1. A back plaster applying device comprising an integrally moving part, a press feedback part and a plaster applying part, wherein,
the integrally moving part includes:
the chassis is provided with a plurality of supporting plates,
wheels arranged on the chassis are independently driven by the mobile driving motor respectively;
the compression feedback section includes:
a bracket which is fixed on the chassis,
a pressing driving motor providing a pressing power source, the pressing driving motor being fixed to the bracket,
a slider-crank mechanism actuated via the press drive motor to perform a pressing action,
the plaster application part comprises:
a pair of screw rods which are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the chassis,
the I-shaped platform moves up and down through the lead screw, the I-shaped platform is provided with a first rack, a second rack, a third rack and a fourth rack, the first rack and the second rack are symmetrical, the third rack is arranged in parallel with the first rack, the fourth rack and the third rack are symmetrical, each rack is arranged in a sliding groove on the I-shaped platform to form a second sliding pair,
a plaster application mechanism driving motor which provides power to enable the moving direction of the first rack and the second rack to be opposite to the moving direction of the third rack and the fourth rack,
a first roller bracket, two ends of which are arranged on the first rack and the second rack, the first roller bracket comprises a rotatable first cross shaft crossing the I-shaped platform,
a first flexible roller connected with the first transverse shaft to form a third revolute pair with the first roller bracket,
a first anti-sticking roller which is arranged in the sliding groove on the side wall of the hollow area of the I-shaped platform in a sliding way,
a second roller bracket, wherein the two ends of the second roller bracket are erected on a third rack and a fourth rack, the first roller bracket comprises a rotatable second transverse shaft crossing the I-shaped platform,
a second flexible roller connected to the second horizontal shaft to form a fourth revolute pair with the second roller holder, the first and second flexible rollers separately or collectively moving about the first or second transmission shaft,
and the second anti-sticking roller is arranged in the sliding groove on the side wall of the hollow area of the I-shaped platform in a sliding manner, the second anti-sticking roller and the first anti-sticking roller are symmetrically arranged, and two ends of the paste to be pasted with the paste face facing downwards are arranged on the first anti-sticking roller and the second anti-sticking roller.
2. The back plaster device according to claim 1, wherein the back plaster device further comprises,
a pressure sensor provided on the slider to measure the pressing force data,
a position sensor that measures slider position data,
a processing unit which is connected with the pressure sensor, the position sensor, the mobile driving motor, the pressing driving motor, the plaster applying mechanism driving motor and the lead screw servo device,
based on the pressing force data, the processing unit sends instructions to the pressing drive motor to adjust the pressing force,
based on the position data of the sliding block, the processing unit sends instructions to the mobile driving motor to enable the first anti-sticking roller and the second anti-sticking roller to be aligned with the position of the plaster to be pasted, and sends instructions to the driving motor of the plaster application mechanism and the lead screw servo device to adjust the moving speed and the vertical position of the first flexible roller and the second flexible roller.
3. The back emplastrum apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the slider-crank mechanism comprises,
a disk connected to the pressing driving motor to rotate,
a connecting rod eccentrically connected with the disk and forming a first rotating pair with the disk,
a slide block which forms a second revolute pair with the connecting rod,
and a slide way which accommodates the slider and forms a first sliding pair with the slider, wherein the slider moves in the slide way to execute the pressing action.
4. The back plaster device according to claim 1, wherein the integral moving part comprises four wheels, and the combination of forward and reverse rotation realizes the movement of the back plaster device or the rotation around the center point of the four wheels.
5. The back emplastrum apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the integral moving section comprises four motor fixing cases for fixing the moving driving motor.
6. The back emplastrum apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said movement driving motor comprises a reduction motor.
7. The back plaster device according to claim 1, wherein the plaster application part further comprises,
a fifth gear connected to an output shaft of the plaster application mechanism drive motor to rotate,
a third gear fixed to the second transmission shaft and engaging the fifth gear to be actuated,
a fourth gear fixed to the second transmission shaft and engaged with the third rack,
a sixth gear fixed to the second transmission shaft and engaged with the fourth rack,
a first gear fixed to the first transmission shaft and engaged with the third gear,
a second gear fixed to the first transmission shaft and engaged with the second rack,
and the seventh gear is fixed on the first transmission shaft and is meshed with the first rack.
8. The back plaster device according to claim 1, wherein the first flexible roller and the second flexible roller are respectively provided with a flexible layer adapted to the curved surface of the back.
9. The back patch device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first and/or second anti-adhesive roller is mounted in the chute via at least one thin rod at one end.
10. The back plaster device according to claim 9, wherein the chute has a notch at an upper end thereof, and the thin rod of the first and/or second anti-sticking roller is taken out and put in the notch.
