Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicines, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition for treating psoriasis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Psoriasis vulgaris, commonly known as psoriasis, is a common chronic and easily relapsing inflammatory skin disease with characteristic skin lesions. The early stage is inflammatory red papule, about millet to mung bean in size, and then gradually expands or fuses into brownish red plaque with clear boundary, inflammatory red halo around the plaque, obvious substrate infiltration, and multiple layers of dry grey-white or silvery-white scales on the surface. The surface scale is scraped off slightly, and a layer of pale red and bright semitransparent film is gradually exposed, which is called the film phenomenon. When the film is scraped off, a small bleeding spot appears, which is called a spot bleeding phenomenon. White scales, shiny films and punctate bleeding are important features for diagnosing psoriasis, called triple features. Psoriasis vulgaris lesions can be roughly divided into three periods from occurrence to eventual regression: an advance period, a rest period, and a retreat period. Wherein, 1) a run period: new rash appears continuously, old rash expands continuously, scales are thick, inflammation is obvious, itching feeling is obvious, skin sensitivity is increased, and homomorphic reaction can occur; 2) and (3) a stationary period: no new rash and no regress of old rash; 3) a return period: inflammation subsides, scaling decreases, the rash shrinks and flattens, a pale halo appears around, and finally, temporary hypopigmentation or pigmentation remains.
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, is easy to repeatedly attack and is difficult to radically cure, most patients have heavy winter and light summer, a few patients have heavy summer and light winter, the existing medicament for treating psoriasis has poor effect, the patients easily relapse and are difficult to radically cure, and the physical and mental health of the patients is seriously influenced.
