling table main body, grooves are formed in the bearing surface of the cooling table main body according to fixed intervals, a temperature sensing device is arranged on the bearing surface, the temperature sensing device is connected with a control center, and the control center is also connected with a display device and a reminding device;
when the baked steel plate is placed on the cooling table main body for natural cooling, the control center controls the display device to display a character of cooling, meanwhile, the temperature sensing device is used for acquiring surface temperature information of the baked steel plate and gas temperature information of ventilation air in the groove in real time, the acquired surface temperature information of the baked steel plate and the gas temperature information of ventilation air in the groove are transmitted to the control center, the control center analyzes the surface temperature information and the gas temperature information to determine whether the surface temperature information and the gas temperature information are consistent, and when the surface temperature information and the gas temperature information are consistent, the reminding device is controlled to finish reminding after a certain time, and the character of cooling displayed by the display device is changed into a character of cooling completion to be displayed;
when the surface temperature information and the gas temperature information are consistent, the reminding device is controlled to finish reminding after a certain time interval, and the certain time interval is determined by the following formula:
