技术领域
本发明涉及口罩面料技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前随着空气污染的加剧,人们为了避免了吸入污染物,都选择在出行时佩戴口罩,口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用,目前制作口料的面料也是多种多样,可根据不同需求选择不同面料制得的口罩。当面部被烧伤的烧伤病人外出时,会选择佩戴口罩,用于遮挡面部伤口,也可阻挡细菌侵入伤口。
现有的公开号为CN107791624A的申请文件公开了一种易打理可更换过滤层的口罩面料,包括填充层,填充层内部形成半封闭腔体,半封闭腔体内填充有过滤层,填充层的内侧设有贴面层;填充层的外侧设有抑菌层。贴面层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成,经丝包括第一经丝和第二经丝,纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝,第一经丝和第一纬丝均采用麻型天丝,该麻型天丝呈竹节形,第二经丝采用涤纶化纤弹丝仿麻纱PWY 并加捻,第二纬丝采用涤纶高弹丝T400,该衬里织物层采用变化经重平组织。该申请可提高面料的过滤性能。
上述中的现有技术方案存在以下缺陷:当恢复期的烧伤病人佩戴上述口罩出门时,口罩与伤口直接接触,易沾附烧伤病人正在恢复中的伤口,易造成恢复中的伤口撕裂,不利于伤口的恢复。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,该口罩面料制得的口罩,烧伤病人佩戴后,有利于伤口恢复。
为实现上述第一个目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,包括由外到内的依次设置的外层、中层和内层,所述外层为纱网面料一,所述中层为纱网面料二,所述内层为纱网面料三,所述纱网面料三由纺织面料经过整理剂、药粉处理后制得;
所述整理剂包含以下重量份的组分:生理盐水60-80份、芦荟汁8-10份、莼菜汁8-10份、椰子油2-4份、芝麻油2-4份;所述药粉包含以下重量份的组分:紫车河粉10-15份、蒲公英粉8-10份、栀子粉8-10份、黄瓜籽粉8-10份、冰片粉0.5-1份。
通过采用上述技术方案,佩戴该面料制得的口罩有利于烧伤病人的伤口愈合,采用整理剂浸渍纱网面料三,提高了药粉在纱网面料三上的附着能力,减轻因附着力差,导致的药粉难以附着的问题,且整理剂可对纱网面料三起到润滑作用,进一步减小了纱网面料三对伤口的摩擦,保护了病人的伤口,通过采用芦荟汁和莼菜汁原液,芦荟汁和莼菜汁原液中,含有大量的多缩戊糖,生理盐水将多缩戊糖溶解为乳浊液后,喷淋在纱网面料三上烘干后,干燥的多缩戊糖具有一定的沾附能力,可对喷涂在纱网面料三上的药粉进行粘附,避免了药粉易脱落难以附着的问题,通过采用椰子油和芝麻油,椰子油和芝麻油中的游离脂肪酸可附着在纱网面料三的表面,对纱网面料三起到润滑作用,烧伤病人佩戴口罩时可减轻口罩与伤口之间的摩擦,在纱网面料三喷涂药粉,药粉直接与烧伤的伤口接触,可促进伤口的愈合,通过采用紫车河粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、黄瓜籽粉和冰片粉制得的药粉,紫车河粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、黄瓜籽粉和冰片粉中含有可促进伤口愈合的物质,可促进烧伤伤口的恢复。
综上所述该口罩面料通过减轻内层与伤口的摩擦、喷涂药粉并提高药粉在内层上的附着能力的协同作用,可从根本上减轻烧伤病人佩戴口罩时,伤口与口罩之间摩擦和口罩沾附伤口,易导致伤口撕裂的问题,有利于烧伤病人的伤口恢复。
进一步地,所述整理剂以重量份数计,包括如下组分:生理盐水70份、芦荟汁9份、莼菜汁9份、椰子油3份、芝麻油3份。
通过采用上述技术方案,在上述配比下制得的整理剂粘稠度适中,该整理剂烘干后较为柔软不会擦伤伤口,有植物的清香,使病人佩戴时较为舒适。
进一步地,所述药粉以重量份数计,包括如下组分:紫车河粉14份、蒲公英粉10份、栀子粉10份、黄瓜籽粉10份、冰片粉0.8份。
