The preparation process comprises the following steps: feeding yellow mealworm, sieving, drying, extracting fat, dissolving crude protein powder, and spray drying. The advantages include: the prepared tenebrio molitor protein powder can be used for compound edible protein powder and health-care products, can also be used for livestock and poultry breeding, can greatly improve the absorption efficiency of each trace element while providing high-quality protein, and reduces various negative effects of direct additives of each trace element in feed processing; the oil extraction can reduce the oil content of the protein powder to the lowest extent, is beneficial to prolonging the shelf life, and the protein can not be denatured through a high-temperature process and can keep the flavor and the taste unchanged under the condition of keeping no loss of nutrition.

(7) adding anticaking agent to obtain final product.
