速度仪100、转速计200像图1、图2所示的那样,主要由指针1、驱动本体11、电路衬底4与字符板2构成,该驱动本体11由仪表机芯件构成,其使该指针1动作,该电路衬底4以导通方式安装该驱动本体11,该字符板2位于指针1和电路衬底4之间,具有指针1所指示的刻度、数字等的指标部21,在设置于字符板2的背后侧的电路衬底4上装载与指针1和字符板2相对应的多个发光元件(LED:发光二极管)41、42。
指针1包括由透光性树脂形成的指示部12与由不透明的树脂形成的指针套13,其与驱动本体11的旋转轴连接,通过指示部12而指示指标部21。驱动本体11由活动磁铁式驱动本体、步进马达等构成,装载于电路衬底4的背后,旋转轴向前方突出。
字符板2由比如透光性的合成树脂等的薄板状的基材的内外印刷墨水,形成指标部21。
还有,在此场合,指针1由光透射材料形成,其可通过发光元件41的点亮接收其照射光而进行发光,还有,字符板2的指标部21由下述的光透射材料形成,该光透射材料可通过发光元件42的点亮,接收其照射光而进行发光。
还有,在与数字仪300相对应的字符板2的部位形成基本矩形状的开口窗22,该开口窗22用于使数字仪300的所需部(具体来说,设置于数字仪300中的后述的显示元件92的显示区域)露出。
电路衬底4由比如硬质布线衬底形成,电子器件以导通方式连接(配置)于上述布线图案上,在该硬制布线衬底上,于环氧玻璃系基材上进行布图。电子器件包括比如驱动本体11、发光元件41、42、至少2个以上的多个IC(集成电路)芯片(第1芯片、第2芯片、第3芯片)43、44、45、电阻、电容器等。对于这些电子器件,如果流有电流则产生热量。
第1IC芯片43为薄板矩形等微型芯片,安装于电路衬底4的背面侧。还有,第1芯片43用作GDC(Grapics Display Controller:绘图控制器),根据第2IC芯片44而输出的控制信号,在数字仪300中显示车辆信息。
第2IC芯片44为薄板矩形等微型芯片,安装于电路衬底4的背面侧。还有,第2IC芯片44用作微型控制器,具有CPU(中央处理单元)、ROM(只读存储器)、RAM(随机存取存储器)等,比如按照写入ROM中的程序,进行规定的运算处理。
还有,第2IC芯片44根据车辆的ECU(电子控制单元),经由各种传感器等而获得引擎转数、各种车辆信息、导航信息等,根据已获得的信息驱动控制驱动本体11、发光元件41、发光元件42、数字仪300。
第3IC芯片45为薄板矩形的微型芯片,安装于电路衬底4的背面侧。还有,第3IC芯片45为属于通信的比特速度为高速的DDR(双倍数据速率规格)的SDRAM(同步动态随机存取存储器),用作来自第1芯片43的大量的图像数据的临时存储。
各IC芯片(第1IC芯片、第2IC芯片、第3IC芯片)43、44、45为电路衬底4的法线方向的高度(厚度)分别不同的部件。在本公开中,第1IC芯片43为最高的部件,第2IC芯片44次高的部件,第3IC芯片45为最低的部件。各IC芯片43、44、45为约1mm~2mm的高度的部件。
还有,各IC芯片43、44、45在电路衬底4的背面侧安装于后述的放热部件8中的与本体部81面对的位置。还有,当然,各IC芯片43、44、45安装于电路衬底4的相同的平面4a上。
在电路衬底4的前方侧,设置比如由白色系的合成树脂形成的中壳3,在该中壳3中,形成多个照明室,其接纳有发光元件41、42,将它们的光导向到指针1和字符板2侧。还有,中壳3具有作为保持体的功能,该保持体保持字符板2、水准仪300(参照图2)。
在中壳3的前方侧设置折边部件(在图中没有示出),该折边部件使速度仪100和转速计200的可见区域(即,指针1和指标部21)与开口窗22露出。还有,在折边部件的前方侧设置比如呈弯曲状而形成的透明或半透明的透视面板(在图中没有示出)。
下壳5由比如白色的遮光性的合成树脂形成,其接纳字符板2、中壳3、电路衬底4、数字仪300、放热部件8等。下壳5为下述的结构,其基本呈带底箱状,一体地形成基部51和多个突触部52,该基部51基本呈平板状,该基部51以与电路衬底4离开的方式位于电路衬底4的背后侧,该多个突触部52保持电路衬底4。