通过采用上述技术方案,在上述配比下制得的药粉对伤口的辅助治疗效果好,药粉在内层的附着效果较好,药粉不易脱落,药粉味道较淡,不呛人。
进一步地,所述整理剂还包括重量份数为10-12份的飞蓬汁和重量份数为10-12份的金银花。
通过采用上述技术方案,在整理剂中添加飞蓬汁和金银花,飞蓬汁和金银花中的黄酮类物质,与伤口接触后可作用于伤口,起到防止伤口开裂的效果,避免了伤口开裂后的组织液流出导致的药粉结块,进而导致的药粉脱落,药粉可与皮肤接触,对皮肤起到较好的辅助治疗作用,有利于伤口的愈合。
进一步地,药粉还包括重量份数为6-8份的桃胶粉和重量份数为8-10份
的珍珠粉。
通过采用上述技术方案,病人在佩戴口罩时,伤口与内层和药粉摩擦,会有不适感,摩擦较为严重时,会将愈合伤口摩擦出血,不易于伤口的愈合,在药粉中添加桃胶和珍珠粉,可起到减小摩擦的作用,桃胶中的小分子多糖和珍珠粉中的碳酸钙具有较好的减小摩擦的作用,避免了较大的摩擦,对伤口造成的损伤,有利于伤口的愈合恢复。
进一步地,所述纱网面料一由化纤材料编制而成,所述纱网面料二由化纤材料做经线、棉麻材料做纬线编织而成,所述纱网面料三由化纤材料做经线、长绒棉材料做纬线编织而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,该面料采用化纤材料纺织纱网面料一,使纱网面料一具有较好的过滤能力,可避免细菌和灰尘进入口罩内,纱网面料二采用化纤材料和棉麻材料纺织而成,棉麻材料具有较好的吸湿抗菌能力,可减少细菌的滋生,纱网面料三采用化纤材料和长绒棉材料纺织而成,具有较好的使药粉附着的能力,且较为柔软,可减轻口罩与病人伤口之间的摩擦。
进一步地,所述化纤材料的细度为40s,所述长绒棉材料的细度为16s。
通过采用上述技术方案,纬线采用长绒棉材料,纬线粗于经线,使该内层材料制得的面料,具有较好的对药粉的沾附能力,且长绒棉较为柔软,与伤口直接接触减小了对伤口的摩擦,有利于伤口的恢复。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料制备方法,其具有操作简单、生产效率高的优点。
为实现上述第二个目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将化纤材料纺织成纱网面料一,将化纤材料和棉麻材料纺织成纱网面料二,将化纤面料和长绒棉面料纺织成纱网面料三;
S2、用整理剂对纱网面料三进行浸渍,浸渍时间为3h,浸渍结束后对纱网面料三进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃-80℃,烘干时间为3h;
S3、将纱网面料二热轧到纱网面料三上;再将纱网面料一热轧到纱网面料二上; S4、用药粉对热轧后纱网面料三进行喷涂,再对纱网面料三进行喷涂酒精;
S5、对喷涂药粉和酒精后的纱网面料三吹热风,吹热风时间为1h,热风的温度为50℃-60℃使酒精挥发并将浮粉吹掉,最后将该面料收卷。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
第一、通过用整理剂浸渍纱网面料三,一方面被整理剂浸渍后的纱网面料具有较好的吸附性,可对喷涂在纱网面料三上的药粉进行吸附,避免了药粉易从纱网面料三脱落的情况,另一方面被整理剂浸渍过的纱网面料三可变的较为柔软,可进一步减弱纱网面料三对伤口的摩擦,减少了伤口因摩擦导致的伤口的撕裂,从而有利于伤口的恢复;
第二、通过在整理剂中添加飞蓬汁和金银花,飞蓬汁和金银花中的杀菌物质,与烧伤病人的伤口直接接触,可对伤口起到较好的杀菌作用,避免了因口罩内环境较为潮湿温暖导致的细菌在口罩内大量繁殖,进而致使的伤口感染;
第三、通过在药粉中添加桃胶粉和珍珠粉,当烧伤病人佩戴该口罩进行呼吸时,呼出的废气中含有较多的水分,水分在口罩内,易导致口罩内的药粉结块掉落,不利于伤口的恢复,在药粉中添加桃胶粉和珍珠粉后,桃胶粉和珍珠粉可吸收病人呼出的废气中的水气,自身体积会膨大,进而避免了呼出的废气中的水气导致的药粉结块掉落;
