The step motor driver 21 is an actuator for converting an electric pulse into an angular displacement, and when the step motor driver receives a pulse signal, the step motor driver drives the step motor to rotate by a fixed angle (called a "step angle") in a set direction, and the step motor driver rotates by one step at the fixed angle; therefore, the angular displacement can be controlled by controlling the number of pulses, so that the aim of accurate positioning is fulfilled; meanwhile, the rotating speed and the rotating acceleration of the motor can be controlled by controlling the pulse frequency, so that the purposes of speed regulation and positioning are achieved. In the present invention, the driving block 12 is driven by the stepping screw motor 13 to move a set stroke at a set speed, which belongs to the prior art, and the control principle and corresponding connection circuit among the controller 20, the stepping motor driver 21 and the stepping screw motor 13 are not elaborated in this specification. In order to improve the accuracy of the stroke control, a positive limit switch 23 and a negative limit switch 23 can be arranged on the bottom surface of the rotary table 9, the stroke of the driving block 12 is accurately positioned, and the arrangement of the positive limit switch 23 and the negative limit switch 23 also belongs to the conventional prior art. In this embodiment, the starting position (i.e. the origin position) of the driving block 12 is located in the middle of the screw rod of the stepping screw rod motor 13, and the displacements of the driving block 12 moving towards the two ends of the screw rod relative to the starting position are both set to be 1cm, so as to avoid the situation that the patella is damaged due to too large displacement.

When the knee joint fixator is used, a patient firstly places the knee joint on the base 1, and the patella is positioned right below the clamping mechanism; then, the manual knob 6 on the lifting screw rod 4 is rotated to drive the lifting plate 3 to descend to a proper position, so that the two clamping plates 16 of the clamping mechanism are positioned at the two opposite sides of the patella; then, the distance between the two splints 16 is adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw 18 of the clamping mechanism, so that the two splints 16 clamp the patella; finally, the switch 23 is started, and the controller 20 drives the stepping screw motor 13 to move through the stepping motor driver 21, so as to drive the clamping mechanism to linearly reciprocate, thereby realizing the function of pushing the patella. The invention has the function of adjusting the bone pushing direction, not only can realize the left and right patella pushing, but also can realize the front and back patella pushing; when the bone pushing direction needs to be changed, the rotating disc 9 only needs to be rotated by 90 degrees, and the rotating disc 9 rotates to drive the clamping mechanism to rotate, so that the relative directions of the two clamping plates 16 and the patella are changed.