数字仪300像图2所示的那样,由显示元件91、源极线驱动电路(在图中没有示出)、栅极线驱动电路(在图中没有示出)、导光体92、光源93与多个光学片94等构成,该源极线驱动电路驱动该显示元件91的源极线(信号线),该栅极线驱动电路驱动显示元件91的栅极线(扫描线),该光学片94由扩散片、棱镜片形成,数字仪300包括支架体95和印刷电路衬底96,该支架体95由导电性材料形成,该支架体95构成接纳而保持前面的这些部件的数字仪300的外壳,在该印刷电路衬底96上装载时刻控制器(在图中没有示出)等,该时刻控制器形成控制上述源极线驱动电路和上述栅极线驱动电路的时刻的各种时刻信号。
显示元件91由比如具有多个元件的TFT(薄膜晶体管)型的液晶显示元件(LCD:液晶显示器)构成,根据来自装载于车辆上的各种传感器的检测信号显示行驶距离、燃料消耗等的车辆信息(规定信息)。
导光体92由大致平板状的透光性合成树脂形成。光源93由发出适合颜色的LED构成。支架体95由导电性材料形成。印刷电路衬底96采用适合的固定机构而固定于支架体95的背面上,经由柔性电路板97和连接器98连接于固定衬底4上。
还有,在电路衬底4的背面侧,设置作为散热器的放热部件8,该放热部件8以覆盖各IC芯片43、44、45的方式设置,释放从各IC芯片43、44、45而发出的热量。放热部件8由铝等的热传导率高的金属材料形成,作为防止表面的氧化的处置,对其表面的整体进行阳极氧化膜处理,覆盖于阳极氧化膜上。另外,放热部件8包括本体部81和多个散热片82,该本体部81呈板状的大致矩形,该多个散热片82可在本体部81的背面侧与位于下壳5的外部的外气(大气)接触。
在散热片82中,从开设于下壳5上的开口部53向外部而并列地形成多个突出片。另外,放热部件8适当地采用固定机构,固定于下壳5上。比如,在本公开中,在本体部81的4个角部采用螺钉V,从电路衬底4侧固定于下壳5的基部51上。
在各IC芯片43、44、45与本体部81之间,以与该两者紧密粘接的方式设置(装载)具有粘接性的表面的热传导部件(传导部件)6。热传导部件6由热传导性良好的弹性体形成,其称为TIM(热界面材料)或热传导片。通过这样的放热结构,各IC芯片43、44、45发出的热量经由热传导部件6传递到放热部件8的本体部81,通过散热片82而疏散,由此,可有效地降低温度。
热传导部件6每次1个地设置于各IC芯片43、44、45和本体部81之间,3个热传导部件6为相同的部件。于是,当然,相应的热传导部件6的厚度相同地形成。还有,热传导部件6在粘贴于放热部件8上后,与各IC芯片43、44、45抵接。
放热部件8的本体部81包括与电路衬底4的平面4a平行地形成的普通面83。还有,本体部81包括:第1抵接面84,该第1抵接面84和与第1IC芯片43抵接的热传导部件6抵接;第2抵接面85,该第2抵接面85和与第2IC芯片44抵接的热传导部件6抵接;第3抵接面86,该第3抵接面86和与第3IC芯片45抵接的热传导部件6抵接。
第1抵接面84和第2抵接面85的高度方向(电路衬底4的平面4a的法线方向)的差与第1IC芯片43和第2IC芯片44的高度方向的差相同。还有,第2抵接面85和第3抵接面86的高度方向的差与第2IC芯片44和第3IC芯片45的高度方向的差相同。
第1抵接面84相对作为第1抵接面84的外周的面的普通面83,形成于在电路衬底4的相反的方向呈凹状而形成的凹部81a的底面上。第2抵接面85相对作为第2抵接面85的外周的面的普通面83,形成于在电路衬底4的相反的方向呈凹状而形成的凹部81a的底面上。第3抵接面86相对作为第3抵接面86的外周的面的普通面83,形成于在电路衬底4的相反的方向呈凸状而形成的凸部81b的顶面上。