第四、通过用生理盐水溶解芦荟汁、莼菜汁、椰子油和芝麻油,芦荟汁、莼菜汁、椰子油和芝麻油在生理盐水中具有较好的溶解性,可使各组分均匀的混合在生理盐水中,椰子油和芝麻油在生理盐水中可较好的乳化,比在去离子水中乳化的更加充分,利用在使用整理剂对纱网面料三进行浸渍时,椰子油和芝麻油均匀的纱网面料三上附着。
具体实施方式
制备例
以下制备例中的芦荟选自莆田市涵江区江夏芦荟开发有限公司,莼菜选自恩施市绿硒现代农业有限公司,飞蓬来自从药商手中收购的新鲜的飞蓬,金银花选自亳州市亿弘堂药业有限公司。
1、芦荟汁制备例:
①将新鲜芦荟去掉外皮后,在对去皮后的芦荟进行粉碎;
②向步骤①粉碎后的芦荟中加入其重量的100%的去离子水,并搅拌均匀;
③使用滤布对芦荟混合液进行过滤,得到的滤液即为芦荟汁。
2、莼菜汁制备例:
①将新鲜莼菜清洗干净后,在对清洗干净后的莼菜进行粉碎;
②向步骤①粉碎后的莼菜中加入其重量的100%的去离子水,并搅拌均匀;
③使用滤布对莼菜混合液进行过滤,得到的滤液即为莼菜汁。
3、飞蓬汁制备例:
①将新鲜飞蓬清洗干净后,在对清洗干净后的飞蓬进行粉碎;
②向步骤①粉碎后的飞蓬中加入其重量的100%的去离子水,并搅拌均匀;
③使用滤布对飞蓬混合液进行过滤,得到的滤液即为飞蓬汁。
4、金银花制备例:
①将干燥的金银花浸泡后,在对浸泡后的金银花进行粉碎;
②向步骤①粉碎后的金银花中加入其重量的100%的去离子水,并搅拌均匀;
③使用滤布对金银花混合液进行过滤,得到的滤液即为金银花。
以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例
以下实施中的化纤材料、棉麻材料和长绒棉材料选自东莞市海源纺织品有限公司;生理盐水、椰子油、芝麻油、紫车河粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、黄瓜籽粉、冰片粉、桃胶粉和珍珠粉均购自亳州市恒义中药科技有限公司。
先将化纤材料采用青岛天一红旗纺织集团有限公司JA93系列的喷气织机纺织成纱网面料一,将化纤材料和做经线、棉麻材料做纬线采用青岛天一红旗纺织集团有限公司JA93系列的喷气织机纺织成纱网面料二,将化纤材料做经线、长绒棉材料做纬线采用青岛天一红旗纺织集团有限公司JA93系列的喷气织机纺织成纱网面料三。
实施例1:一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料采用如下方法制备而得:整理剂和药粉各成分的配比如表1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
步骤一:按表1对应质量配比称取生理盐水、芦荟汁、莼菜汁、椰子油和芝麻油,将制备例中得到的芦荟汁和莼菜汁及椰子油和芝麻油加入到生理盐水中,将上述原料加入到混合釜中,混合均匀后得到整理剂;
步骤二:按表2对应质量配比称取紫车河粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、黄瓜籽粉和冰片粉,将上述原料加入到混合釜中,混合均匀后得到药粉;
步骤三:对使用整理剂对纺织面料进行浸渍,整理剂的质量与纺织面料的质量比为3:1,浸渍时间为3h,浸渍结束后对纺织面料进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为3h;将纱网面料二热轧到纺织面料上;再将纱网面料一热轧到纱网面料二上;使用喷涂机用药粉对热轧后纺织面料进行喷涂,再对纺织面料进行喷涂酒精,酒精的浓度为75%,对喷涂药粉和酒精后的纺织面料吹热风,吹热风时间为1h,热风的温度为50℃使酒精挥发,纺织面料经过上述处理即成为纱网面料三。

实施例10-15:一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,制备方法、工艺参数和整理剂的原料组分配比与实施例1相同,其药粉原料各组分及其相应质量配比如表4所示,在步骤二中,将桃胶粉或珍珠粉,或将桃胶粉和珍珠粉加入到混合釜中与紫车河粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、黄瓜籽粉和冰片粉,混合得到药粉。

实施例16-17:一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,制备方法和工艺参数与实施例1相同,与实施例1不同之处在于,其整理剂原料各组分及其相应质量配比如表5所示,在步骤一中,将飞蓬汁或金银花,或将飞蓬汁和金银花加入到混合釜中与生理盐水、芦荟汁、莼菜汁、椰子油和芝麻油,混合得到整理剂;其药粉原料各组分及其相应重量份数如表6所示,在步骤二中,将桃胶粉或珍珠粉,或将桃胶粉和珍珠粉加入到混合釜中与紫车河粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、黄瓜籽粉和冰片粉,混合得到药粉。
对比例
对比例1:一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,与实施例1不同之处在于,其整理剂中不包含芦荟汁、莼菜汁、椰子油和芝麻油,其药粉中不包含蒲公英粉、栀子粉和冰片粉。
对比例2:一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,与对比例1不同之处在于,其整理剂中还含芦荟汁和菜汁提取液,其药粉中还含蒲公英粉和栀子粉。
对比例3:一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,与对比例1不同之处在于,其整理剂中还含椰子油和芝麻油,其药粉中还含黄瓜籽粉和冰片粉。
毒理研究试验试验样品:实施例1-17中获得的口罩面料,对比例1-3中获得的口罩面料。
试验方法:选取200个体重为15±1克的小白鼠,分别将200个小白鼠背部的毛剃掉,并将200个小白鼠的背部用火焰进行灼烧,使用酒精喷灯灼烧 5分钟和灼烧4平方厘米,将小白鼠的背部的皮肤灼烧出水泡,并将水泡挑破。
将200个小白鼠平均分成20组,每组10个小白鼠,分别用试验样品中的口罩面料对小白鼠背部的伤口进行包覆,每天两次对包覆的口罩面料进行更换,统计每组小白鼠伤口愈合所需的时间(d),以伤口重新生长出新生皮肤为愈合判断标准,计算每组伤口愈合所需时间的平均值。

试验结果分析:
1、试验样品1-17和对照样品1-3的测试结果如表7所示。对比对比例1-3的试验结果和实施例1-17的试验结果可知,采用成分为生理盐水、芦荟汁、莼菜汁、椰子油和芝麻油的整理剂对纱网面料三进行处理后,并在纱网面料三上喷涂成分为紫车河粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、黄瓜籽粉和冰片粉的药粉后,该纱网面料三在和纱网面料二与纱网面料一,一起加工为口罩面料后,使用该口罩面料包覆烧伤伤口,对烧伤伤口的恢复有着较好的辅助治疗的作用;
2、在整理剂中添加了飞蓬汁和金银花后,及在药粉中添加了桃胶粉和珍珠粉后,进一步提高了该口罩面料对伤口的辅助治疗作用,缩短了烧伤伤口的恢复时间;
3、使用该口罩面料的小白鼠均未出现伤口红肿起红疹的现象,说明该口罩面料对小白鼠的自然烧伤无过敏反应;
4、使用该口罩面料的小白鼠均无任何不适反应,表明该口罩面料无任何毒性;
5、使用该口罩面料的小白鼠均无一例出现伤口感染,说明该口罩面料具有较好的抗菌作用,可一定程度预防烧伤伤口感染;
6、上述参与实验的200个小白鼠,在实验阶段身体正常发育,体重正常增长,每天饮水摄食活动正常,在使用口罩面料包覆后的24小时内,小白鼠均未出现耸毛、突眼、走路不稳、肌肉瘫痪、呼吸困难、昏迷、惊厥、大小便失禁等中毒现象和死亡现象;
7、大体标本检查小白鼠的各主要脏器,如心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃肠、淋巴结、肾上腺及生殖器官均未见异常。
临床例:
为了表明该口罩面料对面部烧伤的辅助治疗效果,本申请采用实施例17中的口罩面料制成的口罩对4例面部烧伤的病人进行临床使用及观察,并记录病情恢复等情况。
先使用切割机对口罩面料进行裁切,使用缝纫机对切割后的面料进行锁边,最后将弹性的挂耳缝合在锁边结束的口罩面料上即可。
病例1:韩某,男,25岁,外卖配送员,吃酒精火锅时,被酒精火锅溢出的酒精烧伤脸颊,经过初步治疗后,可出院进行后期恢复治疗,因工作需要,需在工作时佩戴口罩,佩戴该口罩面料制成的口罩后,创面无撕裂的情况,伤口疼痛减轻,佩戴该口罩15天后,伤口愈合,且无疤痕。