还有,在各抵接面(第1抵接面、第2抵接面、第3抵接面)84、85、86上,去除其热传导性比母材差的阳极氧化膜。即,在热传导部件6和各抵接面84、85、86之间,不存在阳极氧化膜。
第1IC芯片43和面对的第1抵接面84之间的距离D1、与第2IC芯片44和面对的第2抵接面85之间的距离D2、以及第3IC芯片45和面对的第3抵接面86之间的距离D3分别设定为相同的距离。此外,该距离D1、D2、D3设定在热传导部件6的约70~80%。即,热传导部件6在距离D1、D2、D3压缩约20%~30%的状态设置。距离D1、D2、D3设定在约3mm。
第3抵接面86具有定位部87,该定位部87按照包围第3抵接面86的外周的方式,从普通面83,在电路衬底4的方向呈凸状而形成,对热传导部件6进行定位。定位部87相对第3抵接面86的突出量H1由小于距离D3的突出量形成。
通过像这样而形成,由于针对D1、D2、D3,可使这些间隙一定,故可提供下述的显示装置,其中,与设置通过间隙不同的设定而使热传导部件6的厚度分别不同的显示装置相比较,降低制造成本,为价格低的显示装置。
另外,由于通过像这样形成,可使各传导部件6的压缩量一定,故可防止因各传导部件6的压缩量的参差不齐,在各IC芯片43、44、45上作用分别不同的负荷,使各IC芯片43、44、45破损的负荷发生的情况,可提供安全性高的显示装置。
此外,由于通过像这样形成,在各IC芯片43、44、45和放热部件8的约3mm之间设置由弹性体形成的热传导部件6,故可吸收各部件的尺寸的参差不齐、组装的参差不齐与车辆的振动造成的部件的晃动等,由此,可提高下述的显示装置,其可防止在各IC芯片43、44、45作用有负荷的情况,安全性高。
此外,由于通过像这样形成,可使定位部87构成热传导部件6的粘贴基准,故可提供容易并且快速地进行组装的显示装置。
由于凹部81a还可构成热传导部件6的粘贴基准,故可提供容易并且快速地进行组装的显示装置。
还有,通过上述实施方式的方案,以举例方式对本公开的显示装置进行了说明,但是,本公开并不限于此,显然,在其它的方案中,可在不脱离本公开的实质的范围内进行各种的改良、以及设计的变更。
在本实施方式的场合,散热片82的前端部分位于与下壳5的基部51的底面基本相同的面上,但是,比如也可使散热片82的前端部分相对基部51的底面而突出。

Claims (7)

1.一种放热结构,其特征在于,该放热结构包括:
电路衬底;
电子器件,该电子器件设置于上述电路衬底上,该电子器件相对上述电路衬底的高度不同且为至少2个以上,该电子器件产生热量;
放热部件,该放热部件对从上述电子器件发出的热量进行释放;
传热部件,该传热部件紧密粘贴地设置于上述电子器件和上述放热部件之间,传导上述热量;
设置于上述电子器件和上述放热部件之间的上述传导部件的厚度为相同的厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的放热结构,其特征在于,上述放热部件中的上述传热部件所抵接的抵接面形成在凹部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的放热结构,其特征在于,上述放热部件中的上述传热部件所抵接的抵接面形成在凸部上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的放热结构,其特征在于,在上述抵接面的外周上形成定位部,该定位部从该抵接面呈凸状而形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的放热结构,其特征在于,上述放热部件的表面通过阳极氧化膜而覆盖,上述放热部件中的上述传热部件所抵接的抵接面并非由上述阳极氧化膜覆盖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的放热结构,其特征在于,上述电子器件和上述放热部件之间的距离为相同的距离。
7.一种显示装置,其特征在于,其中,在根据权利要求1所述的放热结构中,具有显示车辆信息的显示器。