病例2:吴某,女,32岁,家庭主妇,在家煮饭时,被燃烧的油锅烧伤面部,经在医院的住院治疗后,后出院回家,进行后期恢复治疗,外出购物和在家照顾孩子时,选择佩戴该口罩面料制成的口罩,佩戴初期创面撕裂的情况与包覆纱布比大大减轻,佩戴后期无创面撕裂情况,佩戴该口罩18天后,伤口愈合,无感染情况的发生。
病例3:周某,女,2岁,夏天驱蚊时,被蚊箱点燃的床单烧伤了面部皮肤,经在烧伤专科治疗后,出院回家进行后续恢复,使用纱布对伤口进行包扎时,纱布束缚感强,患者对纱布进行撕扯,不易于伤口的恢复,选择佩戴该口罩面料制得的口罩,患者开始佩戴时,对口罩的撕扯频率小于对纱布的撕扯频率,佩戴三个小时后,患者对口罩无撕扯现象,佩戴该口罩15天后,伤口愈合,且无伤口感染撕裂的情况发生。
病例4:丁某,男,27岁,小吃摊老板,在制作小吃时,被泄露的煤气烧伤面部,经治疗出院后,在工作时需佩戴口罩,避免制作小吃时,油烟造成伤口感染,佩戴该口罩面料制成的口罩后,创面无撕裂流血的情况发生,伤口可保持较为干燥不紧绷的状态,佩戴该口罩17天后,烧伤伤口愈合,伤口无感染和散发异味的情况发生。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,其特征在于:包括由外到内的依次设置的外层、中层和内层,所述外层为纱网面料一,所述中层为纱网面料二,所述内层为纱网面料三,所述纱网面料三由纺织面料经过整理剂、药粉处理后制得;
所述整理剂包含以下重量份的组分:生理盐水60-80份、芦荟汁8-10份、莼菜汁8-10份、椰子油2-4份、芝麻油2-4份;所述药粉包含以下重量份的组分:紫车河粉10-15份、蒲公英粉8-10份、栀子粉8-10份、黄瓜籽粉8-10份、冰片粉0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述整理剂以重量份数计,包含如下组分:生理盐水70份、芦荟汁9份、莼菜汁9份、椰子油3份、芝麻油3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述药粉以重量份数计,包括如下组分:紫车河粉14份、蒲公英粉10份、栀子粉10份、黄瓜籽粉10份、冰片粉0.8份。
4.根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述整理剂还包括重量份数为10-12份的飞蓬汁和重量份数为10-12份的金银花。
5.根据权利要求1或3任意一项所述的一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述药粉还包括重量份数为6-8份的桃胶粉和重量份数为8-10份的珍珠粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述纱网面料一由化纤材料编制而成,所述纱网面料二由化纤材料做经线、棉麻材料做纬线编织而成,所述纱网面料三由化纤材料做经线、长绒棉材料做纬线编织而成。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料,其特征在于:所述化纤材料的细度为40s,所述长绒棉材料的细度为16s。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种具有辅助治疗烧伤功能的口罩面料制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将化纤材料纺织成纱网面料一,将化纤材料和棉麻材料纺织成纱网面料二,将化纤面料和长绒棉面料纺织成纱网面料三;
S2、用整理剂对纱网面料三进行浸渍,浸渍时间为3h,浸渍结束后对纱网面料三进行烘干,烘干温度为70℃-80℃,烘干时间为3h;
S3、将纱网面料二热轧到纱网面料三上;再将纱网面料一热轧到纱网面料二上;
S4、用药粉对热轧后纱网面料三进行喷涂,再对纱网面料三进行喷涂酒精;
S5、对喷涂药粉和酒精后的纱网面料三吹热风,吹热风时间为1h,热风的温度为50℃-60℃使酒精挥发并将浮粉吹掉,最后将该面料收卷。
